Abstract
本发明提供了一种预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物及其制备方法。药物,主要由以下原料制成:按重量计,鸡爪连5-25份,黄柏5-30份,子苓5-25份,焦栀子5-25份,胆草5-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-30份,泽泻10-30份,猪苓15-35份,大黄15-35份,陈皮5-15份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞15-25份,地榆炭10-30份,血藤10-30份,甘草5-15份,芒硝5-40份。本发明的药物对仔猪水肿病、肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血具有显著疗效,并且可以用来预防以上疾病。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及动物医药领域,具体而言,涉及一种预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
仔猪水肿病是指由溶血性大肠杆菌引起的断奶仔猪的一种急性、散发性、致死性肠毒血症,也称胃肠水肿或猪大肠杆菌肠毒血症。
仔猪水肿病的临床表现可规纳为以下三种。
急性型:发病仔猪突然死亡,事先无任何症兆,少数仔猪死前可见便血;解剖可见主要病变为小肠、大肠肠壁充血、出血、盛者肠管充血,有的肠粘膜增生,有的可见肠系膜水肿或严重水肿。
亚急性型:发病仔猪四肢运动障碍,有的瘫痪,有的眼睑水肿,体温有的正常、有的升高、有的下降,有的便秘、有的下痢。
慢性型:发病仔猪精神萎靡,厌食,对周围环境敏感,触之惊叫,有的仔猪拉深黑色粪便。
目前,治疗仔猪水肿病的药物多以西药(乌洛托品、庆大霉素等)为主,西药容易在动物体内残留并富集,食用后产生或多或少的副作用,而相关的中药又鲜有报道。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物,所述的药物对仔猪水肿病、肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血具有显著疗效,并且可以用来预防以上疾病。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,该方法非常简单,既可以实现大规模生产,又适宜个人制作,极易推广。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物,主要由以下原料制成:
按重量计,鸡爪连5-25份,黄柏5-30份,子苓5-25份,焦栀子5-25份,胆草5-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-30份,泽泻10-30份,猪苓15-35份,大黄15-35份,陈皮5-15份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞15-25份,地榆炭10-30份,血藤10-30份,甘草5-15份,芒硝5-40份。
上述药物主要由17种中药材组成,这些药材都可以天然取材,每一种药材都有安全的药效,具体如下。
鸡爪连:即川黄连;黄连根部,洗净,晒干;有凉血解毒、增强胃肠功能的作用;主治热毒痈肿、心烦不眠、清热明目。
黄柏:皮部,洗净,晒干;味苦、有滋阴降火、祛湿热的作用;主治湿热所致的血痢、便血以及足膝肿痛、痈肿湿疮。
子苓:即新根中部,洗净,晒干;有清热燥湿的作用;主治由湿热引起的大肠火、大肠有热的痢疾泄泻、痈肿疮毒、黄疸。
焦栀子:即川栀子的果实,洗净,晒干,碾碎,置锅内用武火炒至焦糊色,取出,放凉;有清热降火、凉血止血的作用;主治血热妄行的大小便出血、吐血、鼻血等。
胆草:即龙胆草,全草,洗净,阴干;有泻肝胆火邪、解痉挛的作用;主治肝热引起的眼睛红肿作痛、胸肋刺痛、下焦有湿热、惊厥、抽搐等。
丹皮:即牡丹皮,洗净,晒干;有清热凉血、散瘀血、退虚热的作用;主治瘀血引起的疾病、血份有热引起的吐血、鼻血等。
车前草:车前草全草去籽,洗净,阴干;有凉血止血的作用;主治眼睛红肿作痛、吐血、鼻血、尿血等。
泽泻:拣去杂质,大小分档,用水浸泡,至八成透捞出,晒晾,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干有利小便的作用;主治因小便不利引起的水肿等。
猪苓:切制洗净,润透,切厚片,干燥;有利尿渗湿的作用等;主治因水湿停聚小便不利引起的水肿。
大黄:洗净、切片、晒干;有疏导肠胃、通便去结、清血份之热、祛瘀、止血的作用等;主治因肠胃实热引起的便秘、水肿、腹中结块等。它有强力的汤涤之功,能清除胃肠道大部份有毒有害物质从粪便排出。
陈皮:即橘皮,成熟橘柑的全皮,洗净,晒干,陈放,一般陈放一年以上;有理气健胃、燥湿化痰的作用;本方用它来健脾理气,疏导中、上二焦气机。
青皮:未成熟橘柑的全皮,洗净,晒干;有疏肝理气的作用;本方用它来疏肝理气,疏导中、下二焦气机。
汉防已:,洗净,除去粗皮,晒至半干,切段,个大者再纵切,干燥。有祛风湿、止痛、清利膀胱湿热的作用;主治因风湿引起的风湿性关节肿痛、足膝肿痛,因膀胱有热引起的小便不利、水肿等。
