本发明公开了一种环保自洁材料,其组分的重量份数组成为:四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷5-30份;十二烷基磺酸钠10-25份;羟基含氢硅油10-15份;氢氧化铝1-5份;异噻唑啉酮类化合物1-5份;磷酸锆1-2份。本发明环保自洁材料可用于防止或减低生物污损的材料,特别是用于置于水体等高湿或含水环境的设备与器材,能够起到防除污损生物附着与生长,避免水体中生物污损的效果,从而延长设备使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,尤其涉及一种环保自洁材料。
背景技术
渔业、养殖业及航运等领域所用设备易受到藻类、盐碱环境等腐蚀性物质,侵蚀附着物的作用导致设备涂层损伤、老化甚至脱落,失去保护作用。这就会导致设备的维护成本增加,且使得设备寿命下降而目前针对此类设备的抗腐蚀抗侵蚀的材料研究和应用并没有多少进展。
因此,现有技术还需要进一步发展和改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保自洁材料,旨在解决目前环保自洁材料功能单一的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种环保自洁材料,其中,其组分的重量份数组成为:
四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷5-30份;
十二烷基磺酸钠10-25份;
羟基含氢硅油10-15份;
氢氧化铝1-5份;
异噻唑啉酮类化合物1-5份;
磷酸锆1-2份。
所述的环保自洁材料,其中,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的组合。
所述的环保自洁材料,其中,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的用量配比为1:1。
所述的环保自洁材料,其中,所述环保自洁材料按照重量份计由以下组分组成:

四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷5-30份;
十二烷基磺酸钠10-25份;
羟基含氢硅油10-15份;
氢氧化铝1-5份;
异噻唑啉酮类化合物1-5份;
磷酸锆1-2份。
其中,优选的是,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的组合。进一步地,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的用量配比为1:1。

羟基含氢硅油10份;
氢氧化铝2份;
异噻唑啉酮类化合物1份;
磷酸锆1份。
要求、满足陶瓷加工要求,也可以承受室外光照不产生降解。
本发明环保自洁材料可以牢固地结合在涂料、塑料、水泥和陶瓷上,不会产生类似于有机材料在表面析出的情况。所以可解决涂料、油漆、塑料、陶瓷的长效防藻抗菌问题,克服现有材料防藻防污能力差的问题并且可降低用量,降低维护成本。
本发明提供一种环保自洁材料,该材料可用于防止或减低生物污损的材料,特别是用于置于水体等高湿或含水环境的设备与器材,能够起到防除污损生物附着与生长,避免水体中生物污损的效果,从而延长设备使用寿命。

四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷5-30份;
十二烷基磺酸钠10-25份;
羟基含氢硅油10-15份;
氢氧化铝1-5份;
异噻唑啉酮类化合物1-5份;
磷酸锆1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保自洁材料,其特征在于,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保自洁材料,其特征在于,所述异噻唑啉酮类化合物选为1,2苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的用量配比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保自洁材料,其特征在于,所述环保自洁材料按照重量份计由以下组分组成:
