本发明公开了一种车灯反射镜新型结构,所述反射镜为抛物异形面反射镜,所述反射镜的内弧端为发射面,所述反射镜的外弧端为光滑的抛物面,所述抛物面的上端设置为偏置光学参考面,下端设置有为偏置光学面,所述反射镜内设置有光学参考面,所述偏置光学参考面的厚度大于偏置光学面的后端;本发明简化了反射镜结构,增强了反射镜流动性,并且简化了模具加工,提高了产品质量和生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯领域,尤其涉及一种车灯反射镜的结构。
背景技术
车灯是汽车的安全件和法规件,又是非常重要的外观件,过去的几十年,汽车工业的飞速发展对汽车照明提出越来越高的要求,车灯反射镜的质量直接影响汽车的照明效果,当今国内外汽车普遍采用抛物异形面和自由曲面反射镜,而且还有照明分布线和明暗截止线,形状复杂,用传统的钢板冲压成型工艺无法实现,因此,达到汽车灯具轻量化、节约能源和提高劳动生产率显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种车灯反射镜结构,根据厚度的不同设置偏置光学参考面和偏置光学面来解决现有车灯反射镜生产效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种车灯反射镜结构,反射镜包括有偏置光学参考面、偏置光学面、光学参考面和光学面,所述反射镜为抛物异形面反射镜,所述反射镜的内弧端为发射面,所述反射镜的外弧端为光滑的抛物面,所述抛物面的上端设置为偏置光学参考面,下端设置有为偏置光学面,所述反射镜内设置有光学参考面,所述偏置光学参考面的厚度大于偏置光学面的后端。
进一步改进在于:所述发射面由若干个光学面衔接构成。
进一步改进在于:所述偏置光学参考面的挠度小于0.5mm,所述偏置光学面的挠度大于0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明简化了反射镜结构,增强了反射镜流动性,并且简化了模具加工,提高了产品质量和生产效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种车灯反射镜结构,反射镜包括有偏置光学参考面3、偏置光学面4、光学参考面5和光学面6,所述反射镜1为抛物异形面反射镜,所述反射镜1的内弧端为发射面2,所述反射镜1的外弧端呈光滑的抛物面,所述抛物面的上端设置为偏置光学参考面3,下端设置有为偏置光学面4,所述反射镜1内设置有光学参考面5,所述偏置光学参考面3的厚度大于偏置光学面4的后端。所述发射面2由若干个光学面6衔接构成。所述偏置光学参考面3的挠度小于0.5mm,所述偏置光学面4的挠度大于0.5mm。所述灯泡7放置在反射镜发射面2的一端。
所述偏置光学面4和所述偏置光学参考面3均为塑件基本厚度需求,当相连两个光学面6衔接处的挠度大于0.5时,将偏置光学面4作为基本厚度;当相连两个光学面6衔接处的挠度小于0.5时,将偏置光学参考面3作为基本厚度。
本发明简化了反射镜结构,增强了反射镜流动性,并且简化了模具加工,提高了产品质量和生产效率。

1.一种车灯反射镜结构,反射镜包括有偏置光学参考面(3)、偏置光学面(4)、光学参考面(5)和光学面(6),其特征在于:所述反射镜(1)为抛物异形面反射镜,所述反射镜(1)的内弧端为发射面(2),所述反射镜(1)的外弧端呈光滑的抛物面,所述抛物面的上端设置为偏置光学参考面(3),下端设置有为偏置光学面(4),所述反射镜(1)内设置有光学参考面(5),所述偏置光学参考面(3)的厚度大于偏置光学面(4)的后端。
2.如权利要求1所述的车灯反射镜结构,其特征在于:所述发射面(2)由若干个光学面(6)衔接构成。
3.如权利要求2所述的车灯反射镜结构,其特征在于:所述偏置光学参考面(5)的挠度小于0.5mm,所述偏置光学面(4)的挠度大于0.5mm。
