本发明涉及乳胶漆领域,尤其是一种内墙丝光乳胶漆。
背景技术
乳胶漆是有机涂料的一种,是以合成树脂乳液为基料加入颜料、填料及各种助剂配制而成的一类水性涂料。以水为分散介质,无有机溶剂,运输贮存不存在爆炸和火灾等危险问题,安全环保。目前使用最多的是无光乳胶漆,效果白而没有光泽,刷上确保墙体干净、整洁,具备一定的耐刷洗性,具有良好的遮盖力,被广大家庭企业所使用,但是这种乳胶漆不具备抗污能力,一旦沾染上油渍、笔迹、手印等污渍很难清除,严重影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提出一种内墙丝光乳胶漆,耐候性较强,喷涂形成的保护层能长期暴露室外。
本发明的技术方案是:一种内墙丝光乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠8-15份、环烷酸锰17-35份、二氧化硅超细粉20-40份、聚乙烯醇20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-5份、木质素1-4份、氟化钙4-5份、柠檬酸钾5-9份、钛白粉30-40份、苯丙20-30份、去离子水80-150份。
本发明中,所述内墙丝光乳胶漆由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠9-14份、环烷酸锰20-32份、二氧化硅超细粉22-37份、聚乙烯醇23-32份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-4份、木质素2-3份、氟化钙4.2-4.8份、柠檬酸钾6-8份、钛白粉33-37份、苯丙22-28份、去离子水90-130份。
优选的,所述内墙丝光乳胶漆由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠12份、环烷酸锰28份、二氧化硅超细粉35份、聚乙烯醇27份、丙烯酸异辛脂3.5份、木质素2.8份、氟化钙4.4份、柠檬酸钾7份、钛白粉35份、苯丙25份、去离子水120份。
本发明的有益效果:耐候性较强,喷涂形成的保护层能长期暴露室外。

1.一种内墙丝光乳胶漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠8-15份、环烷酸锰17-35份、二氧化硅超细粉20-40份、聚乙烯醇20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-5份、木质素1-4份、氟化钙4-5份、柠檬酸钾5-9份、钛白粉30-40份、苯丙20-30份、去离子水80-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙丝光乳胶漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠9-14份、环烷酸锰20-32份、二氧化硅超细粉22-37份、聚乙烯醇23-32份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-4份、木质素2-3份、氟化钙4.2-4.8份、柠檬酸钾6-8份、钛白粉33-37份、苯丙22-28份、去离子水90-130份。
