背景技术
肺燥咳嗽，中医病症名，病名，普遍认为是肺虚液少或燥邪伤肺所致的咳嗽，其症干咳，无痰，痰少而粘或痰如线粉不易咯出，咽喉痒、干痛，口鼻发干，声音嘶哑，舌干而少津液；初起可伴有稍怕冷，发热，头痛，骨节酸楚等感冒表证，舌尖红，脉细数。
肺燥咳嗽是秋季的常见病，《症因脉治·伤燥咳嗽》中记载：“天行燥烈，燥从火化，肺被燥伤则必咳嗽”。《金匮翼·燥咳》：“肺燥者，肺虚液少而燥气乘之也。其状咳甚而少涎沫，咽喉干，气哽不利。子和云：燥乘肺者，气壅不利，百节内痛，皮肤干燥，大便秘涩，涕唾稠粘。”
传统中医中，治疗肺燥咳嗽普遍采取清燥润肺的方法，例如：润肺止嗽方、清燥救肺汤、门冬饮子等。以上中医成方具有一定的治疗效果，但是对于较为严重的患者，则往往治疗效果不理想。西医治疗肺燥型咳嗽宜吃有润肺宣肺、止咳化痰的药物或糖浆，像葵花小儿肺热咳喘口服液，这类药物虽然具有一定的治疗效果，但是会产生一定的副作用，尤其是对于病程较长的患者，副作用较大，并有产生药物依赖性的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷，并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，能够得到有效治疗肺燥咳嗽的的口服液。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，其中，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到药粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷8-12、牛蒡子5-8、桑叶8-12、野菊花8-12、天花粉8-12、芦根5-8、连翘8-12、沙参8-12、知母3-5、天门冬8-12、玉竹8-12、百合8-12、五味子5-7、杏仁2-4、款冬花8-12、枇杷叶8-12、贝母8-12、竹茹5-8、虎杖4-6、佛耳草4-6、枸骨叶8-12、侧柏叶4-6、瓜蒌子5-8以及紫菀5-8；
步骤2、将鲜梨切片，50-65摄氏度低温干燥，粉碎，得到梨粉；
步骤3、将药粉、梨粉以2:1的质量比混合后，加入10-30倍体积的质量浓度60-70％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到膏状浸提物；
步骤4、将浸提物加梨水稀释8-12倍，即得所述治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液；其中，所述梨水由鲜梨50-80重量份、干红枣5-8重量份以及鲜姜1-2重量份加10-15倍质量水熬煮20-30分钟过滤得到。
优选的是，所述的治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法中，步骤1中所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷10、牛蒡子6、桑叶10、野菊花10、天花粉10、芦根6、连翘10、沙参10、知母4、天门冬10、玉竹10、百合10、五味子6、杏仁3、款冬花10、枇杷叶10、贝母10、竹茹6、虎杖5、佛耳草5、枸骨叶10、侧柏叶5、瓜蒌子6以及紫菀6。
优选的是，所述的治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法中，步骤3中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤3.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为30-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤3.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为60-80℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤3.3、将第一浸提液与第二浸提液混合，加热至80-85℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为肺燥咳嗽的原因是秋冬气候干燥，外感六淫之邪从口鼻或皮毛而入，侵袭肺脏，肺乃娇脏，喜润，风燥者，燥邪灼津生痰，肺气失于润降，则发为干咳嗽、痰不易咳出、咽喉干痛，是为肺燥咳嗽。
本发明中，鸭梨，生者清六腑之热，熟者滋五脏之阴，生津、润燥、清热、化痰；薄荷，性凉、疏散风热、解表、清利咽喉；牛蒡子，宣肺利咽、消肿；桑叶，清肺润燥、清肝明目；野菊花，疏散风热、消肿解毒；天花粉，清热生津、消肿、排脓；芦根，清热生津、利小便；连翘，清热解毒、消痈散结；沙参，清肺养阴、益胃生津；知母，清热泻火、生津润燥；天门冬，清肺火、滋肾阴、润燥止咳；玉竹，滋阴润肺、生津养胃；百合，润肺止咳、清心安神；五味子，滋肾、生津；杏仁，止咳化痰；款冬花，润肺下气、止咳化痰；枇杷叶，清肺化痰、下气止咳；贝母，化痰止咳、清热；竹茹，清化热痰、除烦止呕；虎杖，清利湿热、止咳化痰；佛耳草，镇咳祛痰；枸骨叶，清热养阴、止咳化痰；侧柏叶，清利湿热、祛痰止咳；瓜蒌子，润肺化痰、滑肠通便；紫菀，化痰止咳。本发明通过以上多种中药的合理配伍，润肺生津、止咳化痰，使肺燥咳嗽得以治愈。
其次，通过将可有效治疗肺燥咳嗽的的中药组合物进行分步乙醇浸提，使所制备的治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液药效充分发挥，提高治疗效果。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做详细说明，以令本领域普通技术人员参阅本说明书后能够据以实施。
一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，其中，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到药粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：梨片50-80、薄荷8-12、牛蒡子5-8、桑叶8-12、野菊花8-12、天花粉8-12、芦根5-8、连翘8-12、沙参8-12、知母3-5、天门冬8-12、玉竹8-12、百合8-12、五味子5-7、杏仁2-4、款冬花8-12、枇杷叶8-12、贝母8-12、竹茹5-8、虎杖4-6、佛耳草4-6、枸骨叶8-12、侧柏叶4-6、瓜蒌子5-8以及紫菀5-8。
步骤2、将鲜梨切片，50-65摄氏度低温干燥，粉碎，得到梨粉。
