技术领域
本发明属于纺织化学技术领域,具体涉及一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂。
背景技术
浆料使纱条表面被覆一层光滑、耐磨、柔韧且有一定强度的浆膜,令纱条表面的缠绕纤维紧贴纱条的主干,降低纱条表面的摩擦系数,同时使部分浆液渗入纱线内部,增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。
纺织浆料发展到时至今日,已经不能满足各种各样的纱线品种以及浆纱工艺的要求,传统的三大浆料体系PVA、聚丙烯酸、变性淀粉,无论怎么优化组合,缺陷仍然十分明显。PVA由于在退浆后存在于浆液中难于降解,目前行业协会已经明确提出在上浆工艺中要少用或不用PVA,即使暂时抛开环保上浆的因素,行业也不能再将PVA即聚乙烯醇,视为“万能浆料”了,因为在高档细支高密的纱线上浆过程中,PVA的先天高强力反而成为一种制约因素,很多时候降低了织机效率。丙烯酸类浆料由于原料价格因素,越来越不具备性价比优势,且浆膜太软,并存在吸湿再粘的风险,在现有浆料格局中,逐渐沦为配角。变性淀粉由于浆膜脆硬,对纱线粘附力有限,使其虽然具有环保优势,但是在上浆中却无法单独使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,有利于降低环境负荷,提高生产效率,有利于降低生产成本,粘附力适中。
一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其配方包括:淀粉20-300份、纳米材料20-50份、颜料9-20份、水性引发剂2-5份、混合抗菌剂10-15份、分散剂5-8份和乳液15-19份。
所述淀粉采用含水量为5-10%的玉米淀粉溶液。
所述纳米材料采用光触媒材料,所述纳米材料粒径为100-300nm。
所述纳米材料采用纳米二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛采用锐钛型二氧化钛,粒径为150-200nm。
所述水性引发剂采用过氧化氢、带有Fe2+的过氧化氢、带有亚硫酸氢盐的过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠或过硫酸钾中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
所述抗菌剂采用天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂的混合物,所述天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂的比例为2:1。
所述无机抗菌剂采用纳米银抗菌剂。
所述天然抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油中的一种。
所述抗菌剂的混合方法是以无水乙醇为溶剂,先后加入天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂进行搅拌,以压力0.4MPa,温度60℃条件下密封反应0.5小时,冷却至室温。
所述乳液采用苯丙乳液。
所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液。
所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量为8-18%的乙醇水溶液。
所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇含量为45-85%。

一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其配方包括:淀粉20份、纳米材料20份、颜料9份、水性引发剂2份、混合抗菌剂10份、分散剂5份和乳液15份。
所述淀粉采用含水量为5%的玉米淀粉溶液。
所述纳米材料采用纳米二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛采用锐钛型二氧化钛,粒径为150nm。
所述水性引发剂采用过氧化氢。

所述抗菌剂的混合方法是以无水乙醇为溶剂,先后加入天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂进行搅拌,以压力0.4MPa,温度60℃条件下密封反应0.5小时,冷却至室温。
所述乳液采用苯丙乳液。
所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液。
所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量为16%的乙醇水溶液。
所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇含量为68%。
以国标《GB/T23763-2009光催化抗菌材料及制品抗菌性能的评价》为依据进行抗菌效果检测,检测效果如下:

经检测发现,本发明提供的抗菌助剂能够具有良好的抗菌效果以及良好的抗菌稳定性,重复性良好,能够长期使用。

Claims (12)
1.一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其配方包括:淀粉20-300份、纳米材料20-50份、颜料9-20份、水性引发剂2-5份、混合抗菌剂10-15份、分散剂5-8份和乳液15-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述淀粉采用含水量为5-10%的玉米淀粉溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述纳米材料采用纳米二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛采用锐钛型二氧化钛,粒径为150-200nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述水性引发剂采用过氧化氢、带有Fe2+的过氧化氢、带有亚硫酸氢盐的过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠或过硫酸钾中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂采用天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂的混合物,所述天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂的比例为2:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述无机抗菌剂采用纳米银抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述天然抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油中的一种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂的混合方法是以无水乙醇为溶剂,先后加入天然抗菌剂与无机抗菌剂进行搅拌,以压力0.4MPa,温度60℃条件下密封反应0.5小时,冷却至室温。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述乳液采用苯丙乳液。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量为8-18%的乙醇水溶液。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种天然混合纺织整染抗菌助剂,其特征在于,所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇含量为45-85%。
