Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种杠杆操作的阀门。具体而言,本发明涉及一种杠杆操作的阀门,其中杠杆为安装在阀门主体中或安装在其上的装置提供保护,所述装置具有可视显示器。
用于气缸和类似装置的气缸阀门总成是公知的。传统上,气缸阀门设置有手轮,可通过旋转来操作所述手轮以打开和关闭阀门。最近,使用杠杆来操作阀门机构的气缸阀门已变得已知。在US5,975,121中公开了这样的气缸阀门总成。
在杠杆操作的阀门设计中,杠杆的长度,和通过其开/关所描述的弧度受到阀门主体的阀罩和外部组件的存在的限制。
当处于关闭位置时,杠杆通常位于靠近任何敏感装置(诸如压力计,或其它监控/显示装置、高压出口,和任何爆破盘)的位置处。杠杆因此必须被小心定位以便允许很容易抓取杠杆来进行操作,同时对于由于撞击而引起的意外开启和损坏而提供足够保护。
有利的是,阀门包括仪表,其告知用户有关气缸的内容物、压力、温度等信息。一种这样通常使用的装置是模拟或数字压力计。在杠杆操作的阀门设计中,如压力计通常放置在阀门主体的中心(面对用户,其中杠杆的位置偏离到一侧)。这使得阀门被“转移”且因此左或右撇子人更难打开。
在US2012/0175375中公开了其中压力计和杠杆都居中安装的阀门设计。在该设计中,杠杆将压力计容纳在形成于杠杆中的开口内,使得在杠杆处于向下或关闭位置时可看到压力计。

优选地,当杠杆处于关闭位置时,杠杆的至少一部分邻接可视显示器周围的阀门主体附近的阀门主体的至少一部分。
在替代的优选实施方案中,至少一个装置从阀门主体突出。
在一个实施方案中,当杠杆处于关闭位置时,杠杆在视野上基本掩盖可视显示器。这对用户提供了杠杆处于闭合位置的正视觉确认。与此相反,只有在杠杆再次处于打开位置时,可视显示器才是可见的,从而给予用户杠杆处于打开位置(或不完全关闭)的确认。
在进一步的替代实施方案中,杠杆包括开口,当杠杆处于关闭位置时,可通过所述开口看到可视显示器。这允许用户在无需打开阀门的情况下确定气缸内的压力。
优选地,开口包含保护构件,或由保护构件覆盖以保护压力计和可视显示器免受撞击或意外损坏。
保护构件优选包括透明构件以允许可视显示器被容易地看到。在替代的优选实施方案中,杠杆包括透明材料。

参考图1,示出包括阀门总成10的气压容器1。阀门总成包括阀门主体20和用于致动阀门机构(未示出)的杠杆30。阀门总成10还包括具有可视显示器24的压力计22(见图2)。虽然在图中未示出,但是本领域的技术人员应理解压力计与压力容器1的内部流体连通,使得可视显示器显示压力容器1内的压力。这在本领域中是标准的且不在这里详细描述。

在任何上述实施方案中,没有必要的是,杠杆30、130抵接阀门主体20、120的任何部分或压力计22。可设想,压力计22可位于杠杆30、130的后面,而无需实际与杠杆30、130接触。在本文档的上下文中,后面将被理解为是指杠杆30、130的后表面的后面,而不是例如在相对杠杆30、130的阀门主体20、120的侧面。

Claims (11)