地榆炭:取原药除去杂质,洗净,除去残茎,稍浸,润透,切厚片,干燥。炒黑:取地榆片置锅内,用武火加热,炒至表面呈焦黑色,内部棕褐色,喷淋清水少许,灭尽火星,取出凉透。地输炭长于止血,常用于便血、尿血、崩漏等出血证。
血藤:除去叶片,洗净泥屑,润透,切片,晒干。有活血舒筋等作用;主治四肢麻木、瘫痪等。
芒硝:取天然产的芒硝,经煮炼、过滤,冷却后,取上层的结晶;有泻热导滞,润燥软坚的作用;治大便燥结等。
甘草:除去须根,晒干。加工时做到皮净身干,单条顺直,两头见刀,口径整新,根茎分拢,按类归等;有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的作用;主治脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明的药物在以上基础上结合仔猪水肿病的病症,整合了17种药材的配比,使这些药材有机结合、相辅相成,以对仔猪水肿病更具有针对性的疗效,对肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血也有一定疗效。这个有机整体的治病机理为:清热解毒,败毒消痈,凉血止血,活血祛瘀,定惊安神,利水消肿。其组方机理为:
利用鸡爪连、黄柏、子苓、焦栀子、地榆炭的清热解毒、凉血止血、消痈败毒之功效来清除仔猪因患水肿病所致的上中下焦湿热、热毒、痈肿、足膝肿痛、大小便血、目赤红肿、大肠火等;利用胆草、丹皮、车前草、血藤的凉血散瘀、活血舒筋、泻肝胆火邪、解痉挛的作用来治疗因仔猪患水肿病所致的眼睛红肿作痛、四肢麻木、肢体瘫痪、惊厥、抽搐等;利用泽泻、猪苓、汉防已的利尿功能来消除仔猪胃肠水肿或全身水肿;利用陈皮、青皮的疏导之功来疏导仔猪三焦气机使这通达;利用大黄、芒硝泻热导滞、润燥软坚、疏导肠胃、通便去结、止血的作用来汤涤胃肠道毒物、并止血,导而不漏;用甘草来解四肢挛急疼痛、调和诸药、缓解药物毒性、烈性。
还发现,本发明的药物针对水肿病,不论仔猪出现拉稀症状或出现便秘症状都起效。
综上,本发明的上述药物不仅克服了西药的诸多副作用,而且治病范围广,还可用于治疗肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血。
以上药物针对不同的疾病,还可以进一步优化:
优选地,按重量计,鸡爪连10-25份,黄柏5-10份,子苓10-25份,焦栀子5-10份,胆草10-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-20份,泽泻20-30份,猪苓15-20份,大黄25-35份,陈皮5-10份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞15-20份,地榆炭20-30份,血藤10-20份,甘草10-15份,芒硝5-15份。此配方对水肿病的疗效更强,治愈率更高。
优选地,按重量计,按重量计,鸡爪连5-15份,黄柏25-30份,子苓20-25份,焦栀子5-10份,胆草5-10份,丹皮8-10份,车前草10-15份,泽泻25-30份,猪苓15-20份,大黄30-35份,陈皮10-15份,青皮10-12份,汉防杞20-25份,地榆炭25-30份,血藤10-30份,甘草5-15份,芒硝5-40份。此配方对肠道出血症的疗效更强,治愈率更高。
优选地,按重量计,按重量计,鸡爪连20-25份,黄柏20-30份,子苓22-25份,焦栀子5-25份,胆草5-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-30份,泽泻10-30份,猪苓15-35份,大黄15-35份,陈皮5-15份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞20-25份,地榆炭25-30份,血藤10-12份,甘草10-15份,芒硝5-10份。此配方对大肠增生性出血的疗效更强,治愈率更高。
上文所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
按照配方,将所有原料粉碎、混合,制得散剂。
相比其它类型的制剂,散剂具有制备流程简单、兼顾大规模生产和个人制作、服用方便等优点。
另外,也可采用以下方法制成煎液:
按照配方,将除芒硝外的其余原料混合,再加水煎煮,收集煎液;
将芒硝加入所述煎液中,溶解,即得产品。
煎煮的优点是提高药效成分含量,减少服药量。其中,芒硝的稳定性较低,不宜煎煮,最后加入溶解即可。
该方法还可以进一步优化:
优选地,所述煎煮的方法为:先将药材加入水中,然后加热至沸腾,保持沸腾30min-2h。
煎煮时间对提取率和活性保持率至关重要,研究发现,煎煮30min-2h提取率和活性保持率都保持较佳的水平。
优选地,在所述混合之前还包括:将所有原料粉碎成粒状或切成片状。通过增加比表面积提高提取效率。
优选地,切成片状的方法为:将原料斜切。
斜切获得的比表面积更大。
优选地,将所有原料粉碎成200目以下的粒径。
粒径过小时会增加收集煎液的难度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)对仔猪水肿病、肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血具有显著疗效,并且可以用来预防以上疾病。
