Abstract

组合式铲雪机，本发明属于公路机械，是一种能清雪、破雪、除雪的机组，主要用于城市公路铲除硬实雪。该机组主要是利用绞龙平铲除雪机、双辊破雪机和斜铲的组合，前面斜铲用于清除第一车道铲除的碎雪，中间用双辊破雪机提高了破雪效果，后面用绞龙平铲除雪机减小总长度，实现了大宽度组合铲雪的功能。该机可装于装载机上，利用装载机上的液压源接到液压马达6上，大臂可直接和机架连接用车上的液压系统升降铲雪作业。

技术领域：
本发明属于公路机械，是一种能清雪、破雪、除雪的组合机械。主要用于城市公路铲除硬实雪的设备。 
背景技术：
在现有的组合铲雪机中有单辊破雪机和斜铲的组合机组，也有锤式破雪机和斜铲的组合机组，前面是破雪机后面是斜铲。这样第一道铲除的积雪存在第二道线上，第二道线的碎雪必须清除后才能铲第二道线上的硬雪。如果在破雪机前后都加上斜铲其机组长度又太长无法工作。 
发明内容：
本发明是前面用一台斜铲，中间用一台双辊破雪机，后面用一台带有绞龙送雪机构的平铲相组合，由于后部使用平铲，长度尺寸大量压缩，这样做3米宽的组合铲雪机才能实现。前面的斜铲用于清除第一车道上铲下的碎雪，中间选用双辊破雪机提高破雪效果，后面用平铲除雪，铲前的绞龙把碎雪送到一侧，完成组合铲雪过程。 
本发明的优点是： 
1.使用双辊破雪提高破雪效果； 
2、因后面使用平铲长度尺寸大量压缩使之能做成有效铲雪宽度大的组合铲雪机。

图中：1、机架2、斜铲3、前辊4、刀片5、链轮6、液压马达7、传动机构。前面的斜铲(4)用于清除第一道铲除的碎雪使中间的双辊破雪机(3)能正常破碎硬实雪，绞龙(2)安装于平铲(1)上，车上的液压源接到液压马达(6)上，通过传动机构(7)带动绞龙(2)旋转，把平铲前的碎雪送到一侧。斜铲(4)、双辊破雪机(3)，由绞龙和平铲组成的平铲除雪机(1)全部通过连接机构组装到机架(5)上，组成机组，实现了组合铲雪。 
具体实施办法： 
该机液压动力源取自装载机液压源，机架可装在装载机大臂上。利用大臂的液压系统升降，实现铲雪。 

Claims (3)

1.一种能铲除硬实雪的组合铲雪机，由前面的斜铲、中间的双辊破雪机、后面的绞龙式平铲相组合。
2.依据权利1所述其特征是：后面用绞龙式平铲减小长度。
3.中间选用双辊破雪机提高了破雪效果。
