本发明的四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂,由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10-12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;其具有原料易得,成本低,治疗效果显著等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于一种生产非金属粉体用的功能助剂。
背景技术
目前,碳酸钙已广泛应用于造纸、塑料、塑料薄膜、化纤、橡胶、胶粘剂、密封剂、日用化工、化妆品、建材、涂料、油漆、油墨、油灰、封蜡、腻子、毡层包装、医药、食品(如口香糖、巧克力)、饲料中,其作用有:增加产品体积、降低成本,改善加工性能(如调节粘度、流变性能、硫化性能),提高尺寸稳定性,补强或半补强,提高印刷性能,提高物理性能(如耐热性、消光性、耐磨性、阻燃性、白度、光泽度)等;为获得更优越的性能,均采用助剂进行活化处理。

本发明的目的在于;提出一种四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂及其制备方法。
本发明的四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10--12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成。
本发明的四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10--12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;先用乙醇将松香铕树脂溶解,加入水550-600份后,加入全部原料混合均匀,在85~95℃下搅拌20-30分钟,即得产品。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:具有设计科学合理,工艺简单,安全可靠性,易于控制,操作方便,适合大规模生产,生产成本低等优点。

实施例1,本发明的四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂的制备,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10--12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;先用乙醇将松香铕树脂溶解,加入水550-600份后,加入全部原料混合均匀,在85~95℃下搅拌20-30分钟,即得产品。

实施例3,本发明的四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂的制备,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺30份,碳酸钠8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物5份,甘油三醋酸酯6份,二辛基锡12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂5份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;先用乙醇将松香铕树脂溶解,加入水550-600份后,加入全部原料混合均匀,在85~95℃下搅拌20-30分钟,即得产品。
实施例4,本发明的双乙撑钛酸酯四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂的制备,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯4份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺30份,碳酸钠5份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物5份,甘油三醋酸酯5份,二辛基锡12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;先用乙醇将松香铕树脂溶解,加入水550-600份后,加入全部原料混合均匀,在85~95℃下搅拌20-30分钟,即得产品。
本发明的产品,经生产厂商使用,生产改性超细重质碳酸钙功能产品,反应效果很好。
部分原料说明:
1、所述季戊四醇松香铕树脂,可优选按中国专利专利号为ZL201410078259.8的方法制得。
2、氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷,实施例用南京旭杨化工有限公司产品,商品名:覆膜砂高效增强剂硅XY-812。
3、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷分子式:C9H2OO5Si
4、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,分子式:C28H63O7Ti。

1.一种四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10--12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成。
2.一种四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯粉体改性剂的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量计,其配方由四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-5份,氨乙基丙氨丙基甲基甲氧基硅烷5-6份,二丙二醇单丁醚5-8份,季戊四醇松香铕树脂3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,丙烯酸钠-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物3-5份,甘油三醋酸酯5-6份,氧化二辛基锡10--12份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3-5份,乙醇20-30份,水550-600份组成;先用乙醇将松香铕树脂溶解,加入水550-600份后,加入全部原料混合均匀,在85~95℃下搅拌20-30分钟,即得产品。
