技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种防锈涂料,可用于金属材料的除锈防锈的防锈涂料,具有运输、施工方便、无毒、无污染等优点,并具有干燥快、弹性高、硬度大、耐冲击、耐磨性能好、耐水、耐热、耐霉、耐酸、耐碱、耐油、绝缘性能好等特点。
背景技术
防锈漆是一种可保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。主要分为物理性和化学性防锈漆两大类。前者靠颜料和漆料的适当配合,形成致密的漆膜以阻止腐蚀性物质的侵入,如铁红、铝粉、石墨防锈漆等;后者靠防锈颜料的化学抑锈作用,如红丹、锌黄防锈漆等。用于桥梁、船舶、管道等金属的防锈。使用的防锈漆大致为油性和水性两种。油性防锈漆使材料表面油腻去除困难,已很少使用。油性防锈漆使用方便,价格低廉,但因含有亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒物质,对操作人员危害较大,国家已限制使用,且此类产品性能单一,不能满足磁性合金材料的防锈要求。水性金属防锈漆选用金属强力螯合剂肌醇六磷酸酯为主要成分,与其他几种水性助剂复配而成。肌醇六磷酸酯是从粮食作物中提取的天然无毒有机化工产品,当它作为磁性材料防锈剂使用时,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗即可进入涂装等下道工序。防锈颜料是防锈漆的重要组成部分.物理防锈颜料是一类本身化学性质较为稳定的颜料,它们是靠本身的物理性能,化学性能稳定,质地坚硬,颗粒细微,优良的填充性,提高漆膜的致密度,降低漆膜的可渗性从而起到防锈的作用.氧化铁红就属这类物质.而金属铝粉的防锈性是由于铝粉具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力.防锈漆的主要成分是防锈颜料和成膜物质。通常以防锈颜料的名称而命名,如:红丹防锈油漆、铁红防锈油漆等等。如果以它的防锈作用来分,大致可分为四大类:物理作用防锈油漆、化学作用防锈油漆、电化学作用防锈油漆、综合作用防锈油漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防锈涂料,可用于金属材料的除锈防锈的防锈涂料,具有运输、施工方便、无毒、无污染等优点,并具有干燥快、弹性高、硬度大、耐冲击、耐磨性能好、耐水、耐热、耐霉、耐酸、耐碱、耐油、绝缘性能好等特点。

其制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、在搅拌容器中依次加入环氧树脂、氨基树脂、磷酸、鞣酸、三聚磷酸铝、玻璃鳞片、云母氧化铁、云母粉、分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂,搅拌均匀充分溶解后备用;
步骤二)、将步骤一)所获物料经研磨机研磨,调配成标准规格,即可得成品。

1.一种防锈涂料,其特征在于,物料及重量配比分别是:环氧树脂22份、氨基树脂13份、磷酸5份、鞣酸4份、三聚磷酸铝23份、玻璃鳞片25份、云母氧化铁19份、云母粉14份、分散剂1.1份、消泡剂0.9份、杀菌剂1.5份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的防锈涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:步骤一)、在搅拌容器中依次加入环氧树脂、氨基树脂、磷酸、鞣酸、三聚磷酸铝、玻璃鳞片、云母氧化铁、云母粉、分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂,搅拌均匀充分溶解后备用;
步骤二)、将步骤一)所获物料经研磨机研磨,调配成标准规格,即可得成品。
