本发明涉及一种药物组合物，特别是涉及一种治疗高血压的中药组合物。
背景技术
常见的高血压症状表现为心悸气短，出现这些现象的时候就要考虑自身的健康了。高血压的症状会导致心肌肥厚、心脏扩大、心肌梗死、心功能不全。这些都是导致心悸气短的症状。头疼：部位多在后脑，并伴有恶心、呕吐等的高血压的症状。若经常感到头痛，而且很剧烈，同时又恶心作呕，就可能是向恶性转化的信号。
临床上，患者的血压刚刚上升的时候其实并没有什么显著的症状表现。因为根据临床调查也可以表明，多无高血压的早期症状，但是患者在精神紧张，情绪激动或劳累后会感头晕、头痛，眼花、耳鸣、失眠、乏力、注意力不集中等多种高血压的早期症状会在病情发展的过程中逐一出现，随病程进展血压持续升高，患者的脏器受累，出现严重的并发症。这些都是高血压的早期症状。

下面实验例用于进一步说明本发明，但不限于本发明。
实验例一：临床试验
1、临床观察
本发明水丸剂(按照实施例1方法制备)治疗高血压100例，其中男性50例，女性50例。
2、治疗方法
服用本发明水丸剂(按照实施例1方法制备)，治疗二个疗程(30天一疗程)，一次6-9克，一日三次。
3、诊断标准
(1)正常血压：收缩压在18.7kPa(140mmHg)或以下，舒张压12.0kPa(90mmHg)或以下，而又非低血压者，应视为正常血压。
(2)临界高血压：收缩压在18.8～21.2kPa(141～159mmHg)和舒张压在12.1～12.5kPa(91～95mmHg)之间者为高血压。
(3)确诊高血压：在未使用抗高血压药物的情况下收缩压达到或超过21.3kPa(160mmHg)和舒张压达到或超过12.7kPa(95mmHg)者，既往有高血压史，目前正在使用抗高血压药物，现血压虽未达到上述水平，亦应诊断为高血压。。
4、疗效标准
参照国家中医药管理局1994年实施的《肝炎诊断疗效标准》拟定如下：
显效：①舒张压下降1.3KPa(10mmHg)以上，并达到正常范围；
②舒张压虽未降至正常，但已下降2.6KPa(20mmHg)以上。
有效：①舒张压下降不及1.3KPa(10mmHg)，但已达到正常范围；
②舒张压较治疗前下降1.3～2.34KPa(10～19mmHg)，但未达正常范围；
③收缩压较治疗前下降4.0KP(30mmHg)。
无效：未达到有效标准。

本发明组合物中大蓟为菊科植物蓟CirsiumjaponicumFisch.exDC.的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季花开时采割地上部分，除去杂质，晒干；性凉，味甘，苦，无毒。归心、肝经；性凉，味甘，苦，无毒。归心、肝经。菱角粉具有清热解毒，益胃安中，滋润皮肤，乌黑秀作用。金刷把为石蕊寄生地衣植物。呈珊瑚状，多回分枝，顶部枝纤细，为2～3叉分枝，基部灰白色，顶端淡黄色或灰白色；具有镇静，消炎，止痛功效，主治甲状腺疾病，癫痫，精神分裂症，神经衰弱，头目眩晕。毛冬青(学名：Ilexpubescens)为冬青科冬青属的植物；具有清热解毒，活血通脉功效；主治风热感冒，肺热喘咳，喉头水肿，扁桃体炎，痢疾，冠心病，脑血管意外所致的偏瘫，血栓闭塞性脉管炎，丹毒，烫伤，中心性视网膜炎，葡萄膜炎，以及皮肤急性化脓性炎症。鬼针草(学名：Bidenspilosa)，一年生草本植物，分布非常广泛，中国大部分地区有分布，全草可作为中药使用；具有清热解毒，散瘀消肿。用于阑尾炎，肾炎，胆囊炎，肠炎，细菌性痢疾，肝炎，腹膜炎，上呼吸道感染，扁桃体炎，喉炎，闭经，烫伤，毒蛇咬伤，跌打损伤，皮肤感染，小儿惊风、疳积等症。黑木耳又名木耳(英文：agaric)，主要生长在中国和日本；木耳味甘，性平，具有很多药用功效。能益气强身，有活血效能，并可防治缺铁性贫血等：可养血驻颜，令人肌肤红润，容光焕发，能够疏通肠胃，润滑肠道，同时对高血压患者也有一定帮助。罗布麻别名红麻、茶叶花、红柳子、羊肚拉角等。是西北地区最具特色的一种纤维植物，广泛分布于新疆天山南部沙漠中；具用有降血压、降血脂、增加冠状动脉流量，对高血压、高血脂、有较好的疗效，尤其对头晕症状、改善睡眠质量有明显效果，同时具有增强免疫、预防感冒、平喘止咳、消除抑郁、活血养颜、解酒护肝、降解烟毒、软化血管、通便利尿等功效。茺蔚子，常用别名：苦草子，小胡麻，三角胡麻，益母草子。本品呈三棱形，长2～3mm，宽约1.5mm。表面灰棕色至灰褐色，有深色斑点，一端稍宽，平截状，另一端渐窄而钝尖；具有活血祛瘀药；明目药；渗湿利尿药功效。僵蚕，别名天虫、姜蚕。是一种比较特殊的产品，它又名白僵蚕，是家蚕幼虫在吐丝前因感染白僵菌而发病致死的干涸硬化虫体，由于其体表密布白色菌丝和分生孢子，形似一层白膜，故名，主要用于惊风抽搐，咽喉肿痛，颌下淋巴结炎，面神经麻痹，皮肤瘙痒等病症。茯神为多孔菌科卧孔属植物茯苓【(PoriacocosSchw.)Wolf】的菌核，原物种为低等植物，是寄生在松树上的真菌。药用部分为干燥菌核体中间抱有松根的白色部分；性味甘、淡平；具有渗湿、健脾、宁心等功能；用于痰饮、水肿、小便不利、泄泻、心悸、眩晕。本发明诸药合并能够滋补肝肾，补血活血，补气行气，平肝潜阳之功效。使人体阴阳平衡，血压得降气血通畅；对治疗高血压效果显著，无毒副作用。
实验例二：典型病例
病例1：李某，男，61岁，煤矿工人，既往体健，2011年夏季体检时发现血压偏高(180/100mmg)口服本发明水丸剂(按照实施例1方法制备)一次6-9克，一日三次，一周后血压降至正常范围，巩固治疗一个月，再次化验一切正常，至今未复发。
病例2：田某某，女，56岁，农民，2012年前患冠心病，2013年春天发现血压高，(180/105mmg)，口服本发明胶囊剂((按照实施例2方法制备)10日后血压降至正常值，巩固治疗一个月化验一切正常，2013年冬天又巩固治疗一个月至今感觉良好。
病例3：赵某某，男，58岁，既往体健，2010年冬天因头晕发现血压高(180/98mmg)，口服本发明片剂(按照实施例3方法制备)十日后血压降至正常值，头晕大大减轻，半月后已无不适，巩固治疗一个月至今未复发。
病例4：秦某某，女，46岁，农民，既往体健，2012年夏天因头痛发现血压高(165/100mmg)，血糖也偏高(空腹7.8)，口服本发明颗粒剂(按照实施例4方法制备)7日后症状消失，巩固治疗二个月至今未复发。
下述实施例均能实现上述实验例的效果。

上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成颗粒剂，每袋6g，一日三次，一次1袋。

上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成口服液。10ml/支，每日三次，每次1支。
