Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：昆布15份、连翘6份、蒲公英6份、玄参6份、法半夏3份、茯苓12份、莲子9份、莱菔子6份、甘草4份。本发明运用：昆布软坚散结；连翘清热解毒，消肿散结；蒲公英消肿散结，利湿通淋；玄参解毒散结；法半夏燥湿消痰；茯苓健脾利湿；莲子补脾益肾；莱菔子降气化痰；甘草调和诸药。诸药合用，则气血畅行、邪毒外出、坚结消散，达到治疗甲状腺结节的目的。临床实验证明，本发明能够安全有效治疗甲状腺结节。

Description

一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药，具体涉及一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物。
背景技术
甲状腺结节是指由多种原因导致的甲状腺内出现1个或多个异常结构的团块，是临床常见的甲状腺疾病。近年来，随着B型超声诊断仪在临床的广泛应用，甲状腺结节患病率有上升趋势。其患病率为19％～67％，女性的发病率约为男性的4倍。
西医治疗本病除外科手术外，无更好的内科治疗方法。而本病多发于女性，她们从心理上不易接受手术治疗，同时传统手术还存在瘢痕增生或结节复发等弊端。传统多采用左甲状腺素钠片或甲状腺片治疗，但易复发且疗效差。
本发明所涉及药材均可见记载于《中国药典》。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈甲状腺结节的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：昆布15份、连翘6份、蒲公英6份、玄参6份、法半夏3份、茯苓12份、莲子9份、莱菔子6份、甘草4份。
下面结合中药学理论说明本发明有益效果：
祖国医学称甲状腺结节为“瘿病”，普遍认为基本病理因素是“气、痰、瘀”，认为肝气郁结，肝气横逆于脾，脾失健运，聚湿为痰，气为血帅、血为气母，气滞则血行不畅瘀阻经络，故采用理气、化痰、祛瘀、软坚散结的方法。
本发明运用：昆布软坚散结；连翘清热解毒，消肿散结；蒲公英消肿散结，利湿通淋；玄参解毒散结；法半夏燥湿消痰；茯苓健脾利湿；莲子补脾益肾；莱菔子降气化痰；甘草调和诸药。诸药合用，则气血畅行、邪毒外出、坚结消散，达到治疗甲状腺结节的目的。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2012年5月-2014年5月间共收集60例甲状腺结节患者。随机分为：治疗组30例，对照组30例。其中治疗组男10例、女20例，年龄18～61岁，病程7个月～2.5年；对照组男13例、女17例，年龄19～60岁间，病程6个月～3年。两组性别、年龄、病程等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
纳入标准：年龄18～65岁；符合甲状腺结节诊断标准；依从性好，自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书；甲状腺功能正常。
排除标准：对临床查体和(或)实验室和(或)其他检查提示有恶变可能，建议行甲状腺结节切除术及相关后续治疗；对药物过敏；甲状腺功能亢进或减退；有严重心、肝、肾疾病；妊娠、哺乳期；糖尿病。
2、治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例3制得的胶囊，每日3次。治疗1个月。
对照组口服小金丸(成都永康制药有限公司)，每次1.2～3.0g，每日2次。治疗1个月。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准
痊愈：结节不能触及，B超显示结节最大直径小于0.3cm，临床症状完全消失；
显效：B超显示结节最大直径缩小大于60％，临床症状明显好转；
有效：B超显示结节最大直径缩小大于30％，临床症状有所好转；
无效：B超显示结节最大直径缩小小于30％，临床症状无明显好转。
3.2治疗统计结果见表1。

可见，本发明制得的药物能够安全有效治疗甲状腺结节，治愈率高。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明，下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
称取：昆布15克、连翘6克、蒲公英6克、玄参6克、法半夏3克、茯苓12克、莲子9克、莱菔子6克、甘草4克；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120克，即得符合正常成人一天用量的煎剂。
用于治疗甲状腺结节。口服，每日服用一次。
实施例2
称取：昆布15克、连翘6克、蒲公英6克、玄参6克、法半夏3克、茯苓12克、莲子9克、莱菔子6克、甘草4克；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。
用于治疗甲状腺结节。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
实施例3
称取：昆布15克、连翘6克、蒲公英6克、玄参6克、法半夏3克、茯苓12克、莲子9克、莱菔子6克、甘草4克；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗甲状腺结节。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗甲状腺结节的药物，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：昆布15份、连翘6份、蒲公英6份、玄参6份、法半夏3份、茯苓12份、莲子9份、莱菔子6份、甘草4份；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120份，即得煎剂；上述份均是指重量份。
