本实用新型属于汽车照明技术领域,具体涉及一种光导式LED位置灯。
背景技术
现有的汽车车灯设计简单,使用保守的方形或圆形设计。但随着汽车设计和制造工艺发展,老式的保守的车灯已经不能满足消费者的高要求。另外,常用的卤素灯泡作为光源,具有寿命短、发光效率低、色温低等缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种光导式LED位置灯。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:它包括光导发光带,所述光导发光带两端分别与LED光源连接,所述LED光源固定连接在光导定位座上,所述光导定位座上固定连接有散热器。
进一步地,所述光导发光带弯折为第一分段和第二分段,第一分段和第二分段之间设有圆弧过渡段。
更进一步地,所述光导发光带上设有用于支撑光导发光带的托架。
本实用新型使用LED光源与光导材料能制造出炫丽的发光效果,外观新颖;同时以LED为光源,体积小、耗电量低、实用寿命长、高亮度低热量、环保并且坚固耐用;结构简洁易安装、拆卸,充分考虑了实车的维修方便性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,便于清楚地了解本实用新型,但它们不对本实用新型构成限定。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括光导发光带3,光导发光带3弯折为第一分段和第二分段,第一分段和第二分段之间设有圆弧过渡段,光导发光带3上设有用于支撑光导发光带3的托架4,光导发光带3两端分别与LED光源连接,LED光源固定连接在光导定位座2上,光导定位座2上固定连接有散热器1。
光导发光带3由PMMA材料制成,具有较高的光线透过率。当LED点亮时,整个光导发光带发光,形成较炫丽的发光效果;在光导定位座2后侧布置两个铝合金的散热器1,保证散热性能。

1.一种光导式LED位置灯,其特征在于:它包括光导发光带,所述光导发光带两端分别与LED光源连接,所述LED光源固定连接在光导定位座上,所述光导定位座上固定连接有散热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光导式LED位置灯,其特征在于:所述光导发光带弯折为第一分段和第二分段,第一分段和第二分段之间设有圆弧过渡段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光导式LED位置灯,其特征在于:所述光导发光带上设有用于支撑光导发光带的托架。
