Abstract

本发明提供一种避雷器阀片冲压装置,包括冲压机,所述冲压机下方设置有放置台,所述放置台右端设置有上料装置,通过上料装置对钢板进行上料,所述放置台下端设置有顶出气缸,通过顶出气缸对阀片进行顶出,所述放置台旁设置有下料机械手,所述下料机械手上设置有吸盘,通过吸盘对阀片进行下料。通过上料装置对钢板进行上料,通过冲压机对钢板进行冲压,并且通过下料机械手进行下料,避免人工进行下料,并且设置红外线传感器对下料机械手的位置进行确认,并且通过位置传感器对上料装置上的钢板位置进行确认,提高安全性能。

避雷器阀片冲压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及避雷器制造领域,尤其涉及一种对避雷器内部阀片进行冲压的避雷器阀片冲压装置。
背景技术
在制造避雷器时,避雷器的内部阀片是十分重要的部件之一。对阀片进行制造,目前通常使用的是冲压装置对钢板进行冲压,形成阀片,但是在冲压时需要人工进行上下料,工作时容易压到手造成安全事故。因此,解决避雷器阀片冲压时上下料容易造成安全事故的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对避雷器内部阀片进行冲压的避雷器阀片冲压装置,通过上料装置对钢板进行上料,通过冲压机对钢板进行冲压,并且通过下料机械手进行下料,避免人工进行下料,解决了避雷器阀片冲压时上下料容易造成安全事故的问题。
本发明提供一种避雷器阀片冲压装置,包括冲压机,所述冲压机下方设置有放置台,所述放置台右端设置有上料装置,通过上料装置对钢板进行上料,所述放置台下端设置有顶出气缸,通过顶出气缸对阀片进行顶出,所述放置台旁设置有下料机械手,所述下料机械手上设置有吸盘,通过吸盘对阀片进行下料。
进一步改进在于:所述上料装置为压紧上料辊组成,通过压紧上料辊带动上料。
进一步改进在于:所述下料机械手上设置有红外线传感器,通过红外线传感器对下料机械手的位置进行确定。
进一步改进在于:所述上料装置旁设置有位置传感器,通过位置传感器对上料的钢板位置进行确认。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上料装置对钢板进行上料,通过冲压机对钢板进行冲压,并且通过下料机械手进行下料,避免人工进行下料,并且设置红外线传感器对下料机械手的位置进行确认,并且通过位置传感器对上料装置上的钢板位置进行确认,提高安全性能。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种避雷器阀片冲压装置,包括冲压机1,所述冲压机1下方设置有放置台2,所述放置台2右端设置有上料装置3,通过上料装置3对钢板进行上料,所述放置台2下端设置有顶出气缸4,通过顶出气缸4对阀片进行顶出,所述放置台2旁设置有下料机械手5,所述下料机械手5上设置有吸盘6,通过吸盘6对阀片进行下料。所述上料装置3为压紧上料辊组成,通过压紧上料辊带动上料。所述下料机械手5上设置有红外线传感器7,通过红外线传感器7对下料机械手5的位置进行确定。所述上料装置3旁设置有位置传感器8,通过位置传感器8对上料的钢板位置进行确认。通过上料装置3对钢板进行上料,通过冲压机1对钢板进行冲压,并且通过下料机械手5进行下料,避免人工进行下料,并且设置红外线传感器7对下料机械手5的位置进行确认,并且通过位置传感器8对上料装置3上的钢板位置进行确认,提高安全性能。

1.一种避雷器阀片冲压装置,包括冲压机(1),所述冲压机(1)下方设置有放置台(2),其特征在于:所述放置台(2)右端设置有上料装置(3),通过上料装置(3)对钢板进行上料,所述放置台(2)下端设置有顶出气缸(4),通过顶出气缸(4)对阀片进行顶出,所述放置台(2)旁设置有下料机械手(5),所述下料机械手(5)上设置有吸盘(6),通过吸盘(6)对阀片进行下料。
2.如权利要求1所述的避雷器阀片冲压装置,其特征在于:所述上料装置(3)为压紧上料辊组成,通过压紧上料辊带动上料。
3.如权利要求1所述的避雷器阀片冲压装置,其特征在于:所述下料机械手(5)上设置有红外线传感器(7),通过红外线传感器(7)对下料机械手(5)的位置进行确定。
4.如权利要求2所述的避雷器阀片冲压装置,其特征在于:所述上料装置(3)旁设置有位置传感器(8),通过位置传感器(8)对上料的钢板位置进行确认。
