墙面石材干挂方法,槽钢竖着排放,侧面与墙面之间加缓冲垫用膨胀螺丝固定在墙面上,另有翻边槽钢,把一组翻边槽钢从墙角处单根横着排放用螺丝固定在槽钢另一侧面上,安装时,石材板所放位置抹上干挂胶,把石材板从两根翻边槽钢头上装入,安完一组单根翻边槽钢后,再接头安装另一组翻边槽钢,对于墙角处,把翻边槽钢竖支撑割出角度使外翻边沿对合,安装到最后接头墙角时,把翻边槽钢头上外翻边沿去掉一段再装,对于这一段,把石材板直接粘接在翻边槽钢竖支撑和槽钢侧面上,然后再补粘上翻边槽钢头上缺失的外翻边沿,安装完后,最后用嵌缝胶泥把翻边槽钢槽修饰封住。

本发明属建筑领域室外墙面石材干挂。
背景技术
现在室外墙面石材干挂方法有多种,但大同小异,一般是膨胀螺丝固定“工”字钢架,“工”字钢架上焊接角铁,角铁上用螺丝固定角码,角码上用螺丝固定双钩吗,用双钩吗和干挂胶再固定石材板,工艺繁琐,结构复杂,用料多,施工费时费力,石材与墙面距离大。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:槽钢竖着排放,侧面与墙面之间加缓冲垫用膨胀螺丝固定在墙面上,另有两侧边向外翻的翻边槽钢,把一组翻边槽钢从墙角处单根上下横着排放用螺丝固定在槽钢另一侧面上,翻边槽钢外翻边沿与槽钢侧面之间间距比石材板厚度大0.5—3毫米,两个翻边槽钢相对竖支撑间距比石材板高度大0.5—3毫米,安装时,石材板所放位置抹上干挂胶,把石材板从两根翻边槽钢头上装入其相对着的外翻边沿和槽钢侧面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完一组单根翻边槽钢后,再接头安装另一组翻边槽钢,对于墙角处,把翻边槽钢竖支撑割出45度角使外翻边沿对合,安装到最后接头墙角时,把翻边槽钢头上外翻边沿去掉比石材板长度大0.5—5毫米的一段,再从两根翻边槽钢头上去掉上沿的这一段装入其相对着的外翻边沿和槽钢侧面之间空隙,对于去掉上沿的这一段,把石材板直接粘接在翻边槽钢竖支撑和槽钢侧面上,然后再补粘上翻边槽钢头上缺失的外翻边沿,安装完后,最后用嵌缝胶泥把翻边槽钢槽修饰封住。
这种室外墙面石材干挂方法结构简单,工艺简单,省事、省料,石材与墙面距离近,节省空间。

图中,1、石材板,2、翻边槽钢,3、干挂胶,4、槽钢,5、螺丝,6、膨胀螺丝,7、缓冲垫,8、墙面,9、接头墙角,10、嵌缝胶泥,槽钢4竖着排放,侧面与墙面8之间加缓冲垫7用膨胀螺丝6固定在墙面8上,另有两侧边向外翻的翻边槽钢2,把一组翻边槽钢2从墙角处单根上下横着排放用螺丝5固定在槽钢4另一侧面上,翻边槽钢2外翻边沿与槽钢4侧面之间间距比石材板1厚度大2毫米,两个翻边槽钢2相对竖支撑间距比石材板1高度大2毫米,安装时,石材板1所放位置抹上干挂胶3,把石材板1从两根翻边槽钢2头上装入其相对着的外翻边沿和槽钢4侧面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完一组单根翻边槽钢2后,再接头安装另一组翻边槽钢2,对于墙角处,把翻边槽钢2竖支撑割出45度角使外翻边沿对合,安装到最后接头墙角9时,把翻边槽钢2头上外翻边沿去掉比石材板1长度大2毫米的一段,再从两根翻边槽钢2头上去掉上沿的这一段装入其相对着的外翻边沿和槽钢4侧面之间空隙,对于去掉上沿的这一段,把石材板1直接粘接在翻边槽钢2竖支撑和槽钢4侧面上,然后再补粘上翻边槽钢2头上缺失的外翻边沿,安装完后,最后用嵌缝胶泥10把翻边槽钢2槽修饰封住。
