Abstract

本发明涉及盾构机技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有调节轴承内腔压力平衡的滚刀,包括有刀体、刀轴、刀圈、轴承、端盖及浮动密封装置,所述刀轴通过所述轴承安装在所述刀体内,所述端盖及浮动密封装置配合安装在刀体两端,所述刀圈安装在所述刀体的外圈,在所述刀轴上设有压力平衡装置,压力平衡装置与轴承内腔相通;所述压力平衡装置包括有刀体上钻的油孔以及保护罩,所述油孔内设有传压囊,所述保护罩固定压紧传压囊,油孔通过第一传压孔与所述轴承内腔相通。本发明结构简单,在现有的刀具结构上增加了压力平衡装置,该压力平衡装置设置在刀轴上,不占用空间,保证了轴承的有效性,提高了刀具的有效使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及盾构机技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有调节轴承内腔压力平衡的滚刀。
背景技术
滚刀是盾构机及TBM工作时常用的一种刀具。目前所使用的滚刀的轴承内腔是一个封闭系统,其中充满润滑油脂,密封由两对浮动密封来完成。由于工作时刀具内腔温度升高及外部环境的压力变化,当密封两端的压力差超过浮动密封临界值时会造成油脂泄漏或者泥浆岩屑等杂物进入轴承内腔,油脂过少和杂物进入都会降低轴承寿命使刀具提前损坏,且会造成刀具偏磨等情况的出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种具有调节轴承内腔压力平衡的滚刀,结构简单,提高刀具的使用寿命。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种具有调节轴承内腔压力平衡的滚刀,其特征在于:包括有刀体、刀轴、刀圈、轴承、端盖及浮动密封装置,所述刀轴通过所述轴承安装在所述刀体内,所述端盖及浮动密封装置配合安装在刀体两端,所述刀圈安装在所述刀体的外圈,在所述刀轴上设有压力平衡装置,压力平衡装置与轴承内腔相通;所述压力平衡装置包括有刀体上钻的油孔以及保护罩,所述油孔内设有传压囊,所述保护罩固定压紧传压囊,油孔通过第一传压孔与所述轴承内腔相通。
优选地,所述传压囊为橡胶件。
优选地,所述传压囊形状为碗状。
优选地,所述保护罩上设有第二传压孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,在现有的刀具结构上增加了压力平衡装置,该压力平衡装置设置在刀轴上,不占用空间,扩展了轴承内腔的储油空间,当滚刀工作时所产生的热量使内压增加,可以通过压力平衡装置释放内压以保证密封两端的压力平衡,当外界环境变化时会导致密封两端的压力差发生变化,此时压力平衡装置可有效调节内腔压力来保证密封压力平衡且能为轴承提供充足的润滑油脂,传压件采用橡胶碗状结构,灵敏性强,保证了轴承的有效性,提高了刀具的有效使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1和图2所示,一种具有调节轴承内腔压力平衡的滚刀,包括有刀体1、刀轴3、刀圈8、轴承9、端盖2及浮动密封装置10,轴承9安装在刀体1内,刀轴3通过轴承9安装在刀体1内,端盖3及浮动密封装置10配合安装在刀体1两端,轴承内腔封闭,刀圈8安装在刀体1外圈,所述刀轴3内设有压力调节装置及传压孔7,压力调节装置包括油孔4,、保护罩5、传压囊6,传压囊6安装在油孔4中,保护罩5安装在油孔4内固定传压囊6,保护罩5和油孔4通过螺纹连接来实现密封和紧固。传压囊设有单向泄压孔。通过传压囊的往复运动和其单向泄压孔来调节压力平衡和轴承油脂的补充供给,可以有效保证密封有效性和轴承寿命稳定性,从而提高刀具使用寿命。通过传压囊的往复运动和其单向泄压孔来调节压力平衡和轴承油脂的补充供给,可以有效保证密封有效性和轴承寿命稳定性,从而提高刀具使用寿命。
