本发明涉及一种清雪装置，其主要由框架、滚刷轴、滚刷、链轮、过渡板、链条、固定杆、输送槽、螺旋输送轴组成。滚刷轴安装在框架前端，滚刷轴中部和左端分别安装有滚刷和链轮，输送槽通过固定杆固定在框架后端，螺旋输送轴安装在框架后端且置于输送槽中，滚刷轴和螺旋输送轴通过链轮及链条相连，过渡板安装在滚刷和输送槽之间。

本发明涉及一种清雪装置，应用在清雪机上。
背景技术
目前，清雪机上的清雪装置的结构是在一个框架前端倾斜安装一刮板，清雪时，刮板将雪刮到道路一旁，再由装载机将雪装到运输车上运送到指定地点，由于雪的密度较小，满满一车雪的重量只占该运输车额定载重的很小一部分。
发明内容
发明的目的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在清雪过程中能同时将雪压缩，使其密度增大的清雪装置，这样，相同的运输车一次可以运送更多的雪。
技术方案。
一种清雪装置，其主要由框架1、滚刷轴2、滚刷3、链轮4、过渡板5、链条6、固定杆7、链轮8、链轮9、固定杆10、输送槽11、螺旋输送轴12、固定杆13、固定杆14组成。框架1呈长方形结构，滚刷轴2安装在框架1前端，在滚刷轴2的中部和左端分别安装有滚刷3和链轮4，输送槽11通过固定杆7、固定杆10、固定杆13、固定杆14固定在框架1后端，螺旋输送轴12，其中部置于输送槽11内，其左右两端安装在框架1上，其左端安装有链轮8和链轮9，链轮4和链轮9通过链条6相连接，链轮8通过链条与清雪机上的链轮相连接，过渡板5安装在滚刷3和输送槽11之间。
有益效果。
由于采用了上述方案，清雪机在清雪的过程中，将雪压缩，使其密度增大，从而使相同的车一次可以运送更多的雪。

具体实施方式
结合附图，本发明一种清雪装置，其主要由框架1、滚刷轴2、滚刷3、链轮4、过渡板5、链条6、固定杆7、链轮8、链轮9、固定杆10、输送槽11、螺旋输送轴12、固定杆13、固定杆14组成。框架1呈长方形结构，滚刷轴2的左右两端通过轴承安装在框架1的前端，滚刷3安装在滚刷轴2的中部，链轮4安装在滚刷轴2的左端，输送槽11呈封闭式圆桶状结构，其左右两端端头中心处加工有圆孔，其右端端头还加工有出雪孔，其中部上侧加工有长方形入雪口，输送槽11通过固定杆7、固定杆10、固定杆13、固定杆14固定在框架1的后端，螺旋输送轴12，其中部置于输送槽11之中，其左端穿过输送槽11左端端头中心处的圆孔，并通过轴承安装在框架1上，其右端穿过输送槽11右端端头中心处的圆孔，并通过轴承安装在框架1上，链轮8和链轮9安装在螺旋输送轴12左端，链轮4和链轮9通过链条6相连，链轮8通过链条与清雪机上的链轮相连，过渡板5倾斜安装在滚刷3和输送槽11之间，并固定在输送槽11上。
本清雪装置的工作原理是：本清雪装置安装在清雪机前端，滚刷3与地面接触，清雪机带动清雪装置前行的同时，清雪机上的发动机通过链轮和链条带动链轮8转动，从而带动螺旋输出轴12转动，同时链轮8又通过链轮9、链条6、链轮4带动滚刷轴2转动，从而带动滚刷3转动。此时，地面上的雪被滚刷3刷起并滑过过渡板5，从输送槽11上的长方形入雪口进入输送槽11内，由于输送槽11右端端头的出雪孔小于长方形入雪口，因此进入输送槽11里的雪在螺旋输送轴12的作用下被压缩后由出雪孔挤出。

1.一种清雪装置，其特征是，其主要由框架(1)、滚刷轴(2)、滚刷(3)、链轮(4)、过渡板(5)、链条(6)、固定杆(7)、链轮(8)、链轮(9)、固定杆(10)、输送槽(11)、螺旋输送轴(12)、固定杆(13)、固定杆(14)组成，框架1呈长方形结构，滚刷轴(2)安装在框架(1)前端，在滚刷轴(2)的中部和左端分别安装有滚刷(3)和链轮(4)，输送槽(11)通过固定杆(7)、固定杆(10)、固定杆(13)、固定杆(14)固定在框架(1)后端，螺旋输送轴(12)，其中部置于输送槽(11)内，其左右两端安装在框架(1)上，其左端安装有链轮(8)和链轮(9)，链轮(4)和链轮(9)通过链条(6)相连接，链轮(8)通过链条与清雪机上的链轮相连接，过渡板(5)安装在滚刷(3)和输送槽(11)之间。
