Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种导光灯管,旨在提供一种适于照明且光效高的LED灯具,其包括壳体和设于壳体内的LED,所述导光灯管还包括一导光板,所述导光板的表面设置有导光点,所述壳体的两侧上端设有支撑部,所述LED置于所述支撑部上,所述导光板固定于所述支撑部上且所述导光板的侧面与所述LED相邻。本实用新型可用于各类照明,如艺术照明及装饰照明等。

Description

一种导光灯管
技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具,尤其是涉及一种导光灯管。
背景技术
由于LED是一种点光源,不能直接应用于照明,直接照明使用会刺激人的眼睛,所以必须通过光学处理才能达到照明要求。现有技术LED灯管是通过很多不同的光学处理方法,如反光镜、透镜、扩散灯罩等将点光源转变为面光源的。这样势必要增加能耗,降低光效和提高成本。已不能满足当前经济发展的需要。此外,由于各种透镜、扩散灯罩会有一定的遮光作用,不能完全把光线射出,导致损失大部分能耗,进一步造成光效较低。可见,现有LED灯管存在光效低的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术LED灯管存在光效低的技术问题,提供了一种导光灯管。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为设计一种导光灯管,包括壳体和设于壳体内的LED,所述导光灯管还包括一导光板,所述导光板的表面设置有导光点,所述壳体的两侧上端设有支撑部,所述LED置于所述支撑部上,所述导光板固定于所述支撑部上且所述导光板的侧面与所述LED相邻。
所述壳体呈长条形,且其截面呈“U”型。
所述导光板呈半圆形。
所述导光板的内表面还设置有反射膜。
所述导光板的外表面还设置有扩散板。
所述导光板呈“M”型。
所述导光板呈倒“V”型。
所述导光板由若干并行设置的子导光板构成。
所述导光灯管还包括设于壳体两端的灯头和设于壳体内且与所述灯头及LED连接的用于驱动LED的驱动电路。
本实用新型通过利用导光板来对LED进行光学处理,LED发出的光由导光板直接导出,从而减少了能量消耗,同时,由于导光板(PMMA)材料的透光率一般大于93%,是LED最好的导光搭档,提高了光效,减少了能量消耗。此外,由于导光板可使LED光线均匀射出,使得导光灯管不刺眼或眩光。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请参见图1和图2。本实用新型导光灯管包括壳体1、灯头2、LED 3、驱动电路4、导光板5、反射膜6和扩散板7。其中:
壳体1采用铝材制作,以方便散热。壳体1的外表面还可以设置散热片等散热器。壳体1呈长条形,且其截面呈“U”型。壳体的两侧上端设有支撑部11,支撑部11主要用于固定LED、导光板、反射膜和扩散板等。
灯头2主要用于与外部灯座连接,以连接外部电源。在本具体实施例中,灯头设置在壳体1的两端。当然,也可以仅设置在壳体1的一端。灯头可以是T5或T8等灯头;也可以是卡扣式的灯头。
LED3设于壳体1的支撑部11上。其与灯头和驱动电路均连接,并受驱动电路驱动。
驱动电路4设于壳体内且与所述灯头及LED连接,其主要用于驱动LED。驱动电路可以设于壳体内部,也可以是做成独立的整流器和变压器,置于壳体之外。
导光板5主要用于将LED发出的光均匀导出,导光板5的表面设置有导光点。导光点可以设置在内表面上,也可以设置在外表面上,也可以内外表面均设置。在本具体实施例中,导光点设置在外表面上。导光板固定于所述支撑部上,且所述导光板的侧面与所述LED相邻,即LED置于所述导光板的侧面。导光板可由亚克力、玻璃、PC等任一种导光材料制作。导光板可以为各种形状,如矩形、半圆形、三角型等。在本具体实施例中,所述导光板呈半圆形。导光板还可以由多个同一形状的导光板组成,还可以由各种不同形状的导光板组合构成。导光板由模具或热弯成型等方法制作,导光点可由印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀等任一种方法制作。
反射膜6设置在导光板的内表面,其主要用于将从导光板内表面射出的光线反射回去,使其从导光板外表面射出。当导光板的设置使得光线不会从导光板内表面射出时,也可以不设置反射膜。
