Abstract

手动板材切割机,用于地板类板材的切割。包括工作台、手柄及切割刀,工作台上间隔安装有前支架和后支架,其特征在于:所述手柄的一端为齿轮状,为主动扇形齿轮,与前支架轴接;所述切割刀包括刀架及刀体,刀体安装在刀架下,刀架的一端为齿轮状,为被动扇形齿轮,与主动扇形齿轮啮合,刀架的另一端与后支架轴接。该装置优化了手动板材切割机的结构,与传统的安装有复位弹簧的板材切割机相比,对板材切割时,不需克服复位弹簧的弹力,使切割更省力。

本实用新型涉及一种切割设备,具体的说,涉及一种手动板材切割机。
背景技术
板材切割机可分为手动板材切割机和电动板材切割机,电动板材切割机噪音大、粉末污染严重,主要用于规模化生产;手动板材切割机便携性强,地板铺装时,也需根据加工尺寸进行地板切割,由于切割工作量不大,通常采用手动板材切割机。
申请号为201020103589.5的专利公开了一种环保无屑渐进切刀。其结构为,手柄与工作台顶端的机头轴接,手柄前端有一偏心凸圆,刀座后端与一支脚轴接,刀座前端有一凹槽与偏心凸圆配合;工作台与刀座之间有一复位弹簧。工作时,靠手柄上的偏心凸圆随手柄下压,将刀座下压,对刀座前端凹槽施压;切割结束,手柄抬起后,刀座不会自动复位,需依靠复位弹簧复位。由于偏心凸轮与凹槽之间的接触为圆弧面的接触,长时间使用会产生磨损,影响下压效果;刀座的复位依靠复位弹簧的恢复力,若取消复位弹簧,手柄抬起后,刀座不会自动复位,复位弹簧长时间使用会产生不可恢复的形变,影响刀座的复位效果,造成切割不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构稳定、携带方便的手动板材切割机。
本发明的技术方案是:手动板材切割机,包括工作台、手柄及切割刀,工作台上间隔安装有前支架和后支架,手柄的一端为齿轮状,为主动扇形齿轮,与前支架轴接;切割刀包括刀架及刀体,刀体安装在刀架下,刀架的一端为齿轮状,为被动扇形齿轮,与主动扇形齿轮啮合,刀架的另一端与后支架轴接。主动扇形齿轮转动会带动被动扇形齿轮转动,因此,手柄抬起将带动切割刀抬起;手柄落下将带动切割刀落下。
优选的是:手柄下端面,设置有一限位块,刀架上方有一限位块槽,限位块槽的位置与限位块位置相配合,手柄下压后,限位块落入限位槽内。限位块为具有一定高度的凸起,手柄下压后,限位块与限位槽的结构限制手柄的继续转动,操作者继续施加在手柄上的力不会继续传导到工作台,延长刀体和工作台的使用寿命。
优选的是:工作台的尾端设置有手柄固定环,可绕工作台尾端转动,用于固定手柄。
优选的是:还包括一与工作台等高的支撑架,工作台侧壁设置有支撑架悬挂机构。支撑架不使用时,可悬挂在工作台侧壁,避免遗失。
更进一步的:还包括一板材压紧机构,板材压紧机构包括一下压板,下压板与工作台轴接,下压板下端面安装弹性部件。弹性部件下端面与工作台上端面之间的间距取决于地板的厚度。
本发明的有益效果是:
手柄前端、刀架前端均为齿轮状,二者通过齿轮部为啮合,可同步转动。齿轮的啮合连接为一种稳固的连接关系,手柄抬起后,自动带动切割刀抬起,与申请号为201020103589.5的对比文件相比,省略了复位弹簧的结构,结构更简单,使用更方便;此外,当对板材切割时,不需要克服复位弹簧的弹力,切割力量显著加大,切割更省力。

具体实施方式
实施例1
手动板材切割机,包括工作台1、手柄2及切割刀,本实施例中,工作台1为长方体、柱状,工作台1前端为固定底座16,固定底座16和工作台1之间可拆卸。沿工作台1延长方向的,间隔安装有前支架4和后支架5,手柄2的一端为齿轮状,为主动扇形齿轮6,与前支架4轴接,可绕前支架4转动;切割刀包括刀架7及刀体8,刀体8安装在刀架7下部,刀架7的一端为齿轮状,为被动扇形齿轮15,与主动扇形齿轮6啮合,刀架7的另一端与后支架5轴接,可绕后支架5转动。
进行切割工作时,抬起手柄2,主动扇形齿轮6逆时针转动,带动被动扇形齿轮15顺时针转动,切割刀被抬起,将待切割板材放置在刀体8下方,下压手柄2,主动扇形齿轮6顺时针转动,带动被动扇形齿轮15逆时针转动,刀体8下压,切断板材。
手柄2下端面,设置有一限位块13。刀架7上方有一限位块槽,限位块槽的位置与限位块13位置相配合,手柄下压后,限位块13落入限位槽内。限位块13为具有一定高度的凸起,手柄2下压后,限位块13与限位槽的结构限制手柄2的继续转动,操作者继续施加在手柄2上的力不会继续由刀体8传递到工作台上,延长刀体8和工作台1的使用寿命。
工作台1的尾端设置有手柄固定环14,可绕工作台1尾端转动,手柄固定环14的尺寸,以手柄2完全下压后,手柄固定环14可紧固卡在手柄2上方为宜。切割作业完成后,旋转手柄固定环14,使其卡在手柄2上方,将手柄2固定,可以使刀体8处于闭合状态,保证搬运和运输过程中的安全性。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,还包括一与工作台1等高的支撑架3,工作台1侧壁设置有支撑架悬挂机构9。本实施例中,支撑架3侧壁设置有两个悬挂孔,支撑架悬挂机构9为两个与悬挂孔等间距的轴向凸起,悬挂孔挂在轴向凸起上。
还包括一板材压紧机构,板材压紧机构包括一下压板10,下压板10通过下压板安装轴12与工作台1轴接,可绕下压板安装轴12转动。
地板的厚度有8mm,10mm,12mm,15mm,18mm等多种尺寸,为使下压板10可卡紧多种厚度的地板,在下压板10下端面安装弹性部件11。
切割时,将支撑架3垫在地板下方,支撑架3和工作台1共同支撑地板;转动下压板10,使其卡在地板上。支撑架3、工作台1和下压板10共同作用,固定地板的位置,避免切割时地板发生位移。

1.手动板材切割机,包括工作台、手柄及切割刀,工作台上间隔安装有前支架和后支架,其特征在于:所述手柄的一端为齿轮状,为主动扇形齿轮,与前支架轴接;所述切割刀包括刀架及刀体,刀体安装在刀架下,刀架的一端为齿轮状,为被动扇形齿轮,与主动扇形齿轮啮合,刀架的另一端与后支架轴接。
2.如权利要求1所述的手动板材切割机,其特征在于:所述手柄下端面,设置有一限位块。
3.如权利要求1所述的手动板材切割机,其特征在于:工作台的尾端设置有手柄固定环,可绕工作台尾端转动。
4.如权利要求1所述的手动板材切割机,其特征在于:还包括一与工作台等高的支撑架,工作台侧壁设置有支撑架悬挂机构。
5.如权利要求4所述的手动板材切割机,其特征在于:还包括一板材压紧机构,所述板材压紧机构包括一下压板,下压板与工作台轴接,下压板下端面安装弹性部件。
