本发明公开了一种LED格栅灯,包括面板、固设于面板上的灯罩和设置于灯罩内的LED光源,所述面板上开设有若干相互平行并用于安装灯罩的长条形的安装孔,横截面呈圆弧形的灯罩卡接于面板上,灯罩的开口正对面板上的安装孔且两端敞口,所述灯罩底部沿轴线设置有朝向灯罩轴线的条形的凸部,LED光源固设于凸部上,灯罩的内表面还设置有反光部;安装孔内均布设置有若干与灯罩轴线垂直的反光板,反光板的底部与面板抵接,其两侧呈圆弧形并与灯罩的内壁抵接。本发明具有结构简单、组装方便、照明角度大、灯光柔和和节约能源等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种格栅灯,尤其涉及一种采用LED作光源的LED格栅灯。
背景技术
现有技术中的格栅灯主要是采用普通日光灯作为光源,由于普通日光灯耗电量大、散热多,因此使用日光灯做光源的格栅灯结构复杂;由于日光灯照明角度小、灯光强度高,所以直视日光灯时会对人们眼睛造成一定的伤害。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种电能消耗小、结构简单、照明角度大和灯光柔和的LED格栅灯。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
LED格栅灯,包括面板、固设于面板上的灯罩和设置于灯罩内的LED光源,所述面板上开设有若干相互平行并用于安装灯罩的长条形的安装孔,横截面呈圆弧形的灯罩卡接于面板上,灯罩的开口正对面板上的安装孔且两端敞口,所述灯罩底部沿轴线设置有朝向灯罩轴线的条形的凸部,LED光源固设于凸部上,灯罩的内表面还设置有反光部;安装孔内均布设置有若干与灯罩轴线垂直的反光板,反光板的底部与面板抵接,反光板两侧呈圆弧形并与灯罩的内壁抵接。
进一步,所述反光板表面涂覆有金属背板高分子反光材料。
进一步,所述灯罩的反光部表面涂覆有金属背板高分子反光材料。
进一步,灯罩的开口尺寸与安装孔的尺寸大致相同。
进一步,所述安装孔长度方向的两边设置有卡口,灯罩开口的两侧均设置有与卡口卡接的翻边。
进一步,所述灯罩使用铝合金材料制成并一体冲压成型。
有益效果是:本发明的LED格栅灯,因灯罩与面板是卡口式结构,结构简单,组装方便;反光板及反光部上涂覆的纳米反光涂料使得LED格栅灯的照明角度大、灯光柔和和节约能源。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示的LED格栅灯,包括面板1、固设于面板1上的灯罩2和设置于灯罩2内的LED光源3,所述面板1上开设有若干相互平行并用于安装灯罩2的长条形的安装孔11,横截面呈圆弧形的灯罩2卡接于面板1上,灯罩2的开口正对面板1上的安装孔11且两端敞口,灯罩2与安装孔11的长度大致相同,条形的LED光源3沿灯罩2的轴线方向设置于灯罩2的内壁上,灯罩2的内表面还设置有反光部21;灯罩2具有反光和散热的作用,灯罩2的反光部21能增加LED灯的照明角度并使灯光更柔和;同时,灯罩2两端的敞口能使LED光源3散发的热量快速扩散,防止温度过高而烧坏LED光源3。安装孔11内均布设置有与灯罩2的轴线垂直的反光板4,反光板4的底部与面板1抵接,其两侧呈圆弧形并与灯罩2的内壁抵接,LED光源3经过反光板4的反射后,使得灯光更柔和、照明角度更大。
所述反光板4的表面与灯罩2的反光部21的表面均涂覆有金属背板高分子反光材料。金属背板高分子反光材料是一种带金属基材的白色复合高分子反光膜,其对可见光的反射率达98%,且各角度反射率均匀一致,这样,增加了能源利用率,经过反射,也使LED光源3的照明角度更大、灯光更柔和。
所述灯罩2底部沿轴线设置有朝向圆弧形中心的条形的凸部22,凸部22冲压成型,LED光源3可使用铆钉或螺钉固设于凸部22上。
所述安装孔11长度方向的两边设置有卡口12,卡口12与面板1是一体式结构,灯罩2开口的两侧均设置有与卡口12卡接的翻边23。
所述灯罩2一体冲压成型,材料使用散热性好、重量轻的铝合金制成。

1.LED格栅灯,包括面板(1)、固设于面板(1)上的灯罩(2)和设置于灯罩(2)内的LED光源(3),其特征在于:所述面板(1)上开设有若干相互平行并用于安装灯罩(2)的长条形的安装孔(11),横截面呈圆弧形的灯罩(2)卡接于面板(1)上,灯罩(2)的开口正对面板(1)上的安装孔(11)且两端敞口,所述灯罩(2)底部沿轴线设置有朝向灯罩(2)轴线的条形的凸部(22),LED光源(3)固设于凸部(22)上,灯罩(2)的内表面还设置有反光部(21);安装孔(11)内均布设置有若干与灯罩(2)轴线垂直的反光板(4),反光板(4)的底部与面板(1)抵接,反光板(4)两侧呈圆弧形并与灯罩(2)的内壁抵接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED格栅灯,其特征在于:所述反光板(4)表面涂覆有金属背板高分子反光材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED格栅灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)的反光部(21)表面涂覆有金属背板高分子反光材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED格栅灯,其特征在于:灯罩(2)的开口尺寸与安装孔(11)的尺寸大致相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED格栅灯,其特征在于:所述安装孔(11)长度方向的两边设置有卡口(12),灯罩(2)开口的两侧均设置有与卡口(12)卡接的翻边(23)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED格栅灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)使用铝合金材料制成并一体冲压成型。
