Abstract

本发明提供一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液,组分按重量百分比计:无水乙醇45%‑70%;表面活性剂5%‑10%;有机溶剂7%‑13%;β‑环糊精包合物0.5%‑3.5%;去离子水15%‑30%。该清洗液能够有效去除渗透进白板缝隙里的炭黑小颗粒,使白板清洁如新,增加使用寿命;清洗液中含有艾草油、苍术油和丁香油成分,可起到杀菌消毒的作用;该清洗液在较冷环境中也能使用。

一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液
技术领域
本发明涉及教学用具,具体属于一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液。
背景技术
学校的教学板书用具,传统的是采用粉笔板书,书写完毕进行擦拭时粉尘飞扬,污染教学环境,且对教师和学生的身体健康都有影响。之后,白板逐步取代普通的黑板,而采用白板笔书写,用白板擦进行擦除。目前市面上的白板擦多采用平绒面料,擦拭过程中常常是用水来进行清洗,由于书写所使用的白板笔含有炭黑小颗粒,它会渗透到白板的空隙中,水对其没有清除作用。长此以往,炭黑小颗粒逐渐积累,导致白板留有污迹,越来越难以清除干净,影响白板的使用寿命。
目前,改进以上问题的方案主要是针对白板笔或白板擦,对清洗液的改进未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液,该清洗液不仅能够有效去除渗透进白板缝隙里的炭黑小颗粒,还有消毒灭菌和防冻效果。
本发明提供的一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液,组分按重量百分比计:
无水乙醇:45%-70%
表面活性剂:十二烷基硫酸钠或丙二醇甲醚5%-10%
有机溶剂:乙二醇或丙二醇7%-13%
β-环糊精包合物:0.5%-3.5%
去离子水:15%-30%。
还可以加入香精:0.05%-0.1%。
所述β-环糊精包合物的制备方法:将艾草油、苍术油和丁香油的混合物滴加至温度为37-42℃的β-环糊精饱和水溶液中,混合物和β-环糊精的重量比为2~3:4,包合9-20h后,将温度降至4℃沉淀24-48h,收集沉淀,洗涤、干燥得到β-环糊精包合物。
配方中,无水乙醇能去除炭黑物质;表面活性剂成分有渗透、增溶作用,使乙醇更好的发挥作用;有机溶剂的使用,显著降低液体的冰点,起到防冻效果,也能增强去污效果;香精的加入能掩盖所制清洗液的难闻味道;β-环糊精包合物中艾草油、苍术油和丁香油,能起到杀灭细菌,保护皮肤的作用。
白板专用清洗液的制备方法:
先将无水乙醇和去离子水混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、有机溶剂、β-环糊精包合物,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下特点:1、本发明提供一种白板专用清洗液,能够有效去除渗透进白板缝隙里的炭黑小颗粒,使白板清洁如新,增加使用寿命。2、本发明提供的白板专用清洗液还在其中加入芳香剂改善气味、加入有机溶剂使其在较冷环境中也能使用。3、在清洗液中含有艾草油、苍术油和丁香油成分,可起到杀菌消毒的作用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1白板专用清洗液的制备
β-环糊精包合物的制备:将艾草油0.2g、苍术油0.1g和丁香油0.1g的混合物滴加至温度为38℃的0.8gβ-环糊精的饱和水溶液中,包合15h后,将温度降至4℃沉淀30h,收集沉淀,洗涤、干燥得到β-环糊精包合物。
将无水乙醇46g、去离子水23g,十二烷基硫酸钠6g、乙二醇8g、香精0.08g、β-环糊精包合物1.2g,混合搅拌30min即得本发明产品。其中每种物质加入的时间间隔为2min。
所获得的白板笔清洗液可以快速去除白板笔字迹,且有芳香味。
实施例2:白板专用清洗液的制备
β-环糊精包合物的制备:将艾草油0.4g、苍术油0.2g和丁香油0.1g的混合物滴加至温度为40℃的1.4gβ-环糊精的饱和水溶液中,包合18h后,将温度降至4℃沉淀36h,收集沉淀,洗涤、干燥得到β-环糊精包合物。
将无水乙醇50g、去离子水26g、十二烷基硫酸钠8g、乙二醇8g、香精0.5g、β-环糊精包合物2.1g,混合搅拌30min即得本发明产品。其中每种物质加入的时间间隔为5min。
所获得的白板笔清洗液可以快速去除白板笔字迹,不留痕迹。
实施例3:白板专用清洗液的制备
β-环糊精包合物的制备:将艾草油0.6g、苍术油0.4g和丁香油0.2g的混合物滴加至温度为42℃的2.3gβ-环糊精的饱和水溶液中,包合18h后,将温度降至4℃沉淀36h,收集沉淀,洗涤、干燥得到β-环糊精包合物。
将无水乙醇65g、去离子水25g,十二烷基硫酸钠7g、丙二醇8g、香精0.09g、β-环糊精包合物3.5g,混合搅拌30min即得本发明产品。其中每种物质加入的时间间隔为4min。
所获得的白板笔清洗液可以快速去除白板笔字迹,不留痕迹,且有芳香味。

Claims (3)

1.一种擦除白板上炭黑小颗粒的专用清洗液,其特征在于,组分按重量百分比计:
无水乙醇:45%-70%
表面活性剂:十二烷基硫酸钠或丙二醇甲醚5%-10%
有机溶剂:乙二醇或丙二醇7%-13%
β-环糊精包合物:0.5%-3.5%
去离子水:15%-30%
所述β-环糊精包合物通过如下方法制备得到:将艾草油、苍术油和丁香油的混合物滴加至温度为37-42℃的β-环糊精饱和水溶液中,混合物和β-环糊精的重量比为2~3:4,包合9-20h后,将温度降至4℃沉淀24-48h,收集沉淀,洗涤、干燥得到β-环糊精包合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的专用清洗液,其特征在于,组分中还含有香精0.05%-0.1%。
3.如权利要求1所述的专用清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,先将无水乙醇和去离子水混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、有机溶剂、β-环糊精包合物,搅拌至完全溶解即可。
