本发明属于护理剂领域,特别涉及一种护肤教学白板护理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
白板是通常白色的金属板材料制的书写平面。白板的作用与黑板类似,是一种可反复擦写的书写工具。通常用于会议讨论,或个人与家庭记事。教学白板是一种重要的白板;教学白板必须用专用的白板笔书写。白板笔含化学原料,嗅起来会有股味道。白板的使用寿命完全取决于板面的清洁保护程度。但是相比于传统的黑板粉笔书写,其不容易产生粉尘污染,且书写留尘,擦除也相对容易,现在越来越被人们所接受,并且使用范围也较广。
教学白板使用一段时间后,板面容易出现笔痕或积灰,同时,随着时间的增长,书写液会向板内渗透,造成版面有墨水残留;这些笔痕以及积灰对于白板以及教学体验有重要影响,当有笔痕时,会影响白板的继续使用,进而影响教学效果;当出现这种现象时,切勿用抹布直接擦拭板面(因抹布上难免有杂物、硬物,擦时会划伤板面),需用白板护理剂来清洗。
现在也有关于教学白板护理剂的研究,如山西大学刘付永等研究一种教学白板护理剂(CN103571666B),所述护理剂主要由无水乙醇、表面活性剂、挥发性香料、防腐剂、杀菌剂和水组成,该发明护理剂可以迅速清除各种教学白板因长期使用遗留下来的墨迹、污渍、印痕等。但是关于多功能的教学白板护理剂的研究依旧是一个挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,研制出一种护肤教学白板护理剂及其制备方法,该护理剂是具有去污力强、洁净性好、抑菌、速干、护肤、提神醒脑、健康环保等多功能的护肤教学白板护理剂。
一种护肤教学白板护理剂,该护理剂由如下重量份物质组成:
无水乙醇30-60份;
复合表面活性剂5-15份;
柠檬酸5-15份;
提取液1-2份;
芦荟1-2份;
玫瑰精油1-2份;
橄榄油1-2份;
薄荷1-2份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠1-2份;
脂肪酸金属皂1-2份;
防腐剂0.1-0.2份;
二氧化钛纳米溶胶0.1-0.2份;
银纳米溶胶0.1-0.2份;
丙二醇0.1-0.2份;
所述复合表面活性剂包括如下重量份的物质:
磷酸三乙酯或三亚乙基四胺5-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、苯扎氯铵3-5份;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、聚氧乙烯壬酚醚3-4份、卵磷脂1-2份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份。
作为优选,所述防腐剂为卡松。
作为优选,所述提取液的制备方法为:
将何首乌2-3重量份、香叶子2-3重量份、薰衣草2-3重量份、柚子皮2-3重量份、丁香花2-3重量份,加入至150-200重量份的去离子水中,加热至97摄氏度,在该温度下保温2-3h,再加入0.1-0.5重量份的蜂蜜,继续在97摄氏度下保温1-2h,随炉冷却,即可获得植物提取液。

(2)在室温下,先将丙二醇加入到无水乙醇中,随后加入复合表面活性剂,然后依次加入柠檬酸、提取液、芦荟、玫瑰精油、橄榄油、薄荷、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、脂肪酸金属皂、防腐剂、二氧化钛纳米溶胶和银纳米溶胶;
(3)在42摄氏度下搅拌均匀,自然冷却,即可护肤教学白板护理剂。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明将丙二醇、无水乙醇、复合表面活性剂、柠檬酸、提取液、芦荟、玫瑰精油、橄榄油、薄荷、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、脂肪酸金属皂、防腐剂、二氧化钛纳米溶胶和银纳米溶胶混合制得一种护肤教学白板护理剂,各组分之间具有良好的相容性,表面活性剂为复合表面活性剂,提取液通过特定方法制备得到,在各组分的共同作用下,使得该护理剂具有去污力强、洁净性好、抑菌、速干、护肤、提神醒脑、健康环保等多功能效果。
(2)具体来说,本发明采用无水乙醇作为护理剂的主要成分,为了提高无水乙醇与其他组分的相容性,本发明还添加了丙二醇;同时,本发明的表面活性剂包括阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂,两性表面活性剂以及非离子表面活性剂,多种表面活性剂的复合使用,对于笔痕和污迹的去除效果能够做到全方面去除;而柠檬酸除了能够具有较好的抑菌、去污能力外,其清爽味道也更容易被人们接受;而本发明通过自制的方法,制备了提取液,其中包含各种中草药成分,对于健康环保有重要意义;而玫瑰精油的提神功效以及芦荟和橄榄油的护肤效果,对于护理剂效能的提升有重要影响;而助剂类的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、脂肪酸金属皂、防腐剂,也通过其螯合、消泡等助剂效果,与主要成分一道,优化护理剂的性能;而本发明也添加了微量的纳米溶胶材料,该二氧化钛和银纳米溶胶,对于护理剂的抑菌、去污等性能也有重要意义。
(3)该护理剂制备工艺简单,易于工业化,原料来源广泛,非常适合应用于生产。

所述复合表面活性剂包括如下重量份的物质:
磷酸三乙酯或三亚乙基四胺5-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、苯扎氯铵3-5份;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、聚氧乙烯壬酚醚3-4份、卵磷脂1-2份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的护肤教学白板护理剂,其特征在于:所述提取液的制备方法为:
将何首乌2-3重量份、香叶子2-3重量份、薰衣草2-3重量份、柚子皮2-3重量份、丁香花2-3重量份,加入至150-200重量份的去离子水中,加热至97摄氏度,在该温度下保温2-3h,再加入0.1-0.5重量份的蜂蜜,继续在97摄氏度下保温1-2h,随炉冷却,即可获得植物提取液。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的护肤教学白板护理剂,其特征在于:该护理剂由如下重量份物质组成:
无水乙醇40份;
复合表面活性剂10份;
柠檬酸10份;
提取液1份;
芦荟1份;
玫瑰精油1份;
橄榄油1份;
薄荷1份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠1份;
脂肪酸金属皂1份;
防腐剂0.16份;
二氧化钛纳米溶胶0.16份;
银纳米溶胶0.16份;
丙二醇0.16份。
5.一种制备如权利要求1-4所述护肤教学白板护理剂的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:按照护理剂组成备料;
(2)在室温下,先将丙二醇加入到无水乙醇中,随后加入复合表面活性剂,然后依次加入柠檬酸、提取液、芦荟、玫瑰精油、橄榄油、薄荷、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、脂肪酸金属皂、防腐剂、二氧化钛纳米溶胶和银纳米溶胶;
(3)在42摄氏度下搅拌均匀,自然冷却,即可得护肤教学白板护理剂。
