Abstract

一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法及其产品,其特征是:包括上胶、烘焙、裁切、叠制、压制、冷却、出机、撕分、冲切生产工艺。这种无碱玻璃纤维布垫片压制工艺简单,经过模具冲切,就能达到客户使用要求的目的。该发明废物利用,成本低廉,既可解决砂轮、切割片等产品生产所需的隔离垫片,又能减少废弃无碱玻璃纤维布对环境的污染。

无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法及其产品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔离垫片的制备方法,尤其涉及一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法及其产品。
背景技术
在生产片状砂轮、切割片等需压制的产品过程中,需用到一种金属材料制成的隔离垫片,在砂轮、切割片等产品压制成型后,可以轻易将压制后的片状产品分开。我公司在压板云母板的过程中,有大量使用过的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布,过去全部作为废料进行处理,严重污染环境,经过我司科技人员的反复试制和加工,用废弃无碱玻璃纤维布生产隔离垫片,以取代金属垫片,既能废物利用,节省生产成本,又可减少环境污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种废弃无碱玻璃纤维布制作隔离垫片的生产方法及其产品。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:包括上胶、烘焙、裁切、叠制、压制、冷却、出机、撕分、冲切生产工艺。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:上胶是在废弃无碱玻璃纤维布上用滚筒施胶方式涂上一层有机硅树脂,滚筒转速为15—18.7米/分钟。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:有机硅树脂浓度18—20%,用甲苯为溶剂稀释,工艺胶量6.20%±0.2%,5分钟出胶量1600±100g,使有机硅树脂完全渗透到玻璃纤维布背面。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:上胶后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布经过120±20℃的高温烘道烘焙,使无废弃碱玻璃纤维布与有机硅树脂中的溶剂挥发,溶剂经过专用排气管道和精馏设备回收利用。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将上胶、烘焙后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布按1030×1020mm尺寸进行剪切。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将剪切好的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行叠制,叠制的厚度是200—250mm,叠与叠之间用铁板分开。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将叠置好的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行压制,压制温度为250±25℃高温,压力大小为15-20MPa,压制时间为2-3小时;
所述的一种玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:经压制好的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行冷却,温度冷却至50℃以下,然后出机。
所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将出机后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行撕开并按工艺要求进行冲切。
一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片产品,其特征是,基材为废弃无碱玻璃纤维布,通过上胶、烘焙、裁切、叠制、压制、冷却、出机、撕分、冲切而成。
本发明的有益效果是:
提供一种简便、安全的隔离垫片的生产方法及其产品,这种玻璃纤维布垫片取材方便、废物利用、生产工艺简单,可循环使用,减少了废弃玻璃纤维布对环境的污染,而且安全可靠,不粘连、不导电、耐高温、成本低、经济效益好,经过模具冲切,就能达到客户使用要求的目的,解决砂轮、切割片等产品生产所需的隔离垫片。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一:如图所示实施例一提供一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片,该无碱玻璃纤维隔离垫片为复合200mm厚结构。
1、在废弃无碱玻璃纤维布上用滚筒施胶方式涂上一层有机硅树脂,有机硅树脂浓度18%,用甲苯为溶剂稀释,转速15米/分钟,工艺胶量6.1%,5分钟出胶量1600,使有机硅树脂完全渗透到废弃无碱玻璃纤维布背面;
2、经过120℃的高温烘道,使废弃无碱玻璃纤维布与有机硅树脂中的溶剂挥发,溶剂经过专用排气管道和精馏设备回收利用;
3、按1030×1020mm尺寸对过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行剪切;
4、剪切好的过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布重叠,达到一定厚度200mm,根据压机压板之间的间距确定后用铁板分开;
5、用250℃高温压机对过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行压制,压力20MPa,时间3小时;
6、自然冷却或强冷至50℃以下出机;
6、将重叠的过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布分开;
7、按客户要求形状、尺寸制作专用模具,用冲压机进行冲切;
8、质量检测;
9、合格品包装入库。
实施例二:如图所示,实施例二提供一种废弃无碱玻璃纤维隔离垫片,该废弃无碱玻璃纤维隔离垫片为复合250mm厚结构。
1、在废弃无碱玻璃纤维布上用滚筒施胶方式涂上一层有机硅树脂,有机硅树脂浓度20%,用甲苯为溶剂稀释,车速18米/分钟,工艺胶量6.30%,5分钟出胶量1700,使有机硅树脂完全渗透到废弃无碱玻璃纤维布背面;
2、经过140℃的高温烘道,使废弃无碱玻璃纤维布与有机硅树脂中的溶剂挥发,溶剂经过专用排气管道和精馏设备回收利用;
3、按1030×1020mm尺寸对过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行剪切;
4、剪切好的过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布重叠,达到一定厚度250mm,根据压机压板之间的间距确定后用铁板分开;
5、用270℃高温压机对过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行压制,压力20MPa,时间3小时;
6、自然冷却或强冷至50℃以下出机;
6、将重叠的过胶废弃无碱玻璃纤维布分开;
7、按客户要求形状、尺寸制作专用模具,用冲压机进行冲切;
8、质量检测;
9、合格品包装入库。

Claims (10)

1.一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:包括上胶、烘焙、裁切、叠制、压制、冷却、出机、撕分、冲切生产工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:上胶是在废弃无碱玻璃纤维布上用滚筒施胶方式涂上一层有机硅树脂,滚筒转速为15—18.7m/min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:有机硅树脂浓度18—20%,用甲苯为溶剂稀释,工艺胶量6.20%±0.2%,5分钟出胶量1600±100g,使有机硅树脂完全渗透到废弃无碱玻璃纤维布背面。
4.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:上胶后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布经过120±20℃的高温烘道烘焙,使废弃无碱玻璃纤维布与有机硅树脂中的溶剂挥发,溶剂经过专用排气管道和精馏设备回收利用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将上胶、烘焙后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布按1030×1020mm尺寸进行剪切。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将剪切好的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行叠制,叠制的厚度是200—250mm,叠与叠之间用铁板分开。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将叠置好的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行压制,压制温度为250±25℃高温,压力大小为15-20MPa,压制时间为2-3小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:经压制好的废旧无碱玻璃纤维布进行冷却,温度冷却至50℃以下,然后出机。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片的制备方法,其特征是:将出机后的废弃无碱玻璃纤维布进行撕分并按工艺要求进行冲切。
10.一种无碱玻璃纤维布隔离垫片产品,其特征是,基材为废弃无碱玻璃纤维布,通过上胶、烘焙、裁切、叠制、压制、冷却、出机、撕分、冲切而成。
