本发明公开了一种结构改良的工业相机壳体,包括L型的安装座,安装座的前端面上固定有镜头保护外壳,安装座的后端面上固定有后盖板,后盖板和镜头保护外壳之间安装座上固定有‘冂’字形的罩壳,罩壳的侧壁上设有散热件,散热件包括侧板,侧板的内侧端面上成型有若干T型的插接头,侧板的内侧端面抵靠在罩壳的侧壁上,侧板的外侧端面上成型有若干散热板;所述罩壳的侧壁上成型有若干道竖直的插槽,插接头插接在罩壳的插槽内;所述的散热件内成型有散热槽,散热槽由横向槽和纵向槽组成,横向槽分布在侧板内,纵向槽分布在插接头内并与横向槽和罩壳内腔相连通。它在工业相机的壳体上增设了散热结构,从而保证工业相机的壳体具备良好的散热性。

本发明涉及工业相机的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种结构改良的工业相机壳体。
背景技术:
工业相机是机器视觉系统中的一个关键组件,其最本质的功能就是将光信号转变成电信号。选择合适的相机也是机器视觉系统设计中的重要环节,相机的不仅是直接决定所采集到的图像分辨率、图像质量等,同时也与整个系统的运行模式直接相关。现在,越来越多的监控、检测场合都采用工业相机。现有的工业相机一般始终处于工作状态,工业相机内部电子元件工作会发热,从而要求保护工业相机内部电子元件的外壳具有良好的散热效果,如散热过差则会导致相机的使用寿命降低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种结构改良的工业相机壳体,其在工业相机的壳体上增设散热结构,使工业相机的壳体具备良好的散热性。
一种结构改良的工业相机壳体,包括L型的安装座,安装座的前端面上固定有镜头保护外壳,安装座的后端面上固定有后盖板,后盖板和镜头保护外壳之间安装座上固定有‘冂’字形的罩壳,罩壳的侧壁上设有散热件,散热件包括侧板,侧板的内侧端面上成型有若干T型的插接头,侧板的内侧端面抵靠在罩壳的侧壁上,侧板的外侧端面上成型有若干散热板;所述罩壳的侧壁上成型有若干道竖直的插槽,插接头插接在罩壳的插槽内;所述的散热件内成型有散热槽,散热槽由横向槽和纵向槽组成,横向槽分布在侧板内,纵向槽分布在插接头内并与横向槽和罩壳内腔相连通。
所述罩壳上的插槽均匀分布在罩壳的侧壁上,插槽贯穿罩壳的下端面,插槽的长度等于散热件的高度,散热件的侧板抵靠在罩壳的侧壁上。
所述的安装座、镜头保护外壳、后盖板和罩壳之间均通过螺栓固定连接。
所述的散热件采用铝合金材质,散热板均匀分布在散热件的侧板上。本发明的有益效果在于:
它在工业相机的壳体上增设了散热结构,其散热结构能充分实现壳体内侧与外侧的热传动,从而其工业相机的壳体具备良好的散热性,减少对壳体内电子元件的寿命影响。

实施例:见图1、2、3所示,一种结构改良的工业相机壳体,包括L型的安装座1,安装座1的前端面上固定有镜头保护外壳2,安装座1的后端面上固定有后盖板3,后盖板3和镜头保护外壳2之间安装座1上固定有‘冂’字形的罩壳4,罩壳4的侧壁上设有散热件5,散热件5包括侧板51,侧板51的内侧端面上成型有若干T型的插接头52,侧板51的内侧端面抵靠在罩壳4的侧壁上,侧板51的外侧端面上成型有若干散热板53;所述罩壳4的侧壁上成型有若干道竖直的插槽41,插接头52插接在罩壳4的插槽41内;所述的散热件5内成型有散热槽54,散热槽54由横向槽541和纵向槽542组成,横向槽541分布在侧板51内,纵向槽542分布在插接头52内并与横向槽541和罩壳4内腔相连通。
所述罩壳4上的插槽41均匀分布在罩壳4的侧壁上,插槽41贯穿罩壳4的下端面,插槽41的长度等于散热件5的高度,散热件5的侧板51抵靠在罩壳4的侧壁上。
所述的安装座1、镜头保护外壳2、后盖板3和罩壳4之间均通过螺栓固定连接。
所述的散热件5采用铝合金材质,散热板53均匀分布在散热件5的侧板51上。
工作原理:本发明为工业相机壳体的结构,其核心是在壳体上增设散热件5,本发明的散热件5的形状结构能够加速工业相机壳体内侧和外侧的热传递,从而保证工业相机的壳体具有良好的散热性。

1.一种结构改良的工业相机壳体,包括L型的安装座(1),安装座(1)的前端面上固定有镜头保护外壳(2),安装座(1)的后端面上固定有后盖板(3),后盖板(3)和镜头保护外壳(2)之间安装座(1)上固定有‘冂’字形的罩壳(4),其特征在于:罩壳(4)的侧壁上设有散热件(5),散热件(5)包括侧板(51),侧板(51)的内侧端面上成型有若干T型的插接头(52),侧板(51)的内侧端面抵靠在罩壳(4)的侧壁上,侧板(51)的外侧端面上成型有若干散热板(53);所述罩壳(4)的侧壁上成型有若干道竖直的插槽(41),插接头(52)插接在罩壳(4)的插槽(41)内;所述的散热件(5)内成型有散热槽(54),散热槽(54)由横向槽(541)和纵向槽(542)组成,横向槽(541)分布在侧板(51)内,纵向槽(542)分布在插接头(52)内并与横向槽(541)和罩壳(4)内腔相连通;
所述的安装座(1)、镜头保护外壳(2)、后盖板(3)和罩壳(4)之间均通过螺栓固定连接;
所述罩壳(4)上的插槽(41)均匀分布在罩壳(4)的侧壁上,插槽(41)贯穿罩壳(4)的下端面,插槽(41)的长度等于散热件(5)的高度,散热件(5)的侧板(51)抵靠在罩壳(4)的侧壁上;
所述的散热件(5)采用铝合金材质,散热板(53)均匀分布在散热件(5)的侧板(51)上。
