本发明涉及一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵及其制备工艺,属于海绵制品技术领域。一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇60-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-100份、硅油0.5-1.5份、复合催化剂1.8-3份、发泡剂0.8-1.2份、扩链剂5-8.5份、开孔剂0.5-1.5份。本发明的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,制作简单、物美价廉,其良好的慢回弹性能,不但能够适应脚的形状,从而提升脚部的舒适性,而且具有良好的耐久性,从而提升鞋帮的使用时限,其中的密孔也使其具备了良好的透气性,从而保持鞋帮内的凉爽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵及其制备工艺,属于海绵制品技术领域。
背景技术
在鞋底上所有部分,缝制或采用其它他方法结合成为一个整体单元,与内底和外底结合称之为鞋帮。鞋帮为一双鞋的基本部分,由前帮或鞋的前部,后帮即鞋的侧面和后部,以及为加强鞋面用的鞋里构成。帮面可以使用各种材质,可以是天然皮革、人造合成材料或织物等。因为皮革上的毛孔,使皮革有良好的透气性,从而能使脚保持凉爽,所以皮革有帮面在帮面材料的选择上具有明显的优势。动物皮的塑性进一步适应脚的形状,使脚进行呼吸和有助于脚功能的发挥。在大规模生产中合成材料比较便宜,为常用的材料。但帮面为合成材料时,表现出来的是弹性性能,这意味着鞋帮面不会像皮革一样符合脚的开卷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种弹性好、透气性好、不易变形、耐久度高的用于鞋帮制品的海绵及其制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇60-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-100份、硅油0.5-1.5份、复合催化剂1.8-3份、发泡剂0.8-1.2份、扩链剂5-8.5份、开孔剂0.5-1.5份;
所述的复合催化剂为N,N-二甲基苄胺、四甲基己二胺和辛酸亚锡的复合物;
所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳、二氯甲烷和水的复合物;
所述的扩链剂为甘油;
所述的开孔剂为气相二氧化硅和聚丁二烯的复合物;
所述一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇90份、甲苯二异氰酸酯90份、硅油1.2份、复合催化剂2.5份、发泡剂1份、扩链剂7.5份、开孔剂1.2份;
一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵的制备工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、硅油、复合催化剂、发泡剂、扩链剂、开孔剂按比例倒入到反应釜进行搅拌,搅拌转速为3000-4000r/min,温度为16-28℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入模具中发泡成型、熟化2-3分钟,脱模得到海绵胚体;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵胚体自然冷却,放入打孔机中打孔,孔的直径为0.1-0.2mm,密度为6-12个/cm2,得到半成品海绵;
(4)将步骤(3)的半成品海绵压缩切割,包装即可。
本发明的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,制作简单、物美价廉,其良好的慢回弹性能,不但能够适应脚的形状,从而提升脚部的舒适性,而且具有良好的耐久性,从而提升鞋帮的使用时限,其中的密孔也使其具备了良好的透气性,从而保持鞋帮内的凉爽。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇60份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80份、硅油0.5份、复合催化剂1.8份、发泡剂0.8份、扩链剂5份、开孔剂0.5份;
所述的复合催化剂为N,N-二甲基苄胺、四甲基己二胺和辛酸亚锡的复合物;
所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳、二氯甲烷和水的复合物;
所述的扩链剂为甘油;
所述的开孔剂为气相二氧化硅和聚丁二烯的复合物;
实施例2
本实施例的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯100份、硅油1.5份、复合催化剂3份、发泡剂1.2份、扩链剂8.5份、开孔剂1.5份;
实施例3
本实施例的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇90份、甲苯二异氰酸酯90份、硅油1.2份、复合催化剂2.5份、发泡剂1份、扩链剂7.5份、开孔剂1.2份;
以上实施例的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、硅油、复合催化剂、发泡剂、扩链剂、开孔剂按比例倒入到反应釜进行搅拌,搅拌转速为3500r/min,温度为22℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入模具中发泡成型、熟化2分钟,脱模得到海绵胚体;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵胚体自然冷却,放入打孔机中打孔,孔的直径为0.2mm,密度为9个/cm2,得到半成品海绵;
(4)将步骤(3)的半成品海绵压缩切割,包装即可。
以上实施例的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,制作简单、物美价廉,其良好的慢回弹性能,不但能够适应脚的形状,从而提升脚部的舒适性,而且具有良好的耐久性,从而提升鞋帮的使用时限,其中的密孔也使其具备了良好的透气性,从而保持鞋帮内的凉爽。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇60-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-100份、硅油0.5-1.5份、复合催化剂1.8-3份、发泡剂0.8-1.2份、扩链剂5-8.5份、开孔剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于所述的复合催化剂为N,N-二甲基苄胺、四甲基己二胺和辛酸亚锡的复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳、二氯甲烷和水的复合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于所述的扩链剂为甘油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于所述的开孔剂为气相二氧化硅和聚丁二烯的复合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇90份、甲苯二异氰酸酯90份、硅油1.2份、复合催化剂2.5份、发泡剂1份、扩链剂7.5份、开孔剂1.2份。
7.权利要求1或6所述一种用于鞋帮制品的海绵的制备工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、硅油、复合催化剂、发泡剂、扩链剂、开孔剂按比例倒入到反应釜进行搅拌,搅拌转速为3000-4000r/min,温度为16-28℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入模具中发泡成型、熟化2-3分钟,脱模得到海绵胚体;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵胚体自然冷却,放入打孔机中打孔,孔的直径为0.1-0.2mm,密度为6-12个/cm2,得到半成品海绵;
(4)将步骤(3)的半成品海绵压缩切割,包装即可。
