本发明涉及一种捣固焦高压氨水泵控烟方法。包括下列步骤:1)、装煤开始时,高压氨水通过变频器控制压力为2.2MPa;2)、当托煤底板前进20s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为3.1MPa,此时荒煤气产生量开始增加;3)、当托煤底板前进50s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为3.3MPa,此时荒煤气产生量开始进一步增加,在50s到80s时荒煤气产生量最大;4)、当托煤底板前进88s时,将高压氨水控压力降低到为1.9MPa;5)、当托煤底板前进250s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为2.2MPa。它方法简单,自动化程度高,控烟效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控烟方法,特别涉及一种捣固焦高压氨水泵的控烟方法。
背景技术
捣固焦炉装煤冒烟控制难度较大,影响环境因素突出,尝试通过提高高压氨水压力来控制装煤冒烟,但带来隐患是炉体出现严重串漏现象,烟囱冒烟长时间得不到有效控制,热修人员常处于抢修状态,人员劳动强度较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种捣固焦高压氨水泵控烟方法。它方法简单,自动化程度高,控烟效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:包括下列步骤:1)、装煤开始时,高压氨水通过变频器控制压力为2.2MPa;2)、当托煤底板前进20s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为3.1MPa,此时荒煤气产生量开始增加;3)、当托煤底板前进50s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为3.3MPa,此时荒煤气产生量开始进一步增加,在50s到80s时荒煤气产生量最大;4)、当托煤底板前进88s时,将高压氨水控压力降低到为1.9MPa;5)、当托煤底板前进250s时,将高压氨水控压力提高到为2.2MPa。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、方法简单,自动化程度高,控烟效果好;2)采用分段控制高压氨水压力,解决了装煤冒烟波动性问题,同时减轻了高压氨水压力过大,吸力过大,时间过长,对炉体影响,减少了烟囱冒烟概率,从而降低了职工劳动强度。
