Abstract
本发明公开了一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:异戊二烯共聚体40‑80份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚体20‑60份、二硫化二吗啉0.06‑0.18份、过氧化二异丙苯0.55‑1.7份、2‑巯基苯并咪唑0.4‑0.8份。制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)聚合:将异戊二烯共聚体投入聚合釜,120±2℃搅拌2‑3min,温度升至150±2℃时加入乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚体,搅拌2‑3min,接着加入二硫化二吗啉、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌90‑100min,温度降至低于120±2℃时加入2‑巯基苯并咪唑,搅拌2‑3min;(2)排胶;(3)压片。制备出的产品抗O3老化性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工橡胶材料领域,具体涉及一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的进步以及人们生活标准的提高,人们对现代汽车的要求也越来越高,如安全、舒适、性价比高等,而做好减震工作则能很好的提高汽车的行驶舒适性及安全性。汽车的减震措施有很多,如提高NVH(Noise、Vibration、Harshness,即噪声、振动和不舒适性)减震器的性能,其中减震橡胶制品起着最重要的作用。但现有NVH减震器用橡胶材料为NR(天然橡胶),在抗O3老化条件:O3浓度50pphm、温度40℃、静态拉伸20%,8h左右就出现龟裂现象,随着时间延长,龟裂加剧,48h左右就基本断裂,远远达不到标准要求因此,现有NVH减震器用橡胶材料存在的抗O3老化性差问题,导致产品降噪、减震、舒适性差及使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足之处而提供的一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料及其制备方法,本发明采用价廉的异戊二烯共聚体与乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体,在二硫化二吗啉引发下,聚合剂过氧化二异丙苯使两种共聚体进一步聚合,再加入2-巯基苯并咪唑提高其抗老化性,最终得到抗O3老化能力强的橡胶材料(LSIER橡胶)。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:异戊二烯共聚体40-80份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体20-60份、二硫化二吗啉0.06-0.18份、过氧化二异丙苯0.55-1.7份、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.4-0.8份。
进一步地,一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:异异戊二烯共聚体50-60份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体40-50份、二硫化二吗啉0.12-0.15份、过氧化二异丙苯1.12-1.4份、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.6-0.7份。
一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚合:将异戊二烯共聚体投入聚合釜,120±2℃搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,然后将温度升至150±2℃时加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,接着加入二硫化二吗啉、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌90-100min,最后将温度降至低于120±2℃时加入2-巯基苯并咪唑,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2;
(2)排胶:温度为120±2℃,转速为75-85r/min,排除聚合后的物质;
(3)压片:在22寸开炼机中压片,温度40-60℃,辊距为5-7mm,时间为3-5min,压片后自然冷却。
本发明提供的一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料及其制备方法,具有以下几种有益效果:
(1)本发明原料成本低廉,制备过程简单,适于工业化生产。
(2)本发明制备的产品抗O3老化性能好,耐用。

一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚合:将异戊二烯共聚体投入聚合釜,120±2℃搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,然后将温度升至150±2℃时加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,接着加入二硫化二吗啉、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌90-100min,最后将温度降至低于120±2℃时加入2-巯基苯并咪唑,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2;
(2)排胶:温度为120±2℃,转速为75-85r/min,排除聚合后的物质;
(3)压片:在22寸开炼机中压片,温度40-60℃,辊距为5-7mm,时间为3-5min,压片后自然冷却。
实验例
分别使用本发明制备的橡胶材料和天然橡胶材料制备橡胶,对比配方组分及重量配比份数如下:
橡胶制备过程:
(1)炼胶:使用设备为开炼机
(2)试片硫化工艺:使用设备为硫化机,硫化压力为12-13MPa,温度150±2℃,时间15±0.5min,装胶量:45±1g,每次压制4张标准试片。
分别使用本发明制备的橡胶材料和天然橡胶材料制备橡胶试片,对橡胶试片进行物理机械性能比较:
依据上表,本发明提供的橡胶材料与NR的试片物理机械性能对比,NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料最佳配方为:

(3)NVH减震器硫化工艺:
使用以上最佳配方制备NVH减震器,使用设备为300T注射硫化机,硫化压力为18MPa,温度160℃,时间12min,装胶量:110g。
分别使用本发明LSIER橡胶和NR橡胶制得的NVH减震器,其物理机械性能比较如下:
综上所述,采用本发明提供的LSIER橡胶材料生产的NVH减震器,在抗O3老化方面,性能得到显著提升。
Claims (2)
1.一种NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料,其特征在于,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:异戊二烯共聚体40份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体60份、二硫化二吗啉0.06-0.18份、过氧化二异丙苯0.55-1.7份、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.4-0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的NVH减震器用抗O3老化橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚合:将异戊二烯共聚体投入聚合釜,120±2℃搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,然后将温度升至150±2℃时加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚体,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2,接着加入二硫化二吗啉、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌90-100min,最后将温度降至低于120±2℃时加入2-巯基苯并咪唑,搅拌2-3min,转速为75-85r/min,压力为5.8-6.2kgf/cm2;
(2)排胶:温度为120±2℃,转速为75-85r/min,排除聚合后的物质;
(3)压片:在22寸开炼机中压片,温度40-60℃,辊距为5-7mm,时间为3-5min,压片后自然冷却。
