室内墙面石材干挂方法,槽钢边设有向外翻的边沿,即:翻边槽钢,翻边槽钢竖着排放,槽内有膨胀螺丝把翻边槽钢固定在墙面上,安装时,用条带兜吊住石材板,把石材板左右两边从两个翻边槽钢上头装入其相对着的边沿和墙面之间空间内,把石材板所放部位抹上干挂胶,放下去,抽出条带,调整对正,最后用嵌缝胶泥把翻边槽钢槽修饰封住。

背景技术
现在室内墙面石材干挂方法有多种,但大同小异,一般是膨胀螺丝固定角码,角码上再固定双钩吗,再用双钩吗和干挂胶固定石材板,工艺繁琐,结构复杂,用料多,施工费时费力,石材与墙面距离大。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:槽钢边设有向外翻的边沿,即:翻边槽钢,翻边槽钢竖着排放,槽内有膨胀螺丝把翻边槽钢固定在墙面上,两个翻边槽钢对应竖支撑间距比石材板长度大0.5—3毫米,翻边槽钢外翻边沿与墙面之间距离比石材板厚度大0.5—3毫米,如果石材板干挂到墙面顶角,就把翻边槽钢上头(墙面顶角处)竖支撑之上的边沿去掉比石材板高度长0.5—10毫米的一段,安装时,用条带兜吊住石材板,把石材板左右两边从两个翻边槽钢上头装入其相对着的边沿和墙面之间空间内,把石材板所放部位抹上干挂胶,再把石材板放下去,抽出条带,调整对正,对于墙面顶角处的石材板用干挂胶直接沾固在翻边槽钢竖支撑和墙面上,再用干挂胶补粘上翻边槽钢边沿,如果石材板干挂不到墙面顶角则不用把翻边槽钢上头(墙面顶角处)竖支撑之上的边沿去掉,直接把石材板装入两个翻边槽钢之间相对着的边沿和墙面之间空间内,安装完后,最后用嵌缝胶泥把翻边槽钢槽修饰封住。
这种干挂石材板方法结构简单,工艺简单,用料少,施工省时省力,石材与墙面距离小,节省空间。

具体实施方式
图中,1、石材板,2、翻边槽钢,3、干挂胶,4、膨胀螺丝,5、墙面,6、墙面顶角,7、嵌缝胶泥,槽钢边设有向外翻的边沿,即:翻边槽钢2,翻边槽钢2竖着排放,槽内有膨胀螺丝4把翻边槽钢2固定在墙面5上,两个翻边槽钢2对应竖支撑间距比石材板1长度大2毫米,翻边槽钢2外翻边沿与墙面5之间距离比石材板1厚度大1毫米,把翻边槽钢2上头(墙面顶角6处)竖支撑之上的边沿去掉比石材板1高度长2毫米的一段,安装时,用条带兜吊住石材板1,把石材板1左右两边从两个翻边槽钢2上头装入其相对着的边沿和墙面5之间空间内,把石材板1所放部位抹上干挂胶3,再把石材板1放下去,抽出条带,调整对正,对于墙面顶角6处的石材板1用干挂胶3直接沾固在翻边槽钢2竖支撑和墙面5上,再用干挂胶3补粘上翻边槽钢2边沿,最后用嵌缝胶泥7把翻边槽钢2槽修饰封住。

1.室内墙面石材干挂方法,其特征是:槽钢边设有向外翻的边沿,即:翻边槽钢,翻边槽钢竖着排放,槽内有膨胀螺丝把翻边槽钢固定在墙面上,两个翻边槽钢对应竖支撑间距比石材板长度大0.5—3毫米,翻边槽钢外翻边沿与墙面之间距离比石材板厚度大0.5—3毫米,如果石材板干挂到墙面顶角,就把翻边槽钢上头(墙面顶角处)竖支撑之上的边沿去掉比石材板高度长0.5—10毫米的一段,安装时,用条带兜吊住石材板,把石材板左右两边从两个翻边槽钢上头装入其相对着的边沿和墙面之间空间内,把石材板所放部位抹上干挂胶,再把石材板放下去,抽出条带,调整对正,对于墙面顶角处的石材板用干挂胶直接沾固在翻边槽钢竖支撑和墙面上,再用干挂胶补粘上翻边槽钢边沿,如果石材板干挂不到墙面顶角则不用把翻边槽钢上头(墙面顶角处)竖支撑之上的边沿去掉,直接把石材板装入两个翻边槽钢之间相对着的边沿和墙面之间空间内,安装完后,最后用嵌缝胶泥把翻边槽钢槽修饰封住。
