本发明涉及一种高强航空胶合板,包括面板、芯板、背板和碳纤维布;所述面板、芯板、背板之间铺设有碳纤维布;所述面板、芯板、背板的材质为白桦木;所述面板的厚度为3~3.5mm,所述芯板厚度为3.5~4mm,所述背板的厚度为3.5~4mm;所述碳纤维布的厚度为1~1.25mm。本发明保留了航空胶合板原有的制作简单、造价便宜的优势,在胶合板中加入碳纤维布,在充分满足使用要求情况下,获得强度更高、性能更好的航空胶合板。本发明是一种制作简单、造价便宜,强度高的航空胶合板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空胶合板,具体地说,是一种高强航空胶合板。
背景技术
航空胶合板(aircraft plywood)由材质均匀、强度高的木材旋制的薄单板用酚醛树脂胶胶合而成的室外型胶合板。航空胶合板材质均匀,胶合性能好,容重轻,机械强度高,应用于飞机、滑翔机和靶机制造中。但是航空胶合板存在胶合厚度与胶合强度之间的矛盾,若想获得强度高的胶合板就需要增加胶合板的层数,这就增加了航空胶合板的厚度与重量,因此在满足容积与重量要求情况下,如何提高航空胶合板的强度成为了亟待解决的问题。
碳纤维布是一种单向碳纤维加固产品,通常采用12K碳纤维丝织造。碳纤维布强度高,密度小,厚度薄,基本不增加加固构件自重及截面尺寸,并且具有高耐久性,由于不会生锈,非常适合高酸、碱、盐及大气腐蚀环境中使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强航空胶合板。
一种高强航空胶合板,包括面板、芯板、背板和碳纤维布;
所述面板、芯板、背板之间铺设有碳纤维布;
所述面板、芯板、背板的材质为白桦木;
所述面板的厚度为3~3.5mm,所述芯板厚度为3.5~4mm,所述背板的厚度为3.5~4mm;
所述碳纤维布的厚度为1~1.25mm。
所述碳纤维布为平纹,斜纹,缎纹或网纹。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明保留了航空胶合板原有的制作简单、造价便宜的优势,在胶合板中加入碳纤维布,在充分满足使用要求情况下,获得强度更高、性能更好的航空胶合板。

实施例1:
参见图1,面板1、芯板3、背板2的材质为白桦木;面板1、芯板3、背板2之间铺设有碳纤维布4;碳纤维布4为平纹;面板1的厚度为3mm,芯板3厚度为3.5mm,背板2的厚度为3.5mm,碳纤维布的厚度为1mm。
实施例2:
参见图1,面板1、芯板3、背板2的材质为白桦木;面板1、芯板3、背板2之间铺设有碳纤维布4;碳纤维布4为网纹;面板1的厚度为3.5mm,芯板3厚度为4mm,背板2的厚度为4mm,碳纤维布的厚度为1.25mm。

1.一种高强航空胶合板,包括面板(1)、芯板(3)、背板(2)和碳纤维布(4),其特征在于:所述面板(1)、芯板(3)、背板(2)之间铺设有碳纤维布(4);所述面板(1)、芯板(3)、背板(2)的材质为白桦木;所述面板(1)的厚度为3~3.5mm,所述芯板(3)厚度为3.5~4mm,所述背板(2)的厚度为3.5~4mm;所述碳纤维布(4)的厚度为1~1.25mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强航空胶合板,其特征在于:所述碳纤维布(4)为平纹,斜纹,缎纹或网纹。
