本发明公开了一种高效物料切割装置,包括底座、壳体、支架和旋转中心,所述底座上设置有壳体,所述壳体的中心位置上设置有一支架,所述支架上等距离设置有3个旋转中心,每个旋转中心上均安装有物料,所述壳体内侧在每个物料相对应的位置上均设置有刮刀组件,所述支架上还设置有3个分控系统分别连接3个旋转中心,每个分控系统均连接主控系统。本发明结构简单,采用3个物料同时旋转切割的方式,能够一次性完成3个物料的切割作业,大大的提高了工作效率,而且本发明主控系统控制3个分控系统,每个分控系统也可独立工作,灵活便捷,自动化程度高。

[0014] 其中,壳体2外侧活动设置有一废料收集腔9,便于废料的回收和处理,减少切割时废料飞溅而导致工作台散乱的现象,方便清理。旋转中心4两两之间的夹角为120°,较大的夹角能够保证物料5在旋转切割时互不干扰,减少机体出现卡死的现象,性能稳定。
