一种防挂冰汽车涂料
技术领域
本发明属于汽车涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种防挂冰汽车涂料。
背景技术
传统的汽车面漆主要是溶剂型油漆,其中含有大量的有机挥发物(约为50%),这些有机挥发物在汽车面漆的制备和涂装过程中会挥发到大气中,不仅污染环境和浪费资源,同时还会严重危害人类的身体健康。随着环保意识的增强和环保法规的健全,传统的溶剂型汽车涂料中挥发性有机物(VOC)和有害空气污染物(HAP)的使用越来越受到限制,水性涂料得到越来越多的关注。
汽车涂料尤其是汽车面漆代表了工业涂料的最高水平,汽车涂装用面漆对涂料的性能指标要求很高,一般的水性工业涂料无法与溶剂型涂料媲美,难以达到性能要求。目前国内关于水性汽车面漆专利报道较少,专利文献(公开号:CN101314685A)公开了一种各色水性汽车面漆,该涂料体系以水性聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂为基材,配以一定比例的颜填料和助剂制的,具有一定的硬度、韧性、映像深度,同时具有一定的环保特点。专利文献(公开号:CN101705052A)公开了一种单组分的烘干水性汽车漆,该涂料以丙烯酸树脂改性聚硅氧烷乳液为基体材料,具有不燃、不污染环境、节省能源的特点,同时对底材具有良好的附着力,涂膜的耐冲击性和耐弯曲性良好。专利文献(公开号:CN102020917A)公开了一种水性双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯汽车涂料及其制备方法。它由A、B两种组分构成,A组分由树脂和助剂构成,B组分为固化剂,二者混合即可。这种水性双组分汽车涂料保留了原涂膜的硬度、耐介质性能和耐盐雾性能,同时VOC含量大大降低。
涂料体系中最核心的部分是其主要成膜物质,即所用的乳液体系。上述几种专利报道的水性汽车涂料,虽然是都以水性乳液作为主要成膜物质,具有一定的环保性能,但是由于所使用的乳液都是一般的传统乳液,聚合物乳液粒径大,漆膜致密性差,保护及装饰效果都与传统油性汽车面漆差距很大,且漆面容易挂冰,对漆面形成损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防挂冰汽车涂料,具有安全、无毒的特点,对环境没有污染,同时对施工人员的身体健康无害。
一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其配方如下:水性丙烯酸10-50份,填料20-50份,惰性防锈材料1-30份,导电材料0.1-5份,稀释剂2-5份,催干剂2-5份,pH调节剂5-10份,水5-45份。
所述水性丙烯酸采用丙烯酸树脂乳液或丙烯酸树脂水分散体。
所述填料是高岭土、重钙或滑石粉的一种或几种。
所述惰性防锈材料采用氧化铁红、氧化铁黑或氧化铁黄的一种。
所述导电材料为导电性100-1000Ω·cm的石墨烯悬浊液,所述石墨烯悬浊液浓度为10%。
所述稀释剂为醋酸丁酯:20-70%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:30-80%。
所述催干剂采用二月桂酸二丁基锡、环烷酸锆、环烷酸钴、环烷酸钙的一种。
所述pH调节剂采用单乙醇胺或三乙胺的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明具有极好的渗透性、润湿性、流平性和流变性。
2、本发明具有的高比表面积,极大增强了漆料对基材的附着力,对焊缝、锈痕等部位能透入很深。
3、本发明提供的涂料具有良好的导电性能,通电产生热量,热能转化率高,产生热量使漆面部位的温度高于0℃。
4、本发明具有安全、无毒的特点,对环境没有污染,同时对施工人员的身体健康无害。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1
一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其配方如下:水性丙烯酸10份,填料20份,惰性防锈材料1份,导电材料0.1份,稀释剂2份,催干剂2份,pH调节剂5份,水5份。
所述水性丙烯酸采用丙烯酸树脂乳液。
所述填料是高岭土。
所述惰性防锈材料采用氧化铁红。
所述导电材料为导电性100-1000Ω·cm的石墨烯悬浊液,所述石墨烯悬浊液浓度为10%。
所述稀释剂为醋酸丁酯:20-70%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:30-80%。
所述催干剂采用二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述pH调节剂采用单乙醇胺。
实施例2
一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其配方如下:水性丙烯酸50份,填料50份,惰性防锈材料30份,导电材料5份,稀释剂5份,催干剂5份,pH调节剂10份,水45份。
所述水性丙烯酸采用丙烯酸树脂水分散体。
所述填料是重钙。
所述惰性防锈材料采用氧化铁红。
所述导电材料为导电性100-1000Ω·cm的石墨烯悬浊液,所述石墨烯悬浊液浓度为10%。
所述稀释剂为醋酸丁酯:20-70%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:30-80%。
所述催干剂采用环烷酸钙。
所述pH调节剂采用三乙胺。
实施例3
一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其配方如下:水性丙烯酸25份,填料34份,惰性防锈材料15份,导电材料3份,稀释剂2份,催干剂5份,pH调节剂9份,水40份。
所述水性丙烯酸采用丙烯酸树脂乳液。
所述填料是高岭土和重钙,比例为1:1。
所述惰性防锈材料采用氧化铁红。
所述导电材料为导电性100-1000Ω·cm的石墨烯悬浊液,所述石墨烯悬浊液浓度为10%。
所述稀释剂为醋酸丁酯:20-70%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:30-80%。
所述催干剂采用环烷酸钴。
所述pH调节剂采用单乙醇胺。

3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述填料是高岭土、重钙或滑石粉的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述惰性防锈材料采用氧化铁红、氧化铁黑或氧化铁黄的一种。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述导电材料为导电性100-1000Ω·cm的石墨烯悬浊液,所述石墨烯悬浊液浓度为10%。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种防挂冰汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为醋酸丁酯:20-70%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:30-80%。
