Abstract

本发明涉及一种农药用高分散性分散剂,其包括如下重量份的组分:油酸甲酯5~8份、乙醇0.5~2份、阴离子表面活性剂1~2份、吐温1~3份。本发明还涉及上述分散剂的制备方法。本发明绿色环保且对农药的分散性高,另外还增强农药药效。

一种农药用高分散性分散剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农药溶剂技术领域,具体涉及一种农药用高分散性分散剂。
背景技术
农药剂型主要包括乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、可溶性液剂以及各类粉剂。其中粉剂在使用之前都需要分散在水中再进行喷施,为了使粉剂能够均匀的分散,需要使用溶剂和助剂,防止浓度不均或沉淀,最终影响喷施效果。常用的溶剂和助剂为有机溶剂,其使用过程中会给环境带来很大的污染。因此,如何更好的提高农药在水中的分散效果,绿色环保的同时还可增加农药的药效,越来越成为人们追求的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保且分散性高的农药用分散剂。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种农药用高分散性分散剂,其包括如下重量份的组分:油酸甲酯5~8份、乙醇0.5~2份、阴离子表面活性剂1~2份、吐温1~3份。
进一步的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺。
进一步的,所述吐温为吐温-40。
作为优选,所述油酸甲酯为7重量份、乙醇1.5重量份、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1重量份、吐温-40为1.5重量份。
一种制备上述农药用高分散性分散剂的方法,方法如下:称取所述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至40~50℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
制备方法中,所述混合温度为45℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)采用油酸甲酯作为主要成分,增加桶混后农药的粘附性,提高农药的渗透性,由于其分子量小,故制剂稳定性和水中分散性都易于控制。生物降解完全,无毒害残留,绿色环保,还可以防止苯等有机溶剂对环境和操作者的伤害。
(2)表面活性剂选用阴离子性表面活性剂十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和非离子表面活性剂吐温-40,十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40溶解在乙醇中,两种表面活性剂相互配合,共同作用,一方面可减少桶混后混合溶液的表面张力,对农药起到分散作用,另一方面乙醇可以抑制十六烷基三甲基溴化铵以及吐温在水中的发泡性能,强化农药粉剂或悬浮剂在水中的分散效果。
(3)将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和非离子表面活性剂吐温-40溶于乙醇可以有效的提高其溶解度,温热条件下将各组分进行搅拌混合,不但能够提高各组分互溶效果,还有利于提高整个组分在水中对农药的分散效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本发明保护范围不限于实施例,本领域技术人员在权利要求限定的范围内做出任何改动也属于本发明保护的范围。
下列实施例或对比例中,所用到的乙醇为无水乙醇。
实施例1
取油酸甲酯为7kg、乙醇1.5kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1kg、吐温-40为1.5kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至45℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
实施例2
取油酸甲酯为5kg、乙醇0.5kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1.5kg、吐温-40为1kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至50℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
实施例3
取油酸甲酯为8kg、乙醇2kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为2kg、吐温-40为3kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至40℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
对比例1
取乙醇1.5kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1kg、吐温-40为1.5kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,升温至45℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
对比例2
取油酸甲酯为7kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1kg、吐温-40为1.5kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺、吐温-40与油酸甲酯混合后,升温至45℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
对比例3
取油酸甲酯为7kg、乙醇1.5kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至45℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
对比例4
取油酸甲酯为7kg、乙醇1.5kg、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1kg、吐温-40为1.5kg。称取上述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,室温(20℃)下搅拌以充分混合,即得。
效果例1 产品理化指标(表1)

如表1所示,实施例1~3所得产品的各理化指标均优于标准值,利用了油酸甲酯作为主要成分,在酸价的控制上,即便是在6个月以后再次进行测定,实施例1~3的酸价值依旧达标并且颜色也低于6,因此,实施例1~3的产品通过组合配方,协同发挥作用,有效的抑制了氧化酸败的现象。
效果例2 防效实验
供试药剂:4%烟嘧磺隆OF。
试验作物:豫198玉米田。
试验处理:共3个处理,每个处理重复4次,共12个小区(随机排列)小区面积30平方米,于玉米3-5叶期,杂草2-4叶期进行茎叶处理,药剂量80毫升/亩,兑水量30公斤/亩。

由表2看出,用实施例1~3作溶剂时,药效明显提高,总防效不低于92%。
效果例3
选择溴氰菊酯粉剂为供试药剂,溶剂与药剂的质量配比为2∶1,药剂受药量为0.02950微克/头。结果表明,实施例1~3任意一种作为溶剂时,害虫死亡率不低于57%,而以对比例1~3任意一种作为溶剂时,害虫死亡率最高不超过32%,相比之下,实施例1~3的溶剂对于农药的增效效果明显。
选择毒死蜱粉剂为供试药剂,溶剂与药剂的质量配比为8∶1,药剂受药量为0.1433微克/头。结果表明,实施例1~3任意一种作为溶剂时,害虫死亡率不低于63%,而以对比例1~3任意一种作为溶剂时,害虫死亡率最高不超过35%,相比之下,实施例1~3的溶剂对于农药的增效效果明显。
上述两种农药和实施例1~3依照上述配比混合,得到待测液,对待测液进行悬浮率和分散性测定。
悬浮率的测定方法选用GB/T 14825-2006。
分散性测定:于250mL量筒中加入249mL水,用注射器量取1mL待测液,将待测液从距离量筒水面5cm处滴入水中,观察分散情况。按照分散的好坏划分优、良、劣。优级:在水中呈雾状自动分散,无可见颗粒下沉。良级:在水中能自动分散,有颗粒下沉,下沉颗粒慢慢分散或轻微摇动后分散。劣级:在水中不能自动分散,呈颗粒状下沉,经强烈摇动后分散。
结果见表3所示。

由表3可见,采用实施例1~3的分散剂可有效增加粉剂的悬浮率、分散性,同时提高药效。但是相比之下,对比例1~4的分散剂无论从药效还是悬浮率和分散性上均不能达到实施例1~3的水平,可见各个组份及其制法共同影响着最终的产品性能,起到了预料不到的优良效果。
总之,结合效果例2和效果例3,相对于玉米油作溶剂或对比例1~3作溶剂时,实施例1~3均大幅提高了农药的药效,协同增效的效果明显。
根据上述的实施例对本发明作了详细描述。需说明的是,以上的实施例仅为了举例说明发明而已。在不偏离本发明的精神和实质的前提下,本领域技术人员可以设计出本发明的多种替换方案和改进方案,其均应被理解为在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种农药用高分散性分散剂,其特征在于,其包括如下重量份的组分:油酸甲酯为7重量份、乙醇1.5重量份、十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺为1重量份、吐温-40为1.5重量份;
其制备方法如下:称取所述重量份的各组分,将十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺和吐温-40与乙醇混合后,再加入油酸甲酯,升温至40~50℃下搅拌以充分混合,自然冷却后即得。
