本发明涉及了一种家具装饰方法,通过在Q235板镀锌后,出光、钝化、封闭、浸漆、烘干等工艺流程,能显著提高家具的耐蚀性,装饰性达到无毒环保,起到具有良好的家具装饰效果。

Description

一种家具装饰方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于家具棕色装饰方法,尤其涉及一种办公家具镀锌板装饰方法。
背景技术
目前家俱市场上常用的家居装饰材料多数含有甲醛等物质,这类物质毒性大,给人体带来很大的伤害,轻者可引发皮肤病,严重者可致生命危险。在Q235板镀锌后主要采用钝化工艺的是六价铬盐钝化和三价铬盐钝化,传统铬酸盐钝化液中含有的Cr6+具有毒性,对环境污染严重,其应用在国内外已受到严格限制。本发明体系有钼酸铵、柠檬酸钠、丁二酸、氨水、硝酸钴组成的钝化剂及水溶性清漆等。它不仅无毒环保,工艺简单,而且得到的装饰板材色泽美观,耐腐蚀,满足了普通五金件电镀要求,应用于家居的镀锌板仿古色的效果,色泽光亮,耐蚀性和外观都有很大的提高。所以镀锌板办公家俱,建筑装饰行业及室内装饰方面具有广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明为了达到无毒环保,同时使家具Q235板镀锌后装饰效果而发明了一种办公家具棕色表面处理方法。
本发明以Q235材料为基体光亮镀锌,使镀锌层厚度在10um以上,室温下用3%硝酸出光4s。
本发明用钼酸铵、柠檬酸钠、丁二酸、氨水、硝酸钴纯水组成钝化剂,为澄清呈深棕黑色的液体。其中包括钼酸铵25g/L、柠檬酸钠12g/L、丁二酸10g/L、氨水180ml/L、硝酸钴5g/L;其余是纯水,钝化剂使用时pH控制在1.5。
本发明将Q235板镀锌后在钝化液中钝化后,呈现深棕色,使其具有高防腐性、防变色性和极强的附着力,常温下,在水溶性清漆1体积和清水10体积的配比的浸液里浸泡1分钟,提出后在60℃的烘箱里烘干5分钟或置于阳光下直射晾干。
实验说明
本发明通过镀锌后,在钝化液中实施钝化处理,经过不同时间的处理后,观察镀层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验测定其耐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下:
a.以Q235材料为基体光亮镀锌,使镀锌层厚度在10um以上,室温下用硝酸出光4s;
b.采用钼酸铵、柠檬酸钠、丁二酸、氨水、硝酸钴纯水制备成镀锌钝化剂;
c.将镀锌板在钝化液中钝化15s,呈现深棕色;
d.将钝化后的镀锌板迅速浸入封闭剂,在pH为6.5的条件下浸泡5秒钟;
e.不要空停迅速将镀锌板直接浸入水溶性清漆1体积和清水10体积的配比的浸液里浸泡1分钟;
f.提出后在60℃下烘干5分钟或置于阳光下直射晾干。
一种办公家具棕色表面处理方法规范为:钼酸铵、柠檬酸钠、丁二酸、氨水、硝酸钴、纯水、水溶性清漆。

钝化时间15s
注:当有搅拌时,钝化时间可以缩短。

Claims (1)

1.应用于锌镀层的一种家具装饰方法步骤如下:
a.以Q235材料为基体光亮镀锌,使镀锌层厚度在10um以上,室温下用硝酸出光4s;
b.采用钼酸铵、柠檬酸钠、丁二酸、氨水、硝酸钴制备成钝化剂;
c.将镀锌板在钝化液中钝化15s,呈现棕色;
d.将钝化后的镀锌板迅速浸入封闭剂,在pH为6.5的条件下浸泡5秒钟;
e.不要空停,迅速将镀锌板直接浸入水溶性清漆1体积和清水10体积的配比的浸液里浸泡1分钟;
f.提出后在60℃下烘干5分钟或置于阳光下直射晾干。
