Abstract

本发明涉及一种两位五通电磁阀,包括阀体,所述阀体包括本体、引导本体、线圈、端子、侧盖及后盖,所述本体一端连接在侧盖上,所述后盖盖接侧盖上,所述本体的另一端连接引导本体上,所述引导本体的一侧通过线圈与端子连接,所述侧盖内设有复位座,所述本体内安装有阀芯,所述引导本体内设有活塞,所述阀芯一端与复位座相接触,另一端与活塞连接,所述本体上设有依次第一工作孔、第二工作孔、第一排气孔、进气孔及第二排气孔,所述引导本体上安装有手动杆,在手动杆与第二工作孔之间设有进气通道,所述进气通道内的进气口位于本体上,出气口位于活塞后端,通过在产品上开设有进气通道,所述进气通道内的进气口位于本体上,出气口位于活塞后端,这样可以使产品在工作使用中更加灵活,断电复位快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁阀领域的两位五通电磁阀。
背景技术
电磁阀里有密闭的腔,在不同位置开有通孔,每个孔都通向不同的油管,腔中间是阀,两面是两块电磁铁,哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边,通过控制阀体的移动来档住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而进油孔是常开的,液压油就会进入不同的排油管,然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞,活塞又带动活塞杆,活塞竿带动机械装置动,这样通过控制电磁铁的电流就控制了机械运动,现有的电磁阀一般通过线圈通电从而带动活塞向前移动,但是当线圈断电时,由于密封状态的腔室存在一定的压强会阻止弹簧复位,从而存在延时的状况发生,这样导致了复位弹簧复位缓慢,降低了工作效率,工作时也不够灵活。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种提高工作效率的两位五通电磁阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明所提供的两位五通电磁阀,包括阀体,所述阀体包括本体、引导本体、线圈、端子、侧盖及后盖,所述本体一端连接在侧盖上,所述后盖盖接侧盖上,所述本体的另一端连接引导本体上,所述引导本体的一侧通过线圈与端子连接,所述侧盖内设有复位座,所述本体内安装有阀芯,所述引导本体内设有活塞,所述阀芯一端与复位座相接触,另一端与活塞连接,所述本体上设有依次第一工作孔、第二工作孔、第一排气孔、进气孔及第二排气孔,所述引导本体上安装有手动杆,在手动杆与第二工作孔之间设有进气通道,所述进气通道内的进气口位于本体上,出气口位于活塞后端。
为了提高阀芯的回复效率,所述复位座之间设有弹簧。
为了方便产品的安装与拆卸,所述后盖与侧盖连接为螺纹连接。
为了提高阀芯的密封效果,所述线圈一端密封连接有固定螺帽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过在产品上开设有进气通道,所述进气通道内的进气口位于本体上,出气口位于活塞后端,这样可以使产品在工作使用中更加灵活,断电复位快。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例所提供的两位五通电磁阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1包括本体2、引导本体3、线圈4、端子5、侧盖6及后盖7,所述本体2一端连接在侧盖6上,所述后盖7盖接侧盖6上,所述本体2的另一端连接引导本体3上,所述引导本体3的一侧通过线圈4与端子5连接,所述侧盖6内设有复位座8,所述本体2内安装有阀芯9,所述引导本体3内设有活塞10,所述阀芯9一端与复位座8相接触,另一端与活塞10连接,所述本体2上设有依次第一工作孔11、第二工作孔12、第一排气孔13、进气孔14及第二排气孔15,所述引导本体3上安装有手动杆16,在手动杆16与第二工作孔12之间设有进气通道17,所述进气通道17内的进气口18位于本体2上,出气口19位于活塞10后端,所述复位座8之间设有弹簧20,所述后盖7与侧盖6连接为螺纹连接,所述线圈4一端密封连接有固定螺帽21。
当线圈4通电时,活塞10驱动阀芯9移动使复位座8向前移动并压缩弹簧20,这样使得进气孔14与第一工作孔11导通,第一工作孔11与第一排气孔13阻断,进气孔14与第二工作孔12阻断,第二工作孔12与第二排气孔15导通;当线圈4断电时,弹簧20推动复位座8复位从而驱动阀芯9反向移动,使得进气孔14与第二工作孔12导通,第二工作孔12与第二排气孔15阻断,进气孔14与第一工作孔11阻断,第一工作孔11与第一排气孔13导通,本发明在手动杆16与第二工作孔12之间设有进气通道17,所述进气通道17内的进气口18位于本体2上,出气口19位于活塞10后端,气体从进气口18进入经过进气通道17从出气口19出来,进而推动活塞10运动,从而使弹簧20压紧,断电时,由于进气通道17的存在,减少了内部的压强,从而使产品在工作使用中更加灵活,复位时更为迅速,所述后盖7与侧盖6连接为螺纹连接,这样方便安装与更换,而线圈4一端密封连接有固定螺帽21,是为了提高阀芯9的密封效果。

1.一种两位五通电磁阀,包括阀体(1),其特征是:所述阀体(1)包括本体(2)、引导本体(3)、线圈(4)、端子(5)、侧盖(6)及后盖(7),所述本体(2)一端连接在侧盖(6)上,所述后盖(7)盖接侧盖(6)上,所述本体(2)的另一端连接引导本体(3)上,所述引导本体(3)的一侧通过线圈(4)与端子(5)连接,所述侧盖(6)内设有复位座(8),所述本体(2)内安装有阀芯(9),所述引导本体(3)内设有活塞(10),所述阀芯(9)一端与复位座(8)相接触,另一端与活塞(10)连接,所述本体(2)上设有依次第一工作孔(11)、第二工作孔(12)、第一排气孔(13)、进气孔(14)及第二排气孔(15),所述引导本体(3)上安装有手动杆(16),在手动杆(16)与第二工作孔(12)之间设有进气通道(17),所述进气通道(17)内的进气口(18)位于本体(2)上,出气口(19)位于活塞(10)后端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两位五通电磁阀其特征是:所述复位座(8)之间设有弹簧(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的两位五通电磁阀,其特征是:所述后盖(7)与侧盖(6)连接为螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两位五通电磁阀,其特征是:所述线圈(4)一端密封连接有固定螺帽(21)。