步骤3、将药粉、梨粉以2:1的质量比混合后，加入10-30倍体积的质量浓度60-70％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到膏状浸提物。
步骤4、将浸提物加梨水稀释8-12倍，即得所述治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液；其中，所述梨水由鲜梨50-80重量份、干红枣5-8重量份以及鲜姜1-2重量份加10-15倍质量水熬煮20-30分钟过滤得到。
实施例1
一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到药粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷12、牛蒡子8、桑叶8、野菊花12、天花粉8、芦根8、连翘8、沙参8、知母3、天门冬8、玉竹12、百合12、五味子5、杏仁2、款冬花8、枇杷叶12、贝母8、竹茹5、虎杖4、佛耳草4、枸骨叶8、侧柏叶4、瓜蒌子5以及紫菀5。
步骤2、将鲜梨切片，55摄氏度低温干燥，粉碎，得到梨粉。
步骤3、将药粉、梨粉以2:1的质量比混合后，加入22倍体积的质量浓度65％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后60-70摄氏度旋蒸，使乙醇蒸发，得到膏状浸提物。
步骤4、将鲜梨50-80重量份、干红枣5-8重量份以及鲜姜1-2重量份加10-15倍质量水熬煮20-30分钟过滤，得到梨水，用所得梨水将所得浸提物稀释12倍，即得所述口服液。
实施例2
一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到药粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷10、牛蒡子6、桑叶10、野菊花10、天花粉10、芦根6、连翘10、沙参10、知母4、天门冬10、玉竹10、百合10、五味子6、杏仁3、款冬花10、枇杷叶10、贝母10、竹茹6、虎杖5、佛耳草5、枸骨叶10、侧柏叶5、瓜蒌子6以及紫菀6。
步骤2、将鲜梨切片，60摄氏度低温干燥，粉碎，得到梨粉。
步骤3、将药粉、梨粉以2:1的质量比混合后，加入20倍体积的质量浓度62％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后50-59摄氏度旋蒸，使乙醇蒸发，得到膏状浸提物。
步骤4、将鲜梨50-80重量份、干红枣5-8重量份以及鲜姜1-2重量份加10-15倍质量水熬煮20-30分钟过滤，得到梨水，用所得梨水将所得浸提物稀释15倍，即得所述口服液。
为进一步证明本发明的药物的临床疗效，选择100位患者进行临床观察。100例患者中，年龄最小者7岁，年龄最大者52岁，5-7天为一个疗程。
1、疗效评价标准：
治愈：肺燥咳嗽消失。
显效：肺燥咳嗽明显减轻。
有效：肺燥咳嗽较治疗前减轻。
无效：病情无任何改善的表现。
2、治疗方案：
将以下重量份的原料进行乙醇浸提：薄荷8-12、牛蒡子5-8、桑叶8-12、野菊花8-12、天花粉8-12、芦根5-8、连翘8-12、沙参8-12、知母3-5、天门冬8-12、玉竹8-12、百合8-12、五味子5-7、杏仁2-4、款冬花8-12、枇杷叶8-12、贝母8-12、竹茹5-8、虎杖4-6、佛耳草4-6、枸骨叶8-12、侧柏叶4-6、瓜蒌子5-8、紫菀5-8，以及药粉质量的1/2倍的梨粉，所得浸提液稀释15倍，得到所述治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液。
每日口服3-4次，每次10-20毫升。
2、治疗效果统计：
100例患者中，一个疗程痊愈者56例，两个疗程痊愈者35例，显效3例，有效1例，无效5例，治愈率91％，总有效率达到95％。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，其中，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到药粉，所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷8-12、牛蒡子5-8、桑叶8-12、野菊花8-12、天花粉8-12、芦根5-8、连翘8-12、沙参8-12、知母3-5、天门冬8-12、玉竹8-12、百合8-12、五味子5-7、杏仁2-4、款冬花8-12、枇杷叶8-12、贝母8-12、竹茹5-8、虎杖4-6、佛耳草4-6、枸骨叶8-12、侧柏叶4-6、瓜蒌子5-8以及紫菀5-8；
步骤2、将鲜梨切片，50-65摄氏度低温干燥，粉碎，得到梨粉；
步骤3、将药粉、梨粉以2:1的质量比混合后，加入10-30倍体积的质量浓度60-70％乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到膏状浸提物；
步骤4、将浸提物加梨水稀释8-12倍，即得所述治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液；其中，所述梨水由鲜梨50-80重量份、干红枣5-8重量份以及鲜姜1-2重量份加10-15倍质量水熬煮20-30分钟过滤得到。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，其中，步骤1中所述中药组合物包括以下重量份的原料：薄荷10、牛蒡子6、桑叶10、野菊花10、天花粉10、芦根6、连翘10、沙参10、知母4、天门冬10、玉竹10、百合10、五味子6、杏仁3、款冬花10、枇杷叶10、贝母10、竹茹6、虎杖5、佛耳草5、枸骨叶10、侧柏叶5、瓜蒌子6以及紫菀6。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗肺燥咳嗽的口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤3中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤3.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为30-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤3.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为60-80℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤3.3、将第一浸提液与第二浸提液混合，加热至80-85℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。
