技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜材料生产工艺,特别是涉及一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜。
背景技术
硬弹性材料是近年来兴起的一种新型弹性体,由于其具备较高的回弹性、良好的低温弹性、高模量及拉伸成孔性能,获得了广泛关注和应用。如利用其高模量和高弹性可制备硬弹性纤维,用于制造各种弹性织物,而利用其拉伸时形成微孔的特性可以制成平板或中空纤维微孔膜材料,用于物质的分离、浓缩、净化和回收等。聚烯烃材料由于良好的机械性能和化学稳定性,由聚乙烯和聚丙烯制备的微孔膜广泛用于锂离子电池隔膜领域,当前,锂离子电池的电极材料已经基本实现国产,而作为重要组成部分的电池隔膜材料仍主要依靠进口,生产此类隔膜材料的关键技术被日本及欧美国家垄断。聚丙烯微孔膜作为功能性高分子薄膜,具备广阔的市场前景和经济效益,属于高附加值的产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜。为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)配料
将聚丙烯树脂、1-3%防粘剂、3-5%爽滑剂和2-3%抗静电剂混合均匀;
(2)挤出
原料经挤出机平模口缝隙挤出,挤出温度240-285℃,模头温度260-285℃,模口缝隙宽度1.25-2.55mm;
(3)拉伸
拉伸分为横向拉伸和纵向拉伸,纵向温度为80-90℃,纵向拉伸比1.05-3.5倍,横向温度为95-100℃,横向拉伸比3-4.5倍;
(4)冷却
经冷却,冷却辊温度为30-110℃;
(5)电晕处理
在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理,在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为20-30min,电晕电压为50-60Kv;
(6)涂布
将调配好的涂液经条喷口喷至膜的电晕面,进行TDO烘箱进行干燥;
(7)分切、包装
将膜材料卷起,母卷分切成成品,包装出厂;
优选的,步骤(1)混合原料要先进行干燥,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间为6h。
优选的,步骤(6)中膜材料干燥后冷却,冷却的的薄膜在120℃温度下退火55min。
有益效果:本发明提供一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其主要步骤包括配料—挤出-拉伸-冷却-电晕处理-涂布-分切包装,本生产工艺过程简单易操作,生产出的硬弹性聚丙烯膜厚薄适中,光泽度好,表面张力强,拉伸强度强,不易产生撕边破边现象。

一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)配料
将聚丙烯树脂、3%防粘剂、5%爽滑剂和2%抗静电剂混合均匀;
(2)挤出
原料经挤出机平模口缝隙挤出,挤出温度285℃,模头温度285℃,模口缝隙宽度1.25mm;
(3)拉伸
拉伸分为横向拉伸和纵向拉伸,纵向温度为80℃,纵向拉伸比1.75倍,横向温度为100℃,横向拉伸比4.5倍;
(4)冷却
经冷却,冷却辊温度为50℃;
(5)电晕处理
在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理,在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为30min,电晕电压为60Kv;
(6)涂布
将调配好的涂液经条喷口喷至膜的电晕面,进行TDO烘箱进行干燥;
(7)分切、包装
将膜材料卷起,母卷分切成成品,包装出厂;
其中,步骤(1)混合原料要先进行干燥,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间为6h,步骤(6)中膜材料干燥后冷却,冷却的的薄膜在120℃温度下退火55min。

Claims (3)

1.一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)配料
将聚丙烯树脂、1-3%防粘剂、3-5%爽滑剂和2-3%抗静电剂混合均匀;
(2)挤出
原料经挤出机平模口缝隙挤出,挤出温度240-285℃,模头温度260-285℃,模口缝隙宽度1.25-2.55mm;
(3)拉伸
拉伸分为横向拉伸和纵向拉伸,纵向温度为80-90℃,纵向拉伸比1.05-3.5倍,横向温度为95-100℃,横向拉伸比3-4.5倍;
(4)冷却
经冷却,冷却辊温度为30-110℃;
(5)电晕处理
在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理,在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为20-30min,电晕电压为50-60Kv;
(6)涂布
将调配好的涂液经条喷口喷至膜的电晕面,进行TDO烘箱进行干燥;
(7)分切、包装
将膜材料卷起,母卷分切成成品,包装出厂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)混合原料要先进行干燥,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间为6h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬弹性聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,步骤(6)中膜材料干燥后冷却,冷却的的薄膜在120℃温度下退火55min。
