本发明涉及一种不锈钢复合板,包括芯板,所述芯板一侧设置有铝合金板,另一侧设置有不锈钢板,所述铝合金板通过粘合剂A粘接在芯板上,所述不锈钢板通过粘合剂B粘接在芯板上,所述不锈钢板另一侧设置有PVC保护膜,所述芯板为聚乙烯塑料;所述铝合金板的厚度为3~6mm;所述不锈钢板的厚度为4~8mm;所述芯板、铝合金板、不锈钢板在粘合时采用挤压成型;与现有的技术相比,本发明提供了一种不锈钢复合板,本发明广泛应用于家装或工业领域,实用可靠,美观大方,成本较低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合板领域,尤其涉及一种不锈钢复合板。
背景技术
复合材料,是由两种或两种以上不同性质的材料,通过物理或化学的方法,在宏观(微观)上组成具有新性能的材料。各种材料在性能上互相取长补短,产生协同效应,使复合材料的综合性能优于原组成材料而满足各种不同的要求。复合材料的基体材料分为金属和非金属两大类。金属基体常用的有铝、镁、铜、钛及其合金。非金属基体主要有合成树脂、橡胶、陶瓷、石墨、碳等。增强材料主要有玻璃纤维、碳纤维、硼纤维、芳纶纤维、碳化硅纤维、石棉纤维、晶须、金属丝和硬质细粒等。复合材料相对于普通材料,在各方面性能上均有较大的提高。在工程应用中,需要用到不锈钢板时,采用纯不锈钢板,不仅加工难度大,而且成本高。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种不锈钢复合板,本发明广泛应用于家装或工业领域,实用可靠,美观大方,成本较低。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种不锈钢复合板,包括芯板,所述芯板一侧设置有铝合金板,另一侧设置有不锈钢板,所述铝合金板通过粘合剂A粘接在芯板上,所述不锈钢板通过粘合剂B粘接在芯板上,所述不锈钢板另一侧设置有PVC保护膜,所述芯板为聚乙烯塑料。
所述铝合金板的厚度为3~6mm。所述不锈钢板的厚度为4~8mm。所述芯板、铝合金板、不锈钢板在粘合时采用挤压成型。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种不锈钢复合板,本发明广泛应用于家装或工业领域,实用可靠,美观大方,成本较低。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

所述一种不锈钢复合板,包括芯板3,所述芯板3一侧设置有铝合金板1,另一侧设置有不锈钢板5,所述铝合金板1通过粘合剂A2粘接在芯板3上,所述不锈钢板5通过粘合剂B4粘接在芯板3上,所述不锈钢板5另一侧设置有PVC保护膜6,所述芯板3为聚乙烯塑料,由于不锈钢板与铝合金板无法直接粘接在一起,因为两者粘接在一起之后容易产生电化学腐蚀,反而更加快其腐蚀速度。通过在不锈钢板与铝板之间设置有芯板,芯板为非金属材料,质量轻盈而且成本低廉,具有降低成本,减轻重量的双重功效。
为了解决材料,同时为了保证复合板的结构强度,所述铝合金板1的厚度为3~6mm,所述不锈钢板5的厚度为4~8mm。所述芯板3、铝合金板1、不锈钢板5在粘合时采用挤压成型,通过挤压成型,铝合金板1、不锈钢板5与芯板3粘接得更为牢固可靠,防止复合板在使用时鼓泡变形,延长其使用寿命。本发明提供的不锈钢复合板,本发明广泛应用于家装或工业领域,实用可靠,美观大方,成本较低。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:包括芯板(3),所述芯板(3)一侧设置有铝合金板(1),另一侧设置有不锈钢板(5),所述铝合金板(1)通过粘合剂A(2)粘接在芯板(3)上,所述不锈钢板(5)通过粘合剂B(4)粘接在芯板(3)上,所述不锈钢板(5)另一侧设置有PVC保护膜(6),所述芯板(3)为聚乙烯塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述铝合金板(1)的厚度为3~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢板(5)的厚度为4~8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述芯板(3)、铝合金板(1)、不锈钢板(5)在粘合时采用挤压成型。
