Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用,根据黄栌枯萎病的病原特征和发病规律,在移栽前的土壤处理、移栽树木的根部处理以及发病树木的治理三个阶段分别设计了相应的生物农药进行防治,系统的提出了专门针对黄栌的枯萎病的防治,从源头上首先进行杜绝和防范,亦提出了病害发生后的药液防治手段,多方面全方位的对枯萎病进行防治,有效降低了叶子萎蔫枯死现象发生概率,减少了病害损失,提高了树木的存活率以及成树质量,此外生物农药安全性高,环境兼容性好,发展前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及树木的病虫害防治领域,尤其是涉及一种防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用。
背景技术
黄栌别名红叶、红叶黄栌、黄道栌、黄溜子、黄龙头、黄栌材、黄栌柴、黄栌会等,是中国重要的观赏红叶树种,叶片秋季变红,鲜艳夺目,著名的北京香山红叶就是该树种。其在园林中适宜丛植于草坪、土丘或山坡,亦可混植于其它树群尤其是常绿树群中。黄栌花后久留不落的不孕花的花梗呈粉红色羽毛状在枝头形成似云似雾的景观;黄栌也是良好的造林树种。
黄栌的枯萎病的感病叶部主要表现为两种萎蔫类型:黄色萎蔫型和绿色萎蔫型,一旦患病,刚开始一般只在某两个植株上表现出症状,慢慢会逐渐蔓延到整丛的树木枯死,危害很大。
目前针对黄栌枯萎病大多仅仅从叶面进行防治,实际上,病菌为土传病菌,菌核能在潮湿的土壤中存活多年,借由灌溉、地下害虫等进行传播,也可从苗木根部进行侵入;目前尚无系统有效的增对防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用方法。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的黄栌枯萎病危害大无有效应对措施的问题的一种有效降低叶子萎蔫枯死现象发生概率的防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用,在不同的栽种阶段配方与施用方法不同:
(a)用于移栽前的土壤处理:生物农药a以质量计包括植物杀菌剂a 13-18份、苦皮藤素4-6份、微生物产物杀菌剂a 12-15份;移栽前一个月进行移栽地的翻整,翻整的同时对土壤进行消毒处理,用土壤注射器注入上述配方的生物农药a后,于土壤表面覆盖一层薄膜,覆盖处理24-36h后揭开;揭开后重新翻整一遍;若在48h内有降雨,重复上述操作,生物农药a的使用量减半;
(b)移栽树木的根部处理:生物农药b以质量计包括植物杀菌剂b 12-20份、赤霉酸1-4份、木烟碱3-5份、微生物产物杀菌剂b 12-16份,水30-40份;移栽树木起挖后将根部浸泡于生物农药b中进行运输和储存;
(c)发病树木的治理:生物农药c以质量计包括植物杀菌剂c 15-20份、芽孢杆菌菌属3-6份、油籽油1-5份、百部碱3-6份、微生物产物杀菌剂c 10-15份;发现后及时挖出病重树木并烧毁,并配制混合药液对病重树木挖出地附近的土壤进行施用。
更为优选的,所述植物杀菌剂a为0.28%黄岑苷水剂200-400倍液与银果300-600倍可湿性粉剂质量比为3:1的混合物。

一种防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用,在不同的栽种阶段配方与施用方法不同:
(a)用于移栽前的土壤处理:生物农药a以质量计包括植物杀菌剂a 13份、苦皮藤素4份、微生物产物杀菌剂a 12份;移栽前一个月进行移栽地的翻整,翻整的同时对土壤进行消毒处理,用土壤注射器注入上述配方的生物农药a后,于土壤表面覆盖一层薄膜,覆盖处理24h后揭开;揭开后重新翻整一遍;若在48h内有降雨,重复上述操作,生物农药a的使用量减半;
(b)移栽树木的根部处理:生物农药b以质量计包括植物杀菌剂b 12份、赤霉酸1份、木烟碱3份、微生物产物杀菌剂b 12份,水30份;移栽树木起挖后将根部浸泡于生物农药b中进行运输和储存;
(c)发病树木的治理:生物农药c以质量计包括植物杀菌剂c 15份、芽孢杆菌菌属3份、油籽油1份、百部碱3份、微生物产物杀菌剂c 10份;发现后及时挖出病重树木并烧毁,并配制混合药液对病重树木挖出地附近的土壤进行施用。

(c)发病树木的治理:生物农药c以质量计包括植物杀菌剂c 17份、芽孢杆菌菌属4份、油籽油4份、百部碱5份、微生物产物杀菌剂c 12份;发现后及时挖出病重树木并烧毁,并配制混合药液对病重树木挖出地附近的土壤进行施用。

将上采用述实施例1-3的生物农药配方制备的生物农药,以及其应用方法应用到山东省青岛市某黄栌试验基地,并设置采用传统农药及防治方法的对照组,经过2年的试验,具体结果如下表所示:

从上述实施例的试验结果可看出,本发明提供的一种防治黄栌枯萎病的生物农药组合物及应用,明显优于传统农药,不仅从源头上首先进行杜绝和防范,亦提出了病害发生后的药液防治手段,有效降低了叶子萎蔫枯死现象发生概率,减少了病害损失,提高了树木的存活率以及成树质量,此外生物农药安全性高,环境兼容性好,发展前景广阔。
应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

(a)用于移栽前的土壤处理:生物农药a以质量计包括植物杀菌剂a 13-18份、苦皮藤素4-6份、微生物产物杀菌剂a 12-15份;移栽前一个月进行移栽地的翻整,翻整的同时对土壤进行消毒处理,用土壤注射器注入上述配方的生物农药a后,于土壤表面覆盖一层薄膜,覆盖处理24-36h后揭开;揭开后重新翻整一遍;若在48h内有降雨,重复上述操作,生物农药a的使用量减半;
(b)移栽树木的根部处理:生物农药b以质量计包括植物杀菌剂b 12-20份、赤霉酸1-4份、木烟碱3-5份、微生物产物杀菌剂b 12-16份,水30-40份;移栽树木起挖后将根部浸泡于生物农药b中进行运输和储存;
(c)发病树木的治理:生物农药c以质量计包括植物杀菌剂c 15-20份、芽孢杆菌菌属3-6份、油籽油1-5份、百部碱3-6份、微生物产物杀菌剂c 10-15份;发现后及时挖出病重树木并烧毁,并配制混合药液对病重树木挖出地附近的土壤进行施用;
所述植物杀菌剂a为0.28%黄岑苷水剂200-400倍液与银果300-600倍可湿性粉剂质量比为3:1的混合物;所述微生物产物杀菌剂a为放线菌酮与土霉素15%-20%可湿性粉剂质量比为1:2的混合物;所述植物杀菌剂b为苦参碱1000-1500倍液与银果300-600倍可湿性粉剂质量比为2:1的混合物;所述微生物产物杀菌剂b为88%枯必治1200-1800倍液;所述植物杀菌剂c为黄连素800-900倍液;所述微生物产物杀菌剂c为5.5%灭粉霉素200-300倍液与88%枯必治1000-1500倍液质量比为3:2的混合物;所述芽孢杆菌菌属为短小芽孢杆菌GBO3菌株。
