本发明涉及中医药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗慢性咽炎的口服液的制备方法。
背景技术
慢性咽炎为咽黏膜、黏膜下及淋巴组织的慢性炎症。弥漫性咽部炎症常为上呼吸道慢性炎症的一部分；局限性咽部炎症则多为咽淋巴组织炎症。本病在临床中常见，病程长，症状容易反复发作。
西医认为，急性咽炎的反复发作是导致慢性咽炎的主要原因。此外，引起慢性咽炎的主要原因还有：1、咽部邻近的上呼吸道病变。如鼻腔、鼻窦、鼻咽部的慢性炎症，可因炎性分泌物经后鼻孔倒流至咽部刺激咽部黏膜；慢性鼻炎、鼻中隔偏曲、慢性鼻窦炎、腺样体肥大、鼾症或鼻腔鼻窦及鼻咽部占位性病变等疾病由于影响鼻腔通气，造成长期张口呼吸，引起咽部黏膜长期过度干燥而导致慢性咽炎；慢性扁桃体炎的慢性炎症可直接蔓延至咽后壁，引起慢性咽炎；口腔炎症如果不能得到及时控制，随着炎症扩散也可导致慢性咽炎。2、气候及地域环境变化。温度、湿度的变化、空气质量差、烟酒刺激、辛辣刺激性食物、粉尘、有害气体及放射性照射也是导致慢性咽炎的原因。3、职业因素。长期大量用声者如教师、歌唱者及易感体质因素亦可引起本病。4、全身因素。如贫血，消化不良，胃食管反流，心脏病(因血液循环障碍影响咽部静脉回流造成咽部局部淤血)，慢性支气管炎，支气管哮喘，风湿病，肝、肾疾病等，也可引发慢性咽炎。内分泌紊乱，自主神经失调，臭鼻杆菌及类白喉杆菌的感染，维生素缺乏及免疫功能紊乱等均与萎缩性及干燥性咽炎相关。5、过敏因素。吸入性过敏原(包括季节性与常年性过敏原)，药物、工作环境中的化学刺激物及食物过敏原都可以引起变应性咽炎。
目前，治疗慢性咽炎常用复方硼砂、呋喃西林溶液等含漱，以保持口腔、咽部的清洁，或含服碘喉片、薄荷喉片等喉片；还有超声雾化可以缓解慢性咽炎的症状。但是，一般见效慢，或仅仅起到缓解症状的作用，不能根治慢性咽炎。目前，还没有能够有效治疗慢性咽炎的纯中药成分口服液。

步骤1、浸提，将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到原料粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：玄参8-12、寸冬8-12、天花粉5-8、芦根8-12、荆芥8-12、薄荷8-12、沙参8-12、牛蒡根8-12、贝母4-6、葛根8-12、野菊花10-15、黄芩8-12、百合8-12、清半夏5-8以及甘草8-12；
步骤2、将原料粉与10-30倍体积的60-70％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到浸提物；
步骤3、将浸提物加蒸馏水稀释5-8倍，即得所述治疗慢性咽炎的的口服液。
优选的是，所述的治疗慢性咽炎的口服液的制备方法中，步骤3中向治疗慢性咽炎的的口服液中添加5-8％的麦芽糖醇。
优选的是，所述的治疗慢性咽炎的口服液的制备方法中，步骤2中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤2.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为30-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤2.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为60-80℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤2.3、将第一浸提液与第二浸提液混合，加热至80-85℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。

3.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性咽炎的口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤2中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤2.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为30-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤2.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为60-80℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤2.3、将第一浸提液与第二浸提液混合，加热至80-85℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。
