技术领域
本发明属于一种生态农业生产技术领域,具体是涉及到一种循环养殖系统。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食的丰富性和有机化越来越受到人们的重视。在南方气候下,农业生产、禽畜养殖和水产养殖都普遍存在,但是各行其是,并没有利用各方的优势来得到增产增值的目的,造成大量浪费。禽畜产生的粪便水产品的供应量较以往也有了大幅度的提高。而原有的海洋产业等捕捞产业已远远不能满足人们日常生活的需要。水产养殖,已经受到越来越多人们的关注,而养殖过程中水体水质对水产养殖产业的影响,也一直困惑着众多养殖者。水产养殖过程中常见的水质问题,主要有以下二点:
1、溶解氧的降低对鱼类生长的影响。水中溶解氧的高低对鱼类的生长繁殖意义深重,在冬季时节,很多养殖者会注意对水体的供氧,然而对于炎热的夏季,供氧却常常被忽略,其实这时同样具有相当的重要性。夏季气温较高,这样会使水体中的溶解氧降低,而高的气温则会促进水体中藻类以及好氧细菌的生长,它们的过快生长会造成水体中的溶解氧过度下降,其结果会使鱼类不爱进食,严重者甚至会出现大面积死亡。目前的解决方案是定期的对池底进行清淤,淤泥中含有大量的好氧细菌,它们的生长会降低水中的溶解氧;其次是合理规划放养密度,科学合理的放养密度才能收获较好的收益;科学投饵,一可以减少饵料的浪费,二可防止饵料的沉积,其有机物促进微生物生长消耗氧气;注意培养水体中的绿色植物,用以提高水体中的溶解氧;要定期对水体进行检验,投加水体改良剂,使水体可以在一定程度上实现自我调控;增加曝气设备,提高水体溶氧量。但是淤泥并不好清理,一般只在冬季进行淤泥的清理,在水产养殖过程中并不能进行清理。
2、pH的改变对鱼类生长的影响。鱼类适宜的pH值范围为7.8-8.8,然而由于地域的差异性,外加水体中微生物的氧化分解作用,常常会使水体的PH值偏离此范围。过低pH值的水体呈现酸性,会使鱼类自身的载氧能力降低,产生缺氧症,便出现了养殖过程中常出现的“浮头”,由于耗氧的降低,造成鱼类自身的新陈代谢缓慢,鱼类便出现了“厌食症”,明明很饿,缺吃不下东西;过高pH值的水体呈碱性,这样的水体更加可怕,会使鱼类的腮部遭受严重腐蚀,造成大面积的死亡。
为了得到最大产值,往往需要严格控制水产养殖的水生环境,需要用到大量的曝气设备、水体改良剂,定期投加生石灰,控制饵料的投入量,等等,往往成本较高,效果较差,一方面不能有效的体用周边的资源,得到废物利用的效果;另一方面也不能很好的提高水产养殖的效率,提高产量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种循环养殖系统,可显著的提高农业生产的产量,特别提高了水产养殖的产量。
本发明的内容包括依次连接的粪便池、沼气池、鱼塘、水稻田和贮水池,所述粪便池内的粪便进入沼气池发酵,沼气池产生的沼渣和沼液作为肥料进入鱼塘和水稻田,鱼塘中的水和底层的浮料进入水稻田,水稻田内的水进入贮水池进行处理,贮水池内的水重新进入鱼塘。
所述鱼塘包括由下而上的基底、浮料和水,所述浮料所在的浮料层铺设有管道,通过抽水机和管道将浮料和水抽入水稻田。
所述管道上开设有通水孔。
所述贮水池内含有生石灰、活性炭、硫酸铜和水,所述1吨水中含有0.5-3kg生石灰、0.1-0.5kg活性炭、10-100g硫酸铜。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明将沼气池内的沼液和沼渣内的营养物质补充入鱼塘和水稻田中,鱼塘内的水经过一段时间后,水质变差,鱼塘底部沉积有大量的鱼类粪便、鱼饲料等物质,这些物质对鱼类来说是有害物质,但是对于水稻来说是营养物质,因此,将鱼塘底部的鱼类粪便和鱼饲料抽入水稻田中,水稻田对水质进行处理后,水排入贮水池进行进一步处理后,重新排入鱼塘。本发明不仅增强了鱼塘中的水质,而且加强了水稻田的营养物质,充分利用了不同农业生产当中的优势,而且变劣势为优势,达到循环生产的目的。

