技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种纳米自洁水漆。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的罩面透明涂料,主要有丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液、叔丙乳液、硅丙乳液等等,各种材料的性能还不能完全通用于在各种基材上的使用,使得每种材料的使用都有局域性,对产品的生产也带来不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无毒环保、施工简单、方便、快速,并且可以在多种基材上涂刷使用的纳米自洁水漆。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种纳米自洁水漆,由25~35%质量百分比的丙烯酸正丁酯,10~25%质量百分比的乙酸乙烯酯,5~10%质量百分比的丙烯酸,4~6%质量百分比的有机硅大单体,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的乳化剂,3~4%质量百分比的引发剂,0.1~0.3%质量百分比的交联剂,15~25%质量百分比的胶液,4~8%质量百分比的纳米二氧化硅,5~10%质量百分比的增粘剂, 3~8%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,0.5~1.2%质量百分比的乙二醇单丁醚,0.3~0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2~3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5~1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3~0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.2~0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10~25%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
进一步的,所述纳米自洁水漆由25%质量百分比的丙烯酸正丁酯,20%质量百分比的乙酸乙烯酯,6%质量百分比的丙烯酸,4%质量百分比的有机硅大单体,0.2%质量百分比的乳化剂,3%质量百分比的引发剂,0.1%质量百分比的交联剂,15%质量百分比的胶液,4%质量百分比的纳米二氧化硅,5%质量百分比的增粘剂, 3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,0.5%质量百分比的乙二醇单丁醚,0.3%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂, 0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.3%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。

本发明所带来的有益效果是:
本发明中,所述纳米自洁水漆可以在任何基材上涂刷使用同一种产品,通用于金属基面、内外墙封底及罩面、门窗家具、实木地板、水泥地坪、石膏板、硅酸钙板、陶瓷砖及石材表面的翻新涂刷。特别适用于各种新旧建筑及古建筑物的表面翻新及防水维修涂刷,能使古建筑物不受恶劣气候的影响,保持长久亮丽如新。
产品无毒环保、施工简单、方便、快速,施工过程无污染,无异味残留,施工好的成品为透明的亮光和哑光涂膜,也可以根据使用的要求,调配各种颜色。所有经过我们产品处理过的材质表面,不产生静电,不吸附灰尘,抗紫外线,耐沾污、抗划伤、自清洁,而且涂膜表面超级防水、防腐耐酸碱、阻燃耐火烧,可耐500摄氏度以上的高温,阻燃耐火温度,会因基材不同而异,在试验燃烧过程中不产生有害气体、无异味、不碳化等优特点。施工好的成品,无毒、无异味、无刺激性,用于室内装修,对环境和人体健康没有危害,整体装饰完工即可安心入住,真正做到装修过程无异味。

作为本发明所述纳米自洁水漆的实施例,所述纳米自洁水漆由25%质量百分比的丙烯酸正丁酯,20%质量百分比的乙酸乙烯酯,6%质量百分比的丙烯酸,4%质量百分比的有机硅大单体,0.2%质量百分比的乳化剂,3%质量百分比的引发剂,0.1%质量百分比的交联剂,15%质量百分比的胶液,4%质量百分比的纳米二氧化硅,5%质量百分比的增粘剂, 3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,0.5%质量百分比的乙二醇单丁醚,0.3%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂, 0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.3%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
实施例二:
作为本发明所述纳米自洁水漆的实施例,与实施例一的区别在于:本实施例中,所述纳米自洁水漆由35%质量百分比的丙烯酸正丁酯,10%质量百分比的乙酸乙烯酯,5%质量百分比的丙烯酸,4%质量百分比的有机硅大单体,0.3%质量百分比的乳化剂,3%质量百分比的引发剂,0.2%质量百分比的交联剂,15%质量百分比的胶液,4%质量百分比的纳米二氧化硅,5%质量百分比的增粘剂,3%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,1%质量百分比的乙二醇单丁醚,0.3%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.7%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.5%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10%质量百分比的去离子水组成。

1.一种纳米自洁水漆,其特征在于由25~35%质量百分比的丙烯酸正丁酯,10~25%质量百分比的乙酸乙烯酯,5~10%质量百分比的丙烯酸,4~6%质量百分比的有机硅大单体,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的乳化剂,3~4%质量百分比的引发剂,0.1~0.3%质量百分比的交联剂,15~25%质量百分比的胶液,4~8%质量百分比的纳米二氧化硅,5~10%质量百分比的增粘剂, 3~8%质量百分比的陶瓷颜料,0.5~1.2%质量百分比的乙二醇单丁醚,0.3~0.5%质量百分比的润湿分散剂,2~3%质量百分比的成膜助剂,0.5~1%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷流平剂,0.3~0.8%质量百分比的丙烯酸类增稠剂,0.2~0.8%质量百分比的聚醚改性有机硅氧烷附着力促进剂,0.2~0.5%质量百分比的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂,10~25%质量百分比的去离子水组成。
