本发明涉及一种高强航空复合金属板,包括金属面板(1)、金属芯板(3)、金属背板(2)和碳纤维布(4);所述金属面板(1)、金属芯板(3)、金属背板(2)之间铺设有碳纤维布(4);所述金属面板(1)的材质为碳钢;所述金属芯板(3)的材质为镁合金;所述金属背板(2)的材质为铝合金;所述金属面板(1)的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述金属芯板(3)厚度为1.5~2mm,所述金属背板(2)的厚度为1.5~2mm;所述碳纤维布(4)的厚度为1~1.5mm。本发明是一种制作简单、造价便宜,强度高的一种高强航空复合金属板。

一种高强航空复合金属板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空复合金属板,具体地说,是一种高强航空复合金属板。
背景技术
金属板具有高强度、高刚度,加工性好的特点,在航空制造业应用最广泛的材料。但是目前,航空用金属板存在金属板重量与金属板强度之间的矛盾,若想获得强度高的胶合板,往往会导致航空金属板重量增加。在满足容积与重量要求情况下,如何提高航空用金属板的强度成为了亟待解决的问题。
碳纤维布是一种单向碳纤维加固产品,通常采用12K碳纤维丝织造。碳纤维布强度高,密度小,厚度薄,基本不增加加固构件自重及截面尺寸,并且具有高耐久性,由于不会生锈,非常适合高酸、碱、盐及大气腐蚀环境中使用。
利用热可塑性树脂或热固化性树脂,可将碳纤维布与金属板加工成为一体化结构的复合金属板。该复合金属板能维持表面的金属材料特征而整体重量变轻,并且具有相同或更高之刚性强度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强航空复合金属板。
一种高强航空复合金属板,包括金属面板、金属芯板、金属背板和碳纤维布;
所述金属面板、金属芯板、金属背板之间铺设有碳纤维布;
所述金属面板的材质为碳钢;
所述金属芯板的材质为镁合金;
所述金属背板的材质为铝合金;
所述金属面板的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述金属芯板厚度为1.5~2mm,所述金属背板的厚度为1.5~2mm;
所述碳纤维布的厚度为1~1.5mm。
所述碳纤维布为缎纹或网纹。
本发明的有益效果是:保留航空用金属板原有的制作简单、造价便宜的优势,在金属板中加入碳纤维布,在充分满足使用要求情况下,获得强度更高、性能更好的航空复合金属板。

实施例1:
参见图1,金属面板1的材质为碳钢;金属芯板3的材质为镁合金;金属背板的材质为铝合金;金属面板1、金属芯板3、金属背板2之间铺设有碳纤维布4;碳纤维布4缎纹;金属面板1的厚度为1mm,金属芯板3厚度为1.5mm,金属背板2的厚度为1.5mm;碳纤维布4的厚度为1mm。
实施例2:
参见图1,金属面板1的材质为碳钢;金属芯板3的材质为镁合金;金属背板的材质为铝合金;金属面板1、金属芯板3、金属背板2之间铺设有碳纤维布4;碳纤维布4网纹;金属面板1的厚度为1.5mm,金属芯板3厚度为2mm,金属背板2的厚度为2mm;碳纤维布4的厚度为1.5mm。

1.一种高强航空复合金属板,包括金属面板(1)、金属芯板(3)、金属背板(2)和碳纤维布(4),其特征在于:所述金属面板(1)、金属芯板(3)、金属背板(2)之间铺设有碳纤维布(4);所述金属面板(1)的材质为碳钢;所述金属芯板(3)的材质为镁合金;所述金属背板(2)的材质为铝合金;所述金属面板(1)的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述金属芯板(3)厚度为1.5~2mm,所述金属背板(2)的厚度为1.5~2mm;所述碳纤维布(4)的厚度为1~1.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强航空复合金属板,其特征在于:所述碳纤维布(4)为缎纹或网纹。