如图1-2所示,本发明包括依次连接的粪便池1、沼气池2、鱼塘3、水稻田4和贮水池5,所述粪便池1内的粪便进入沼气池2发酵,沼气池2产生的沼渣和沼液作为肥料进入鱼塘3和水稻田4,鱼塘3中的水和底层的浮料进入水稻田4,水稻田4内的水进入贮水池5进行处理,贮水池5内的水重新进入鱼塘3。
所述鱼塘3包括由下而上的基底6、浮料7和水8,所述浮料7所在的浮料层铺设有管道9,通过抽水机和管道9将浮料7和水8抽入水稻田4。

本发明将粪便池1内的禽畜粪便加入到沼气池2中,沼气池2发酵禽畜粪便后,产生沼气、沼液和沼渣,沼气用于燃料,可用于发电发热等,沼液和沼渣含有丰富的营养物质。
沼渣富含有机质、腐殖质、微量营养元素、多种氨基酸、酶类和有益微生物。质地疏松、保墒性能好、酸碱度适中,能起到很好的改良土壤的作用。沼渣含有氮、磷、钾等元素,能满足作物生长的需要。沼渣中仍含有较多的沼液,其固体物含量在20%以下,其中部分未分解的原料和新生的微生物菌体,施入农田会继续发酵,释放肥分。因此,沼渣在综合利用过程中,具有速效、迟效两种功能,可做基肥和追肥,既可减少化肥、农药的施用量,降低成本,又能有效地提高农作物的产量和品质。沼渣主要用于农作物生产或苗木生产的基肥,还可用于生产食用菌、养鱼、养蚯蚓等。
沼液作为优质有机液肥,用于根外施用,首先其营养成分可直接被农作物吸收,参与光合作用,从而增加产量,提高品质。另外植物叶面喷施沼液,能对部分病虫害起到防治作用,减少化学药品使用,有利于无公害农产品生产。
沼液中含有各类氨基酸、维生素、蛋白质、赤霉素、生长素、糖类、核酸以及抗生素等。例如,赤霉素可使种子提早发芽;某些核酸、单糖能增强作物的抗旱能力;某些游离氨基酸能增强作物抗冻能力;某些抗生素能防治作物病虫害;多种氨基酸和微量元素添加稻饲料中能促进畜禽增产等。沼液主要用于浸种、页面喷施、拌营养钵土及保花促果剂、於菟栽培母液、配方滴灌、养鱼、养猪、养鸡、养牛、养鸭、养羊及种养花卉等。
将沼液和沼渣加入到鱼塘3和水稻田4中,作为鱼饲料和肥料,促进鱼和水稻的生长,将鱼塘3中的水和底部的浮料排入水稻田4,水经过水稻田4后,流入贮水池5,贮水池5内含有生石灰、活性炭、硫酸铜,对流入贮水池5后的水进行处理后,重新排入鱼塘3。
本发明将沼气池2内的沼液和沼渣内的营养物质补充入鱼塘3和水稻田4中,鱼塘3内的水经过一段时间后,水质变差,鱼塘3底部沉积有大量的鱼类粪便、鱼饲料等物质,这些物质对鱼类来说是有害物质,但是对于水稻来说是营养物质,因此,将鱼塘3底部的鱼类粪便和鱼饲料抽入水稻田4中,水稻田4对水质进行处理后,水排入贮水池5进行进一步处理后,重新排入鱼塘3。本发明不仅增强了鱼塘3中的水质,而且加强了水稻田4的营养物质,充分利用了不同农业生产当中的优势,而且变劣势为优势,达到循环生产的目的。
Claims (4)
1.一种循环养殖系统,其特征是,包括依次连接的粪便池(1)、沼气池(2)、鱼塘(3)、水稻田(4)和贮水池(5),所述粪便池(1)内的粪便进入沼气池(2)发酵,沼气池(2)产生的沼渣和沼液作为肥料进入鱼塘(3)和水稻田(4),鱼塘(3)中的水和底层的浮料进入水稻田(4),水稻田(4)内的水进入贮水池(5)进行处理,贮水池(5)内的水重新进入鱼塘(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的循环养殖系统,其特征是,所述鱼塘(3)包括由下而上的基底(6)、浮料(7)和水(8),所述浮料(7)所在的浮料层铺设有管道(9),通过抽水机和管道(9)将浮料(7)和水(8)抽入水稻田(4)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的循环养殖系统,其特征是,所述管道(9)上开设有通水孔。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的循环养殖系统,其特征是,所述贮水池(5)内含有生石灰、活性炭、硫酸铜和水,所述1吨水中含有0.5-3kg生石灰、0.1-0.5kg活性炭、10-100g硫酸铜。
