本发明涉及载货汽车装配驾驶室的技术领域，具体地说是一种汽车驾驶室装配支架。
背景技术
载货汽车驾驶室装配需要有支架把驾驶室支撑，由于生产线的宽度及生产线底部运行的高度有限制，在做驾驶室装配支架时，需要使其能进行翻转对高度和宽度能进行调节，防止支架在生产线运行过程中对生产线产生破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足，提供一种设计合理，结构简单，成本低，可翻转的汽车驾驶室装配支架。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种汽车驾驶室装配支架，包括底座、连接板、连接销轴、定位销、上支架、支架垫块，其特征在于底座上部设有连接板，连接板通过连接销轴固定在底座上，上支架下端在底座顶部的连接板上，在上支架的顶端有支架垫块，支架垫块顶部有凸凹面，上支架在连接板上可转动，在连接板上设有定位销，定位销固定上支架在连接板上转动后的位置。
本发明设计合理，结构简单，易造成、成本低，操作方便，使用效果好，能有效地提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2所示：一种汽车驾驶室装配支架，包括底座1，连接板2，连接销轴3，定位销4，上支架5，支架垫块6，其底座1上部设有连接板2，连接板2通过连接销轴3固定在底座1上，上支架5下端在底座1顶部的连接板2上，在上支架5的顶端有支架垫块6，支架垫块6顶部有凸凹面，上支架5在连接板2上可转动，在连接板2上设有定位销4，定位销4固定上支架5在连接板2上转动后的位置。
使用时，将四个本发明固定在汽车驾驶室安装生产线上，电动葫芦将驾驶室平稳下落在上支架的支架垫块上，工人对驾驶室进行装配，装配完毕后；用电动葫芦将安装好的驾驶室吊走，再拔出定位销将上支架翻转，经过生产线的带动进入生产线下方。由于支架垫块顶部有凸凹面，可用于多种驾驶室的固定。
