一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物；本发明涉及一种药物；本发明提供了一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药材组成：海蛤壳10-30份，红花5-15份，赤芍10-30份，丹皮10-30份，花粉10-50份，桃仁5-20份，知母10-30份，贝母10-30份，当归10-20份，夏枯草10-50份，杏仁6-20份，茯苓10-30份，白术10-30份，水牛角6-30份，鹿角霜5-30份。本发明针对乳房囊性增生病的发病特点，运用具有活血化瘀、通经活络、调和气血、健脾疏肝的药物协同作用，通过抗退变、抗增生、抗纤维变性，调节内分泌及恢复卵巢功能而达到治疗乳房囊性增生病的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物，尤其是一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物。
背景技术
乳房囊性增生病属乳腺导管和腺小叶退变，为30-50岁妇女的多发病，常累及双乳、全乳，而局部限于单乳或某一部位较少见，发病与卵巢功能失调，即黄体素分泌减少雌激素量相对增多有关，主要为导管囊性扩大，导管上皮乳头状增生以及小叶的纤维组织增生，无包膜所形成的囊腔大小不等，内含黄绿色，棕色，血性成无色浆液，绝大部分属不伴上皮增生的单纯囊性扩张，少数伴上皮不典型增生者有一定的恶变可能性，目前西医认为肿块迅速增大的，或上皮细胞增生活跃的主张手术治疗，或采用激素丙酸睾丸酮治疗；但效果不理想，手术治疗对心理和正常生理影响大，大多数患者不愿意接受，中药逍遥散治疗有一定的疗效，但效果不理想，所以探索研究疗效确切的中草药治疗乳房囊性增生病有现实的临床意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术不足，本发明提供了一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药材组成：海蛤壳10-30份，红花5-15份，赤芍10-30份，丹皮10-30份，花粉10-50份，桃仁5-20份，知母10-30份，贝母10-30份，当归10-20份，夏枯草10-50份，杏仁6-20份，茯苓10-30份，白术10-30份，水牛角6-30份，鹿角霜5-30份。
本发明药物的组方原理如是：以红花、桃仁、赤芍活血化瘀；以海蛤壳、贝母、夏枯草、杏仁化疾软坚；以水牛角、丹皮通经活络；花粉、当归、知母以调和气血；以茯苓、白术、鹿角霜疏肝健脾；组方后药物协同作用，有效治疗乳房囊性增生病。
本发明的优点是针对乳房囊性增生病的发病特点，运用具有活血化瘀、通经活络、调和气血、健脾疏肝的药物协同作用，通过抗退变、抗增生、抗纤维变性，调节内分泌及恢复卵巢功能而达到治疗乳房囊性增生病的目的。
作为优化，本发明一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药材组成：海蛤壳20份，红花10份，赤芍20份，丹皮15份，花粉30份，桃仁20份，知母20份，贝母15份，当归10份，夏枯草30份，杏仁10份，茯苓15份，白术15份，水牛角20份，鹿角霜20份。
本发明药物的主要作用机理如下：海蛤壳：性咸寒、软坚散结化痰。
贝母：性甘、苦平，清热泻肺、止咳化痰。
夏枯草：性苦中寒、清热散结、用于痛疖肿毒。
杏仁：性苦温，有小毒、宣肺润肠。
红花：性辛温，活血通经、祛瘀止痛，用于瘀血肿痛。
桃仁：性苦凉、凉血消肿止痛，用于痈疖创伤。
赤芍：性苦凉，具有凉血活血，消肿止痛功能。
水牛角：性苦酸咸寒，具有清热散瘀作用，能明显缩短出血时间，降低血流，对垂体一肾上腺系统有兴奋作用。
丹皮：性苦辛微寒；清热凉血、活血化瘀、用于痈疮肿毒。
花粉：性甘、微苦、微寒、清热生津、消肿排脓，用于疮疡肿毒。
当归：性甘、辛、温、補血活血、润燥滑肠。
知母：性苦寒、清热除烦、泻肺滋肾。
茯苓：性甘、淡平，具有利水渗湿、健脾補中作用。
白术：性甘、苦温，健脾、燥湿和中。
鹿角霜：性甘、咸温、强筋骨、调冲任、托疮毒。
本发明药物一般以汤剂形式服用，也可以按常规制药方法制成其它剂型，如将其制成丸剂、散剂、冲剂、胶囊剂等。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药材组成：海蛤壳20份，红花10份，赤芍20份，丹皮15份，花粉30份，桃仁20份，知母20份，贝母15份，当归10份，夏枯草30份，杏仁10份，茯苓15份，白术15份，水牛角20份，鹿角霜20份。
本发明汤剂的制备用法：一人一天的用量按以上实施例方案重量份配比称取足量药材，去杂质，置于瓦煲或陶瓷煲中加水煎煮三次，第一次加入总药材七倍重量的水，煎煮二小时，取煎液；第二次加入总药材五倍重量的水，煎煮一个半小时，取煎液；第三次加入总药材三倍重量的水，煎煮一个小时，取煎液；将三次的药液过滤浓缩至600毫升。
用法及用量：口服，每天三次，早、中、晚各一次，每次两百毫升，30天为一疗程。
疗效评定标准：1、临床治愈：临床症状消失，乳房肿块消失。2、有效：临床症状消失或减轻，乳房肿块缩小50%以上。3、无效：未达到有效标准。
治疗结果统计：共治疗60例。总有效率=临床治愈率+有效率=91.7%。
病例及疗效介绍：典型病例1：孙某，女，45岁，患者在洗澡时无意触摸自己的乳房发现有肿块而就诊。查见：双侧乳房可见肿块，呈多发结节状，大小不一，质中，不粘连可推动，边缘较清楚，轻微压痛。诊断：乳房囊性增生病（双侧）。给予本发明药物汤剂服用治疗，治疗一个月后，无临床症状，乳房肿块消失。
典型病例2：、李某，女、35岁，在单位体检时发现乳房囊性增生病，伴见月经不调，经期先后无定期，痛经，经前乳房肿块疼痛加重，经服中成药逍遥丸未见好转而就诊。给予本发明药物汤剂服用治疗，经服二个月，月经正常，乳房肿块消失。
病例：3、王某，女，40岁，三年前到医院检查发现乳房囊性增生病，经中西医反复治疗未见好转而就诊，诊见：月经不调，痛经，忧郁不欢，面色少华，双侧乳房可触及大小不等的肿块，大如指头，小如花生仁，质中边缘清。诊断：乳房囊性增生病，给予本发明药物汤剂服用治疗，经治疗二个疗程（二个月），患者症状消失，乳房肿块明显缩小。

1.一种治疗乳房囊性增生病的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药材组成：海蛤壳10-30份，红花5-15份，赤芍10-30份，丹皮10-30份，花粉10-50份，桃仁5-20份，知母10-30份，贝母10-30份，当归10-20份，夏枯草10-50份，杏仁6-20份，茯苓10-30份，白术10-30份，水牛角6-30份，鹿角霜5-30份。
