一种速干3D效果打印画布,制备工序为:(1)清胶:石蜡,水加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸和纯丙乳液搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入NaOH溶液,直至体系呈中性,得清胶;(2)底涂涂料:将立德粉、滑石粉、透明胶、分散剂、防腐剂加入反应釜中混合搅匀,得底涂涂料;(3)面涂涂料:将碳酸钙、902钛白粉、二氧化钛颜料、白胶、水加入反应釜中混合搅匀,得面涂涂料;(4)分别清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在画布基材上,然后烘干。本画布干燥时间短;表面有波浪感,打印时立体效果强;涂层表面柔软,张力均衡,画作保留时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及油画布技术领域,尤其是涉及一种速干3D效果打印画布及其制备方法。
背景技术
现阶段市面上的普通画布能呈现出来的效果是二维的,没有立体三维的触摸和体验感。速干3D效果打印画布使产品表面有波浪感,让画面呼之欲出,并以一种幽默、古怪方式显示在三维的空间里,而且画布干燥很快。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种速干3D效果打印画布。本画布干燥时间短;表面有波浪感,打印时立体效果强;涂层表面柔软,张力均衡,画作保留时间长。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种速干3D效果打印画布,其制备工序如下:
(1)清胶的制作:石蜡60-80份,水100-120份加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸40-60份和纯丙乳液20-30份,搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液5-10份,直至体系呈中性,搅拌转速1800-2000转/min,得清胶;
(2)底涂涂料的制作:将立德粉50-60份、滑石粉20-30份、透明胶70-90份、分散剂2-4份、防腐剂1.5-3份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500-3000转/min,得底涂涂料;
(3)面涂涂料的制作:将碳酸钙100-120份、902钛白粉50-60份、二氧化钛颜料40-60份、白胶150-180份、水180-200份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500-3000转/min,得面涂涂料;
(4)分别将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在画布基材上,然后烘干,烘箱温度100-120℃,织物穿过烘箱速度为6-7米/分,制成成品;
以上所述原料的份数为重量份数。
本画布适用于3D效果打印机。
步骤(2)所述分散剂为多己内配多元醇与多乙烯亚胺嵌段共聚物。
步骤(4)所述画布基材为棉布,化纤布或亚麻布。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明使用902钛白粉和二氧化钛颜料,使画布干燥快。本发明运用立德粉、滑石粉,使产品表面有波浪感,打印时立体效果强。本发明运用烘箱烘干法,使涂层表面柔软,张力均衡,画作保留时间长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1:
一种速干3D效果打印画布,其制备工序如下:
1、清胶的制作:石蜡60份,水100份加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸40份和乳化剂20份,搅匀,边搅拌边加入0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液5份,直至体系呈中性,搅拌转速1800转/min,得淋涂涂料,喷涂在基材表面;
2、底涂的制作:将立德粉50份、滑石粉20份、透明胶70份、分散剂多己内配多元醇与多乙烯亚胺嵌段共聚物2份、水性涂料防腐剂1.5份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500转/min,得底涂涂料;
3、面涂的制作:将碳酸钙100份、902钛白粉50份、二氧化钛颜料40份、白胶150份、水180份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500转/min,得底涂涂料;
4、分别将步骤1、2、3所得清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在亚麻布材质的画布基材上,然后烘干,烘箱温度100℃,织物穿过烘箱速度为6米/分,制成成品。
实施例2:
一种速干3D效果打印画布,其制备工序如下:
1、清胶的制作:石蜡80份,水120份加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸60份和乳化剂30份,搅匀,边搅拌边加入0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液10份,直至体系呈中性,搅拌转速2000转/min,得淋涂涂料,喷涂在基材表面;
2、底涂的制作:将立德粉60份、滑石粉30份、透明胶90份、分散剂多己内配多元醇与多乙烯亚胺嵌段共聚物4份、水性涂料防腐剂3份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速3000转/min,得底涂涂料;
3、面涂的制作:将碳酸钙120份、902钛白粉60份、二氧化钛颜料60份、白胶180份、水200份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速3000转/min,得底涂涂料;
4、分别将步骤1、2、3所得清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在化纤布材质的画布基材上,然后烘干,烘箱温度120℃,织物穿过烘箱速度为7米/分,制成成品。
实施例3:
一种速干3D效果打印画布,其制备工序如下:
1、清胶的制作:石蜡70份,水110份加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸50份和乳化剂25份,搅匀,边搅拌边加入0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液8份,直至体系呈中性,搅拌转速1900转/min,得淋涂涂料,喷涂在基材表面;
2、底涂的制作:将立德粉55份、滑石粉25份、透明胶80份、分散剂多己内配多元醇与多乙烯亚胺嵌段共聚物3份、水性涂料防腐剂2份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2700转/min,得底涂涂料;
3、面涂的制作:将碳酸钙110份、902钛白粉55份、二氧化钛颜料50份、白胶175份、水190份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速1750转/min,得底涂涂料;
4、分别将步骤1、2、3所得清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在棉布材质的画布基材上,然后烘干,烘箱温度110℃,织物穿过烘箱速度为6.5米/分,制成成品。
实施例1~3所述原料的份数为重量份数。
检测例:
将实施例3得到的油画布的性能进行检测。
干燥时间:画布打印后墨水在2s内基本变干。
3D画布波浪感高低厚度差最高可达0.5cm。

Claims (3)

1.一种速干3D效果打印画布,其特征在于其制备工序如下:
(1)清胶的制作:石蜡60-80份,水100-120份加入到反应釜中加热至沸腾,再加入硬脂酸40-60份和纯丙乳液20-30份,搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液5-10份,直至体系呈中性,搅拌转速1800-2000转/min,得清胶;
(2)底涂涂料的制作:将立德粉50-60份、滑石粉20-30份、透明胶70-90份、分散剂2-4份、防腐剂1.5-3份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500-3000转/min,得底涂涂料;
(3)面涂涂料的制作:将碳酸钙100-120份、902钛白粉50-60份、二氧化钛颜料40-60份、白胶150-180份、水180-200份加入反应釜中混合搅匀,搅拌转速2500-3000转/min,得面涂涂料;
(4)分别将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得清胶、底涂涂料和面涂涂料通过淋涂工序淋涂在画布基材上,然后烘干,烘箱温度100-120℃,织物穿过烘箱速度为6-7米/分,制成成品;
以上所述原料的份数为重量份数;步骤(2)所述分散剂为多己内酯多元醇与多乙烯亚胺嵌段共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速干3D效果打印画布,其特征在所述速干3D效果打印画布适用于3D效果打印机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的速干3D效果打印画布,其特征在于步骤(4)所述画布基材为棉布,化纤布或亚麻布。