扩散板7设置在导光板的外表面,其主要用于进一步发散从导光板外表面射出的光,使光线更加均匀。当然,也可以不设置扩散板。
本实用新型导光灯管的制作方法如下: 
步骤1:根据要求进行导光点形状的设计,并在导光板的内表面(或外表面)制作导光点。导光点可以通过印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀等方法制作。
步骤2:根据设计需要,采用热弯的方法将导光板制作成半圆形。也可以采用其他成型方法,如模具成型。
步骤3:再将LED安装于壳体两侧上端的支撑部上,并将驱动电路置于壳体内固定。
步骤4:将装好LED的壳体和导光板套接固定,当然也可以采用螺丝或胶水固定。最后在灯管的两头扣上灯头,当然要在扣上灯头之前接好所有电线,并保证各元器件电路联通、并与外部绝缘。
使用时只要将导光灯管的灯头装入灯座,接通电源便可照明。
实施例二
请参见图3。本具体实施例与实施例一的区别在于导光板的结构不同。在本具体实施例中,导光板81呈 “M”型,其外表面设置有导光点811。使用时,“M”型导光板的侧面812与LED相邻。
实施例三
请参见图4。本具体实施例与实施例一的区别在于导光板的结构不同。在本具体实施例中,导光板82呈 倒“V”型,其外表面设置有导光点821。使用时,倒“V”型导光板的侧面822与LED相邻。
实施例四
请参见图5。本具体实施例与实施例一的区别在于导光板的结构不同。在本具体实施例中,导光板83由若干并行设置的子导光板831构成。导光点832设置在各子导光板的外表面。使用时,LED与各子导光板的侧面相邻。
本实用新型通过利用导光板来对LED进行光学处理,LED发出的光由导光板直接导出,从而减少了能量消耗,同时,由于导光板(PMMA)材料的透光率一般大于93%,是LED最好的导光搭档,提高了光效,减少了能量消耗。此外,由于导光板可使LED光线均匀射出,使得导光灯管不刺眼或眩光。
本实用新型通过设置不同形状的导光板,将LED点光源或线光源转为柔和的面光源,美观大方,节能环保。解决了用LED照明时点光源令眼睛不舒服的一大难题,本实用新型不需增加任何透镜、扩散材料等,克服了现有LED必需有其他材料配合,进行二次发光才能达到照明效果的问题。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有优点:
(1)现有的LED照明是点光源而不能直接当作照明使用,会产生眩光和刺眼,必需有其他材料配合使用进行二次发光才能达到照明效果,如透镜、扩散及遮光罩等材料。本实用新型可以由导光板直接导出光线,减少能耗,由于导光板(PMMA)材料的透光率一般大于93%,是LED最好的导光搭档,提高了光效,降低了成本;       
(2)本实用新型应用更广泛,寿命长,节能环保。本实用新型可广泛应用于各类照明,如艺术照明、装饰照明等领域。

Claims (9)

1.一种导光灯管,包括壳体和设于壳体内的LED,其特征在于:所述导光灯管还包括一导光板,所述导光板的表面设置有导光点,所述壳体的两侧上端设有支撑部,所述LED置于所述支撑部上,所述导光板固定于所述支撑部上且所述导光板的侧面与所述LED相邻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述壳体呈长条形,且其截面呈“U”型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板呈半圆形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板的内表面还设置有反射膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板的外表面还设置有扩散板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板呈“M”型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板呈倒“V”型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光板由若干并行设置的子导光板构成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的导光灯管,其特征在于:所述导光灯管还包括设于壳体两端的灯头和设于壳体内且与所述灯头及LED连接的用于驱动LED的驱动电路。