(2)可选用多种剂型,所有剂型的制备流程都非常简单。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1-10的配方如表1所示。

上述实施例1-8的制备方法为:
将所有原料直接粉碎,混合,制成散剂。
实施例9的制备方法为:
除芒硝外,将所有原料直接粉碎,过200目筛,再加水煎煮,保持沸腾半小时,除渣,向得到的滤液中加入芒硝,待溶解,即得。
实施例10的制备方法为:
除芒硝外,将所有原料斜切成片状,再加水煎煮,保持沸腾两小时,除渣,向得到的滤液中加入芒硝,待溶解,即得。
上文所有药物在实际服用时,建议采用以下服用量:以散剂为例,如治疗仔猪水肿病,按以下表1实施例2每日每头口服(或灌服)3次,每次5-25克,连服四天;如治疗仔猪肠道出血:按以下表1实施例1每日每头口服(或灌服)3次,每次5-25克,连服五天;如治疗仔猪大肠增生性出血:按以下表1实施例6每日每头口服(灌服)3次,每次5-25克,连服七天。其余实施例的用量酌情增减。
实验例1
将以上实施例1-8用于预防仔猪的水肿病。
实验对象:共30窝仔猪,这30窝仔猪的共同特点是:上窝患过水肿病的或出现过便血。具体:
赵某养猪场,有6窝仔猪72头,上一窝患过水肿病;有3窝仔猪18头上一窝患过肠道出血症、剖解不见水肿症状;
李某养猪场,有2窝仔猪25头,上一窝患过水肿病,有3窝仔猪33头上一窝出现便血(血痢)症状;
其它散养户,有5窝仔猪61头上一窝患过水肿病,有9窝仔猪72头上一窝出患过水肿并出现肠道出血症状;有2窝仔22头猪上一窝患肠道增生性出血;
预防结果:经用本发明的药物喂服该(批)窝仔猪303头,无一只仔猪发生水肿病,无一只仔血出现便血,可见该药具有预防水肿病的效果。
实验例2
统计实施例1对患水肿病的仔猪的治疗效果:
病程在24小时以内的,有32窝仔猪254头,治愈241头,死亡13头,治愈率可达95%,病程在24小时以上48小时以内的,有21窝仔猪224头,治愈178头,死亡46头;治愈率可达80%。
实验例3
统计实施例1对患仔猪肠道出血症的治疗效果:
出现明显下血症状的,有29窝仔猪有62头,治愈9头,死亡53头,治愈率可达15%;对出现明显下血的同窝仔猪(已患病)29窝218头,喂服以上组合物煎剂,死亡6头,212头全愈,仔猪死亡率在3%以下;粪便出现深黑色的有6窝仔猪54头,治愈53头,死亡1头,治愈率可达99%。3
实验例4
统计实施例1对患仔猪大肠增生性出血的治疗效果:
有2窝21头,治愈19头,死亡2头,治愈率90%以上。
另外,用实施例2-10的药物治疗1-2例水肿病、肠道出血症、大肠增生性出血患病猪,发现,均起效,且最终治愈。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

1.一种预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物,其特征在于,主要由以下原料制成:
按重量计,鸡爪连5-25份,黄柏5-30份,子苓5-25份,焦栀子5-25份,胆草5-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-30份,泽泻10-30份,猪苓15-35份,大黄15-35份,陈皮5-15份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞15-25份,地榆炭10-30份,血藤10-30份,甘草5-15份,芒硝5-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物,其特征在于,按重量计,鸡爪连10-25份,黄柏5-10份,子苓10-25份,焦栀子5-10份,胆草10-15份,丹皮5-10份,车前草10-20份,泽泻20-30份,猪苓15-20份,大黄25-35份,陈皮5-10份,青皮10-15份,汉防杞15-20份,地榆炭20-30份,血藤10-20份,甘草10-15份,芒硝5-15份。

按照配方,将所有原料粉碎、混合,制得散剂。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
按照配方,将除芒硝外的其余原料混合,再加水煎煮,收集煎液;
将芒硝加入所述煎液中,溶解,即得产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述煎煮的方法为:先将药材加入水中,然后加热至沸腾,保持沸腾30min-2h。
8.根据权利要求6所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述混合之前还包括:将所有原料粉碎成粒状或切成片状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,切成片状的方法为:将原料斜切。
10.根据权利要求8所述的预防和治疗仔猪水肿病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所有原料粉碎成200目以下的粒径。
