本发明公开了一种皮带机纵梁夹具,包括有底座,所述的底座顶部向底座中设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有V形的支撑座,且V形支撑座的V形两端分别连接在底座中凹槽槽口两侧,所述的底座上还滑动安装有多组压板。本发明结构简单却实用,可大大的节省以往钻眼时的划线、定位、打样冲眼和转料的时间,从而提高加工效率。

本发明涉及夹具领域,主要是一种皮带机纵梁夹具。
背景技术
皮带机纵梁在加工时,需要采用钻床对纵梁中心孔进行钻制。往常钻制孔时的工序依次为下料(锯)、打线、位孔间距、镐眼、钻眼,繁琐的工序不仅费时而且费力。
发明内容本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种皮带机纵梁夹具,其结构简单却实用,可大大的节省以往钻眼时的划线、定位、打样冲眼和转料的时间,从而提高加工效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种皮带机纵梁夹具,包括有底座,其特征在于:所述的底座顶部向底座中设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有V形的支撑座,且V形支撑座的V形两端分别连接在底座中凹槽槽口两侧,所述的底座上还滑动安装有多组压板。
所述的皮带机纵梁夹具,其特征在于:所述压板上分别沿竖向开有贯通压板的定位通孔。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单却实用,可大大的节省以往钻眼时的划线、定位、打样冲眼和转料的时间,从而提高加工效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,一种皮带机纵梁夹具,包括有底座1,底座1顶部向底座中设置有凹槽2,凹槽2中设置有V形的支撑座3,且V形支撑座3的V形两端分别连接在底座1中凹槽2槽口两侧,底座1上还滑动安装有多组压板4。压板4上分别沿竖向开有贯通压板的定位通孔5。

1.一种皮带机纵梁夹具,包括有底座,其特征在于:所述的底座顶部向底座中设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有V形的支撑座,且V形支撑座的V形两端分别连接在底座中凹槽槽口两侧,所述的底座上还滑动安装有多组压板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机纵梁夹具,其特征在于:所述压板上分别沿竖向开有贯通压板的定位通孔。
