本发明涉及一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽,其特征在于:包括密封外圈、上盖、防爆膜片和孔板,所述防爆膜片上边四周朝内折弯热熔焊接于上盖四边的环形区域,所述密封外圈上边四周朝内折弯压紧防爆膜片折弯区域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖帽,具体说是一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽。
背景技术
锂离子电池盖帽是锂离子电池的关键部件,它直接关系到锂离子电池的可靠性、使用寿命、容量大小、生产者和消费者生产使用安全。现有的锂电池盖帽采用密封外圈包裹上盖、垫片和防爆膜,并在防爆膜下方焊接孔板,对与电阻要求较高的锂电池电阻而言,上盖、垫片和防爆膜间的焊接直接影响到盖帽的电阻,垫片的材质、加工增加了生产成本、生产工序,垫片与上盖和防爆膜的性能差异、安装工艺精度导致盖帽性能参差不齐,影响盖帽质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、成本低、加工、组装方便,能有效确保盖帽低电阻性能一致性和稳定性的功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽。
本发明的技术方案是:一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽,其特征在于:包括密封外圈、上盖、防爆膜片和孔板,所述防爆膜片上边四周朝内折弯热熔焊接于上盖四边的环形区域,所述密封外圈上边四周朝内折弯压紧防爆膜片折弯区域。
进一步地,所述密封外圈下端设有同轴、相连在密封圈上的朝下凸出的内、外环形凸环,内环形凸环凸起高度小于外环形凸环,内、外环形凸环之间的密封外圈上均布开设有多个镂空孔,所述内环形凸环内同轴设有朝向的环形凹台,孔板支撑于环形凹台内且焊接在防爆膜片下底面。
再进一步地,所述防爆膜片下底面设有一圈对应孔板或对应上盖四边环形区域内边的一圈环形泄压刻槽。
本发明采用防爆膜朝上翻转折弯焊接上盖上面,防爆膜与上盖间无需垫片组装、焊接,加以密封外圈朝内折弯压紧防爆膜和上盖,其结构简单、紧凑,生产、组装便捷、成本低,焊接部件间的高精度组装焊接,能有效确保盖帽的低电阻性能一致性和稳定性。

图1所示:一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽包括密封外圈1、上盖2、防爆膜片4和孔板11,防爆膜片4上边四周的防爆膜片环形区域5朝内折弯热熔焊接于上盖2四边的上盖环形区域3,密封外圈上边四周朝内折弯压紧防爆膜片折弯的防爆膜片环形区域5。密封外圈1下端设有同轴、相连在密封圈上的朝下凸出的内、外环形凸环6、7,内环形凸环凸起高度小于外环形凸环,内、外环形凸环之间的密封外圈上均布开设有多个镂空孔9,内环形凸环内同轴设有朝向的环形凹台10,孔板11支撑于环形凹台内且焊接在防爆膜片下底面。防爆膜片4下底面设有一圈对应孔板或对应上盖四边环形区域内边的一圈环形泄压刻槽6。

1.一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽,其特征在于:包括密封外圈、上盖、防爆膜片和孔板,所述防爆膜片上边四周朝内折弯热熔焊接于上盖四边的环形区域,所述密封外圈上边四周朝内折弯压紧防爆膜片折弯区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽,其特征是:所述密封外圈下端设有同轴、相连在密封圈上的朝下凸出的内、外环形凸环,内环形凸环凸起高度小于外环形凸环,内、外环形凸环之间的密封外圈上均布开设有多个镂空孔,所述内环形凸环内同轴设有朝向的环形凹台,孔板支撑于环形凹台内且焊接在防爆膜片下底面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功率型锂电池低电阻盖帽,其特征是:所述防爆膜片下底面设有一圈对应孔板或对应上盖四边环形区域内边的一圈环形泄压刻槽。
