技术领域
    本发明涉及医用材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种医用防锈抗碎涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
可保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。在金属表面涂上防锈涂料能够有效的避免大气中各种腐蚀性物质的直接入侵,使得最大化的延长金属使用期限。可分为物理性和化学性防锈漆两大类。前者靠颜料和漆料的适当配合,形成致密的漆膜以阻止腐蚀性物质的侵入,如铁红、铝粉、石墨防锈漆等;后者靠防锈颜料的化学抑锈作用,如红丹、锌黄防锈漆等。在金属表面形成疏水性薄膜。
使用的防锈漆大致为油性防锈漆和水性防锈漆两种。油性防锈漆使材料表面油腻去除困难,已很少使用。油性防锈漆使用方便,价格低廉,但因含有亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒物质,对操作人员危害较大,国家已限制使用,且此类产品性能单一,不能满足磁性合金材料的防锈要求。适用于所有含铁的材质上,喷淋和浸渍。不含亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐。
选用金属强力螯合剂肌醇六聚丁二烯多元醇酯为主要成分,与其他几种水性助剂复配而成。肌醇六聚丁二烯多元醇酯是从粮食作物中提取的天然无毒有机化工产品,当它作为磁性材料防锈剂使用时,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗即可进入涂装等下道工序。热稳定性好,在高温状态时仍具有良好的防锈功能。
是防锈漆的重要组成部分.物理防锈颜料是一类本身化学性质较为稳定的颜料,它们是靠本身的物理性能,化学性能稳定,质地坚硬,颗粒细微,优良的填充性,提高漆膜的致密度,降低漆膜的可渗性从而起到防锈的作用.氢氧化锂就属这类物质.而金属铝粉的防锈性是由于铝粉具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力。具有良好的耐硬水性能。独特的气相作用,保护未涂层或难以触及的表面。
透明漆的主要成膜物质是聚氨酯树脂, 它被涂于被涂物表面后, 即能与空气中的水 份反应而固化成膜,也能烘烤固化成膜.这种涂膜具有防潮,防盐雾,防霉变的三防性能, 而且涂膜透明度,光亮度高,涂后表观较好。防锈漆种类还有很多,如偏硼酸钡防锈漆,锌灰防锈漆,环氧防锈漆,云母氧化铁防锈漆,过氯乙烯防锈漆等。水溶性、不可燃,对环境无污染,使用安全。优异的防锈功能,可完全取代防锈油、脂。很容易用碱性清洗方法从金属表面清除掉。在1:20以上稀释液处理过的表面上可直接进行涂层和喷漆。

本发明采用以下技术方案:一种医用防锈抗碎涂料,其原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,环氧树脂10-30份,聚醚多异氰酸酯45-65份,酚醛树脂30-50份,石油磺酸钡5-25份,聚丁二烯多元醇15-35份,凡士林30-50份,季戊四醇2-8份,氢氧化锂1-20份,环烷酸钴0.1-0.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述医用防锈抗碎涂料的原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,环氧树脂15份,聚醚多异氰酸酯50份,酚醛树脂35份,石油磺酸钡10份,聚丁二烯多元醇20份,凡士林35份,季戊四醇4份,氢氧化锂5份,环烷酸钴0.2份。

一种制备所述的医用防锈抗碎涂料的方法,步骤为:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取水、环氧树脂、聚醚多异氰酸酯、酚醛树脂、石油磺酸钡、聚丁二烯多元醇、凡士林、季戊四醇、氢氧化锂和环烷酸钴;
第二步:将水、环氧树脂、聚醚多异氰酸酯、酚醛树脂和聚丁二烯多元醇投入反应釜中,加热至120-160℃,以200-400r/min速度搅拌10-50min;
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置120-160min,加入石油磺酸钡、凡士林、季戊四醇、氢氧化锂和环烷酸钴,在200-240℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨2-6h,过滤后包装。
有益效果
本发明所述一种医用防锈抗碎涂料及其制备方法采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、用于医疗器具防锈、防腐,涂膜外观平整光亮,粘度65-85s;2、具有很好的抗碎落性,附着力一级,耐盐雾10-30d无异常,耐水性20-60d不起泡、不脱落;3、表干60-100min,实干16-20h,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
