本发明公开了一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料；本发明的目的是提供一种手感柔软，悬垂性佳，光泽度和回弹性好，并且具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料。该面料由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。本发明充分实现了面料的丝质顺滑、细糯和珍珠般的光泽，以及轻质、柔软的质地，并具有优良的弹性、悬垂性和透明感，所得面料的表面摩擦系数在0.4以上，具有较好的丝鸣感。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种仿丝面料，特别涉及一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料。
背景技术
在人们日益追求时尚和个性化的今天，服装面料的创新也不断发展。新纤维、新技术、新工艺在纺织面料上的应用也随之突飞猛进。比如，人们的着装习惯已经开始由厚重逐步向轻薄转变，随之带动的是仿丝绸市场需求的不断扩大。目前，市面上已有很多仿丝绸面料，其中以聚酯为原料的仿丝绸织物占70%以上，尤以异形丝、超复丝、变形丝和交络丝居多，但是手感和外观距真正的丝绸织物还是有一定的差距。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种手感柔软，悬垂性佳，光泽度和回弹性好，并且具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料。
为了达到上述目的，本发明设计的一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。
作为优选，所述面料的经线密度为38-42根/cm，纬线密度为30-35根/cm。
作为优选，所述改性聚酯复合纱由改性聚酯预取向丝作为饰纱，改性聚酯全牵伸丝作为芯纱复合而成。
作为优选，所述大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝按照质量百分比5-7:6-8:2-4混纺。
本发明的高仿丝面料通过纱线选择、组织结构的设计以及合理的原料配比既能达到轻质柔软的面料特性，又能保证面料的强力和抗滑移效果，充分实现面料的丝质顺滑、细糯和珍珠般的光泽，以及轻质、柔软的质地，并具有优良的弹性、悬垂性和透明感，所得面料的表面摩擦系数在0.4以上，表面摩擦系数越高丝鸣感越好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，由经线和纬线交织而成，面料的经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为35根/cm；所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝按照质量百分比5:6:2混纺；所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，该改性聚酯复合纱由改性聚酯预取向丝作为饰纱，改性聚酯全牵伸丝作为芯纱复合而成；所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。经测试，面料的表面摩擦系数为4.2。
实施例2
一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，由经线和纬线交织而成，面料的经线密度为40根/cm，纬线密度为32根/cm；所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝按照质量百分比6:7:3混纺；所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，该改性聚酯复合纱由改性聚酯预取向丝作为饰纱，改性聚酯全牵伸丝作为芯纱复合而成；所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。经测试，面料的表面摩擦系数为4.4。
实施例3
一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，由经线和纬线交织而成，面料的经线密度为42根/cm，纬线密度为30根/cm；所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝按照质量百分比7:8:4混纺；所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，该改性聚酯复合纱由改性聚酯预取向丝作为饰纱，改性聚酯全牵伸丝作为芯纱复合而成；所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。经测试，面料的表面摩擦系数为4.5。

1.一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，其特征在于：由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线为大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝的混纺纤维，所述纬线为改性聚酯复合纱，所述面料的表面涂有PVA层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，其特征在于：所述面料的经线密度为38-42根/cm，纬线密度为30-35根/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，其特征在于：所述改性聚酯复合纱由改性聚酯预取向丝作为饰纱，改性聚酯全牵伸丝作为芯纱复合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有丝鸣感的高仿丝面料，其特征在于：所述大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和天丝按照质量百分比5-7:6-8:2-4混纺。
