本发明属于机械领域,具体涉及一种磨盘磨辊结构.
背景技术
磨粉机广泛用于建材、冶金、化工、矿山、材料等的研磨加工。传统的磨盘通过与磨辊轮的研磨来工作,但是无论是磨辊轮还是磨盘,在长时间高强度研磨后,容易磨损,而磨盘和磨辊轮的体积较大,如果均采用高耐磨材料制造,无形中大大提高了生产成本。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,一种磨盘磨辊结构。技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种磨盘磨辊结构,磨盘和磨辊体,磨辊体由磨辊轴牵引,所述磨辊体外套有磨辊轮,所述磨盘对应磨辊轮处设有磨圈,所述磨辊体与磨辊轴端部之间设有压紧垫圈。
其中,所述磨辊轮与磨圈之间存有研磨间隙。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、研磨面材料硬度高,提高整个结构的使用寿命,一般原材料的研磨,本结构生产寿命在10年以上;
2、与基体选用不同材料和不同的加工处理,降低本结构的材料成本和加工成本25%以上。

1.一种磨盘磨辊结构,其特征在于,磨盘(1)和磨辊体(2),磨辊体(2)由磨辊轴(3)牵引,所述磨辊体(2)外套有磨辊轮(4),所述磨盘(1)对应磨辊轮(4)处设有磨圈(5),所述磨辊体(3)与磨辊轴(3)端部之间设有压紧垫圈(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨盘磨辊结构,其特征在于,所述磨辊轮(4)与磨圈(5)之间存有研磨间隙。
