本实用新型涉及一种锦纶长丝包芯纱。
背景技术
目前常用的氨纶包芯纱，是以氨纶长丝为内芯，外包纱纤维层；其生产方法为：将短纤维粗纱从后罗拉喂入牵伸区，氨纶长丝从前罗拉处喂入，与牵伸后的短纤维粗纱须条合并，加捻而成氨纶包芯纱。外包的短纤维粗纱可用锦、毛、麻、丝等天然纤维。该种氨纶包芯纱的缺陷在于：由于氨纶长丝不耐酸、不耐氯、着色性能差，因此用氨纶长丝制作的包芯纱，不适合做精漂白、低温染色等品种。另外，用氨纶包芯纱制成的织物手感较差。
因此，有必要提供一种解决上述技术问题的锦纶长丝包芯纱。
